If Marvel spun Dan Slott off into his own solo series, would you write it? Or do you feel like there is a comics writer who would do a better job writing The Adventures of Dan Slott?

I DID write the Legion, I did the last four issues before the Reboot, and I love them dearly.

My favorite is a bit obscure…I love Infectious Lass. Seriously.

Of all the amazingly lucky things I ahve gotten to do in my weird career, this is one of the most joyful.

They asked George Perez to do a final WW story, before it all got retconned. e said he’d do it, but only if I would agree to write it.

I thought about it for three seconds (not really) and said HELL YES.

A few weeks later, I got a package from George himself. He sent me the original art. So I have art, from George Perez, for a Wonder Woman story we did together. 

When things are not going well, that’s a lovely reminder of how fortunate I am.
