There is an AMAZING Secret Six fan film up now, created by Forewarned Films, and it is absolutely spectacular. Sometimes, in these things, the dialogue and story-telling is a little choppy. This is SPOT-ON. I could not be happier. The cast is the hotness, the directing is a blast, it’s full of fun Easter eggs, and incredibly, it was made for 5000 dollars, less than AGE OF ULTRON spent on Triscuits.

This thing makes me happy on every level. Just a non-stop blast, and the filmmakers and actors have genuine talent. Get these people a Hollywood comic project NOW!

Go watch it, seriously, full screen and in HD. It’s a BLAST!

I have two new books out today, both DELIGHTFUL FAMILY-ORIENTED ROMANTIC COMEDIES (except for the family part and the other parts, to be fair).  These are horrid little nightmares of all the stuff Frederic Wertham would have LOATHED. 

First is SECRET SIX VOLUME ONE, the first collection of the critically acclaimed new run, featuring all sorts of wonderful and nasty weirdoes and amazing art by Dale Eaglesham, Tom Derenick, and Ken Lashley!

Next is the second issue of the hit series SURVIVING MEGALOPOLIS with fantastic art by co-creator Jim Calafiore! This issue, things get even a little more uncomfortable in the pants-region for one of our characters!
Pick these up, who needs another crossover book? Get these instead!  :)

Would you ever do an Outsiders book? I miss that team, or at least the original team and think you'd do a wonderful job of keeping the humor.

I would surely consider an Outsiders book. I liked most of the original characters a lot.

DC have hired any number of great writers over the years, but no one has created more characters I love than Gail Simone, and arguably no  one has done more to further gender equality and queer representation at DC than Gaila and the people who hired her.
