Despite the fact that this homeless dog was too ill to rescue, Sophiane Nacer wanted to offer him the greatest ‘end of days’ possible. She promised that Hippo, an elderly stray with tumors, would only know love after he died.

So Sophiane brought Hippo to Starbucks and got him a Puppuccino, which is a Starbucks secret menu item that dogs like and is essentially a cup filled with luscious whipped cream.

The following day, Hippo was still upbeat, so Sophiane brought him to a dog park to let him run around. He loved every minute of it! But he had something to say to Sophiane.

The elderly dog, who was in pain but optimistic, had a message for his new best buddy… He was about to go. He was ecstatic to be able to spend time with Sophiane, but he was exhausted and in pain, and it was time to say his farewell.

Sophiane had a vet euthanasia expert come to her home. For him, the vet had prepared a roasted chicken with sedatives inside. He ate his farewell dinner as peacefully as he could with Sophiane at his side before falling into a painless eternal slumber.

Meet Hercules, the emaciated dog that was imprisoned in a cold, dirty place. The dog, barely moving, looked up at them with pleading eyes, his body too weak to lift himself up. They knew they couldn’t ignore his plea for help. The dog was quickly given a name – Hercules.

Despite his sorry state, the group believed that he was strong and mighty, a fighter who just needed their help to get back on his feet.

He was rushed to the emergency hospital, where the doctors did everything they could to help him. Days passed, and it seemed like Hercules was slowly recovering.

Day 4: However, things took a turn for the worse when he refused to eat. The doctors did an X-ray and an ultrasound, and their worst fears were confirmed. Hercules had a twisted bowel and a ruptured gallbladder, and his life was in danger. The doctors did everything they could, but Hercules was too weak to undergo surgery.

They decided to give him a blood transfusion, hoping it would help him recover.

Day 20: And it did. Slowly but surely, Hercules began to regain his strength.

Day 45: Hercules can run, jump, play. He is also an extremely friendly dog.

He gained weight, became friendlier, and showed a zest for life that had been missing before.

Day 120: Hercules was adopted by a wonderful owner who gave him a new name – Jackson.

He thrived in his new home, finally able to enjoy the life he deserved. He ran, played, and cuddled with his new family, who loved him deeply.

When I saw her, I could only quietly approach her and carry her to the car with tears in my eyes

This girl may have had erlichia because she was paralyzed and unable to move her hind legs. Eva asked for help often, but nobody was willing to help.

“I just quietly approached her, helped her to the car, and then I drove home. I would take Eva to the veterinarian the next day for all of her blood work.”

Eva was feeling good and eating well. That day, we had an appointment to check on her with a specialist. She was found to be free of erlichia and HW after the doctor ran a thorough blood test. How could she not move her legs when she was merely anemic?

Unfortunately, the doctor had some bad news to share. The day before, we had taken Eva for X-rays, and the technician found two damaged vertebrae that were causing her significant agony and paralysis in both legs.

Based on the veterinarian, “Whether by a person or a car, the harm was brought on. The orthopedic surgeon would then decide if she had a good candidate for surgery.”

Every day, a large amount of pain medication was given to Eva in an effort to improve her mood. Eva was recovering successfully and was doing well.

Three weeks ago, the bucket couldn’t even move since she was barely alive. She was gaining enough power in her back legs to stand up like a cane.

Eva always gave it her all despite knowing she had a long road to recovery ahead of her. She received daily mᴀssages, three days of electric stimulation, and daily water therapy.

In a very short amount of time, Eva has done a fantastic job with her therapy and recovery. Her back legs were growing more powerful and adaptable. She was able to straighten and hold her front legs in an upright position since they were no longer inflexible.

“Eva never gave up and showed what a tremendous warrior she was. We learned a lot from her,” said the group.

Eva underwent plasma therapy the previous day and was receiving weekly injections, both of which appeared to be beneficial. She stood up for longer that day, took a few steps, and felt better overall.

I considered ordering Eva a wheelchair a few days ago, but I decided it was a bad idea. She was walking more frequently every day, which made me extremely delighted.

She hurried and leaped, savoring those peaceful moments because she had never previously seen the water. Seeing Eva smile made me joyful.

She has at last located the household and family that she deserves. She obtained Canadian citizenship, received respect, and had unrestricted freedom.
