Are there any big hero books that you wouldn't want to write?

For a long time, I had no interest in Iron Man. I just found him dull as toast. But I have an idea for him now.

Hmm.

I was offered Flash and turned it down because I just don’t think I have anything that great to say with him. I like him, but Waid did such an amazing job. Hard to ever follow.

I felt that the comics always left it a little vague whether or not King Shark was a shark, and I'm curious how you think future adaptations of the character should (or should not) address this issue.

Hey, gail! Would you ever consider doing a creator-owned comic? It seems every time you write some company's character you add so much creativity, i can only imagine how much you'd have in your own book.

I believe my workload will be mixed with both for a while to come. :)

Two issues of Teen Titans that just didn’t come together and it kills me because I love the Titans.

This Is Bad

South Dakota has voted to pass a bill, HB 1008, that deliberately targets Transgender students for humiliation and potential abuse. It prevents them from access to the bathrooms and locker rooms befitting their identities.

This is straight-up fearmongering, and it’s going to cause more pain for a group that is already the target of way, way too much horseshit already. If the governor passes it into law, it will be legally mandated discrimination and the deliberate inflicting of emotional and physical harm.
