FINALLY!
At conventions, the number one question I am asked is, WHAT HAPPENS NEXT? This is the story of the survivors of the first volume, and it answers many of the questions people have been asking; Where are the villains? What turned the heroes bad? What’s that gaping chasm in the middle of the city?
This time, the citizens fight BACK!
As always, the book is co-created by the magnificent Jim Calafiore who has outdone himself on the art. It’s astounding. The entire story is cranked up several notches. I can’t WAIT for people to get to see it. Huzzah!

I don't know... I just felt really bad for Riddler. I didn't feel that he "got what was coming to him" or that it was "just a beating." This was major psychological abuse, belittling everything about him as a human being. And honestly, I don't feel good ab
Well, hmm.
He did some terrible things to Catman and Big Shot in particular…if someone locked you up for a year without saying why, wouldn’t you be a little peeved?
Also, the Secret Six are NOT heroes.
I’m sorry you didn’t care for how they treated Edward, I think he was pretty mean to them first!

Thank you for bisexual Catman. Just, thank you, so so much. Finding a bisexual character at all feels like a huge stroke of luck; that he's such a badass (and adorable! and kinda hunky in a disheveled way!) is more than I could've hoped for. A thousand tha
I am so glad. Catman is a lot of fun to write, and I am happy that he means so much to you (even if he’s disheveled!).
He’s not the only bi- character in the current Secret Six, either… ;)

Just out of curiosity, what is the most books you have ever had to write for at once?
I had a nightmarish smalls stretch of time where I was working on seven projects at once, it was far, far too many. Four is about what I can do comfortably.
It’s not the writing time, so much, as all the planning beforehand and all the stuff that goes along with each book (interviews, art direction, corrections and edits, speaking with publishers and editors and on and on and on). Some days, you can spend the entire day just doing that administrative stuff and get no writing done at all, and having to keep artists fed with script can cause a lot of stress. If anything goes wrong, if you get sick or there’s an emergency, it’s a domino effect that is very hurtful to a LOT of people.
Safe travels to you as you come to Canada! Looking forward to meeting you again at SaskExpo!
It was such a pleasure to meet you yesterday, and you being the first person at my table was a LOVELY WELCOME!
Rocketspouse told me of your kind offer to take us to that Berry place and barring any kind of commitment we don’t yet know about, that sounds wonderful. Can’t wait! Thank you thank you thank you!
Always awesome to meet people you know from online and have them be wonderful. :)

i would give my spleen for you to write ms marvel
I love the character, but G. Willow Wilson is KILLING it on that book. I can’t imagine coming close to what she has done.
I’ll stay over here with my weirdo characters. :)
