Poor Bane. Now he doesn't have a team, or a daughter, or a girlfriend.

But he DOES have a Christopher Nolan movie!

I Just Realized...

gailsimone:

The story I wrote two months ago has some eerie, REALLY eerie similarities to the Trayvon Martin case. It didn't even hit me until just now.

I mean, it's a little spooky. It's a story about privileged people in power.

This is…very disturbing.

O.O. That cannot be a good thing….. If it's a bad rendition, make the ending positive as hell, Gail!!! I hope I'm making sense, here. That case shouldn't have even happened in the first place, from my standpoint. :-|

It's not a bad rendition, it's very firmly against the entitlement of abuse that comes with privilege. It's a question that doesn't come up much in superhero comics.

But it is odd, it's got too many similarities.

I am going to see what I can do with the lettering. Creepy as HELL.

Is it for a comic or something else?

It's for a comic. It's already being drawn.

In it, a seventeen year old POC is abused and threatened by a security team, and the whole entitlement abuse of power is the whole theme.

Holy crap.

I think I can adjust it with the lettering…I don't want anything that could even be considered a HINT of being disrespectful to Trayvon and his family.

It's just stunning, I mean, it's actually bizarre.

Kid Flash is ready… Or so XD

Three days of my life, ladies and gentlemen, three days! @_@

The last parts were a pain in the ass. Who ever designed this, he deserves a punch in the face. With a sewing maschine.

Props for using the shiny fabric that has WAY less give to it. And I have a 30 lb. Singer sewing machine from the early 1970s that is good for beating people with…and it will still sew like a champ after cuz it's old school and made to last.

Unexpected joy in my eyes right this moment. LOOK AT THIS!

Some of my favorite Loki cosplay pictures combined into one post.  You've probably seen them all before, but I wanted to lump them together.

I'll be doing a new photoshoot with Siffy this weekend, so stay posted for new pictures!  ^_^

Amazing job!!!!

Extraordinary!
