Opposition is Coming Giveaway
It’s a week out from the release of Opposition. the fifth and final book in the Lux Series.

So to celebrate, I’m running to giveaways! Pics are down below, and under them is the rafflecopter link to enter. A couple of things to remember:

Prizes cannot be swapped for any other books

Author at a Convention… told in Supernatural gifs
Someone at RWA mentioned that they’d like my posts that used Supernatural gifs. I think they just like the gifs of hot Winchester brothers, but it made me realize that I hadn’t done one in a while. So here you go.
Author at a Convention… told in Supernatural gifs
1. The month, weeks, and days leading up to big book/author related convention. The author be all like this:
Because you know: People. Books! Authors! Book People! Cover models. BOOK PEOPLE!
2. Arriving at convention, the night before the official start date as you walk into the lobby
3. Immediately spying a cover model
5. Checking in and praying to the hotel gods that they have a room reserved for you
6. With room key in hand, you head to the Elevators. ELEVATORS. At a conference, they suck. They suck monkey balls. You’ll be like this while waiting for the elevator to come down, any of the 15 available elevators…
You’ll be willing to do anything to make the elevator to magically appear in the lobby
7. When you realize your publisher took out prime promotion for you. Your book/picture is on a elevator, a window, a baby’s face, or giant banner hanging by the bar area.
Or…
When you realize your publisher didn’t take out any promotion for your book and you’re all like
And two hours later, a friend is all like this…
8. You end up in the bar and in the lobby until 3am. This is pretty much what said bar/lobby looks and sound likes
But you’re like whatevs. I survived RT 2014 in New Orleans. I have eardrums of motherfreakin’ steel, baby. BRING IT ON
9. The first morning of a convention
10. Your first panel if you’re on it or attending one, and you’re totally bonding with those on the panel
11. The second night at a convention
12. The first time you overhear someone exclaiming “I CAN’T BELIEVE THEY DIDN’T KNOW WHO I AM.”
And you’re all like, I don’t even know who you are.
People know your books, not your face.
13. And then the first time you realize you’re in the elevator or have wandered into the room of one of your favorite authors and trying to play it cool. Your face at first looks like this:

14. Third night at the convention, when someone ridiculously drunk who’s staying in the hotel for unrelated business is stumbling toward you and you know they are going to ask “Do you write that smutty stuff?” And you’re all like this just to get away.
That is also you when anyone really drunk heads in your direction.
15. When you oversleep the forth day and realize you can’t shower before your next panel, and you’re so out of it the moderator is all like
16. How you’re now feeling about the hotel food
17. Forced mingling at a party where you only know like a handful of people
18. Yet another night in the lobby and bar
19. When your author friend swears it’s going to be an early night, but it’s almost 2am before you head to your room, and they’re all like
No shame.
20. Another night in what is not your nice comfy bed at home, and you start thinking about things like how often do they REALLY change the sheets.
But you’re still all like this
21. The last day of panels and events have you feeling kind of happy because you’re going home soon and kind of sad because you’re going home soon. You’re happy. You’re sad. And just mostly confused by what you’re feeling.
22. Again, when you happen to walk past another favorite author of yours
