Dog Who Was Stabbed In The Head While Trying To Protect His Owner From An Armed Robber, Miraculously Survives

Dogs are one of the most loyal animals, capable of showering you with unconditional affection. They are not only loyal to, but also protective of the families in which they dwell.

A German Shepherd recently rescued its owner from a robbery and almost killed him in the process. The event happened in South Africa when Gino Wensel went on a stroll with his dog, Duke, according to Mail Online.

A few minutes later, though, he noticed a guy approaching him with a knife in his hand. When Duke noticed the robber, he started snarling at him. To halt it, the robber stabbed Duke in the head, gravely wounding it.

Duke, on the other hand, refused to back down, barking at the robber and frightened him away before dying in a pool of blood. Wensel mistook his dog for dead until he noticed the warrior was still alive.

With the assistance of a friend, he drove Duke to the Animal Welfare Society of South Africa (AWSSA). The knife’s blade miraculously missed Duke’s brain by centimeters, and the vet at the clinic rescued him.

Duke’s therapy was free of charge since Wensel was jobless and had very little money.

“Their love is so important, and to be able to rescue Duke and return him to Gino was absolutely great,” specialists at the hospital said.

Owner Travels 310 Miles To Reunite With His Stolen Dog And His Tears of Joy Moved Everyone

After being found 310 miles from home, a missing dog was reunited with his owner.

Bandit, a one-year-old Malinois Shepherd, went missing from his home in Côte-d’Or in June of last year (France).

Farid, his owner, was distraught by this and spent months seeking for his canine closest friends.

Unfortunately, his quest provided no good findings for many months. Yet. Eight months later, Bandit was found on the side of the road by a nice stranger.

The dog was found without a collar at 310 miles from home, but he was thankfully fitted with a microchip, which permitted him to ultimately be reunited to his owner.

The reunion was well-organized, and the two closest friends were overjoyed to finally be reunited!

Bandit and Farid are now able to spend their lives together because to the extraordinary, life-saving efforts of the shelter, a kind Samaritan, and a microchip.

When Farid received the excellent news, he quickly drove to Bandit’s road.

He said: “I’m so thankful for everyone who had a role in his healing and I cannot stress enough the importance of chipping your pets. Bringing Bandit home is a miracle that would not have happened without that chip. ” Bandit’s coming home was one of the best days of my life.”

Farid said that the two of them had come a great way, but he was overjoyed to have his beloved dog back.

A dog whose abusive owners inspired thousands of animal lovers around the world with her tenacity and spirit of survival. Her story, sadly, is a reflection of the vile and heartless actions of some individuals who brutally assault these good people, causing them great physical and psychological pain.

The dog who lost an eye now enjoys a new beginning.

This is the story of Bubbles, a bull terrier dog who was shot by a callous person and suffered the loss of an eye and a portion of her jaw. She had a brutal beating, as if that weren’t enough, according to the diagnosis.

This adorable dog was saved by a Houston, Texas dog shelter when she was only six months old. She had previously suffered tragedy.

The abuse started when she was only six months old.

At the shelter, they performed all necessary tests, including a CT scan that revealed the precise trajectory of the gunshot.

Unfortunately, the bullet’s severe wounds caused damage to his inner ear, the loss of his right eye, and a portion of his jaw.

Despite the length of his recovery, he eventually produced the best results.

Bubbles’ road to recovery was long, but not this time because she had the support of kind and considerate people who did everything in their power to keep her healthy and strong.

Ike Blanchard and Kilyn Horton Blanchard, who own a mobile dog grooming business, volunteered to take care of the dog.

She is an outgoing, playful dog who enjoys playing with kids.

When they found out about her predicament in 2017, they felt obliged to help her. Regarding this, Kilyn remarked: “She fractured the joint in her right jaw, but the broken bones had turned into a calcified mass. The opening of Bubbles’ mouth was just approximately an inch and a half wide. It’s incredible that she can eat.”

The couple first only meant to save the puppy, but after being won over by her kindness and will to live, they decided to adopt her.

Bubbles had found a loving home and could now continue his recovery in a place where he would always get the attention he needed.

The touching dog’s story touched thousands of people from all over the world, cutting across all borders. Bubbles is now healthy and content; her injuries are behind her after four years of recovery.

A book was written about Bubbles because of his increased fame. It’s a wonderful story that encourages compassion and understanding for others.

This adorable dog also takes part in a lot of events to spread the word about the terrible problem of animal mistreatment in our society.

Hungry And Scared Puppies Got Overwhelmed With Joy After Being Rescued

Every dog is a good dog who deserves to be loved and cared for, but sadly not many of them get to live safely and peacefully inside a normal house that could shelter them from the elements. There are countless stray dogs being forced to fend for themselves on the streets at a young age, and life is obviously not easy for them.

Love Furry Friends’ founder Olena Pyanov has been working hard for years to save as many helpless stray animals she comes across as possible, and she always has a soft spot for abandoned puppies. The three little dogs in this story were a few of many lucky pets rescued by this amazing woman, and their lives were all changed drastically thanks to her kindness.

The three puppies were said to be wandering for about a week near a railway without a mother nor an owner, which was pretty dangerous as they could be hit by a random train at any time. Thankfully, a kind-hearted girl set up a kennel for them, fed them and informed the Love Furry Friends about their pitiful situation.

Olena and her sister immediately headed out after hearing about the pups and the two were cast down by what they saw. There were two females and one male, all of them looked thin, tired, and depressed. The girls’ eyes literally glowed as the rescuers poured food into a bowl, they were absolutely starving.

The rest of the litter, however, seemed to be really cautious and doubtful. He was definitely hungry too, but for some reason he just couldn’t trust humans. It was also the toughest one to capture as the Pyanov sisters started to bring them home. But it didn’t matter though. They knew with plenty of love and care, they could gradually gain his trust.

A quick visit to the vet revealed that all of them were fine. Pyanov had taken them to her home and the little white pups looked truly joyful there. Their dark days were officially over!

The Poor Dog Had Lived in Sickness, Dirt, and Chains for Nine Long Years

When the first pictures of Socrates appeared on my social media feed, I felt my heart break.

The poor dog had lived in sickness, dirt, and chains for nine long years. His body was nothing more than a bag of bones, covered in scabies, and severely dehydrated. Open wounds dotted his skin, adding to his misery.

I knew I couldn’t let this old man suffer for even one more day. Despite my busy schedule, I went to see Socrates the very next day.

It was heartbreaking to see his skinny body so weak and frail, unable to withstand the ravages of disease. He looked shabby and unkempt, and his eyes were deeply indented from the swelling on his face.

I tried calling out to him, but he didn’t respond. I wondered if he was deaf. However, when I offered him some food, he eagerly gobbled it up, giving me hope that I could bring him back to health.

With everything prepared, we took Socrates to the vet for a full checkup. I had never dealt with such a severe case before, and the responsibility weighed heavily on my shoulders. I wanted a good ending for this poor soul, and I was determined to do everything I could to make it happen.

The test results were not good, however. Socrates had bone cancer. His hind ankle was so deformed that his hind leg needed amputation. My heart sank, and I prayed that the cancer hadn’t metastasized and that it would be treatable. Socrates needed to stay at the vet for treatment to increase his weight and boost his immune system.

As I contemplated the long days ahead, Socrates started to show signs of improvement. He gained weight, and his fur grew back, giving him hope for his future. I visited him twice a day, morning and night, and cooked him meals that he enjoyed. I took him outside to breathe fresh air and see the world, and I could tell that he loved it.

However, the road to recovery was not easy. It felt like a never-ending circle of fighting diseases. Socrates developed a fever and diarrhea for two days, and I worried that he had contracted another viral illness. Eventually, he had to be moved to Los Angeles to receive faster care for his bone cancer. There, he would find his forever family.

The doctors decided not to amputate his hind leg because of his age. Everyone wanted Socrates to live the rest of his life without incurring any more risks. Despite his difficulty walking, Socrates loved to move around. He liked to explore and was always eager to see what was around the corner.

Socrates’ journey was long and hard, but he never gave up. He showed us that even the weakest of creatures can possess immense strength and courage. Socrates’ resilience and unwavering spirit inspired us all. He was no longer the bag of bones that we first met; he was a survivor.

Dog Risks His Life Biting Poisonous Snake to save His Owner and Smiles Innocently Before ‘Leaving Life’

Jeco Macs, the owner of Moana, shared the news item on his personal Facebook page. When he was watching TV, Moana began to bark in the backyard, and he noticed the dog biting and dragging a cobra down the stairs.

When Moana finally succeeded in rescuing the entire family, Macintosh promptly killed the snake. At first, he was unaware that the dog had been bitten by a snake, but now he boasts on social media about Moana’s success.

I admire you, Moana.” Really, you are a hero! Your family’s survival is entirely your responsibility. Because they are very clever and will put their lives in danger to save yours, pets should be treated with respect. because you are the one thing in their lives they value most.

Above, Moana can be seen grinning while holding a dead snake. Nevertheless, this dog tragically passed away not long after. The puppy was happy at first, but soon became dejected. Moana was murdered by the snake before her owner’s family could take her to the doctor.

The poor girl lay alone in the desolate field, hundreds of thousands of ants almost devouring her

Phoenix is one of the five worst cases they have ever been able to save, according to Pitiful Animal. When the rescue team found Phoenix, she was in peril. Phoenix was lounging alone on a barren field, his frame thin.

She was being devoured by millions of ants that were swarming all over her. She wailed in agonizing anguish, unable to stand or move. No one saw her as she rested on the curb.

Why someone would be so indifferent to such an abandoned pet baffled us. Phoenix didn’t even give the meal a taste before I snatched the ants out from under her. “When I departed, Phoenix was in the vehicle, and I headed right to the hospital.”, referred to the Savior.

Soon after, she was examined by medical specialists who warned her that she might have cancer and a pelvic fracture. She had abnormally low body temperatures, was anemic, and was severely malnourished. Phoenix has successfully completed two trials, and both have produced poor outcomes.

At first, serum infusion was used in addition to the drugs that doctors had recommended to control body temperature. They eventually agreed to the long-term approach of using blankets and heaters. Phoenix frequently convulsed and seemed to be unable to control her behaviors, so it appeared that she had nerve damage.

Before the nurse could provide her with a shower, she had been in the hospital for two months. The entire medical staff, who were also beating the odds, was providing care for Phoenix.

We were delighted that Phoenix was doing so well and had no plans to end her life.

Phoenix had a three-month makeover. She was thin, attractive, and in good health. Particularly, she is living a beautiful life that many other animals may only imagine.

Homeless Husky Collapses After Years of Living Outside the City in a Garbage Dump

Life in the dreary dump was very exhausting for Miley, but she had accepted the sad and toxic place as her home. When they rescued her, she collapsed.

A young Husky named Miley had ended up during a huge dump in the outskirts of the town. She was covered in hazardous wastes from all sides and had to scavenge for food amidst all that toxic industrial waste, which likely got her injured in several places.

Life in the dreary dump was exhausting for Miley, but she had accepted the sad place as her home.

Slowly, mange and hunger got the higher of her, and poor Miley was forced to silently endure the pain during a corner.

By the time the rescuers from “Hope For Paws” found Miley, she had become extremely weak and emaciated. She could barely lift her head when one among the rescuers offered her food.

Soon, it dawned on Miley that she could have a good chance at life if she followed the type rescuers!

In a heartwarming moment during this video, Miley finds the strength to face again and follows the rescuers to their vehicle.

At the shelter, it had been found that Miley’s health was much worse than it had seemed earlier. The sick girl discovered the real roof for the first time and slept for three consecutive days!

Miley’s treatment plan was initiated soon after, but the Husky was gripped with a sudden feeling of emptiness.

She was grateful to her rescuers, but felt lonely and dull. The rescuers feared that she had shut herself down.

When Miley’s recovery hit a roadblock, the staff introduced her to a Chihuahua named Frankie who that they had just rescued from a sewer.

The terrified Chihuahua’s psychological state was too scarred, and then the little boy didn’t skills to survive. But Miley heroically progressed and offered to heal Frankie’s heart as well as her friendship and love!

The rescuers were shocked to find out Miley’s sudden changed demeanor ever since Frankie’s arrival. She had found a purpose and was willing to recover again!

Deserted Dog Rotting Away For 9 Years In a Junkyard And Her Final Days Lived In Love

Josephine the dog, also known as “Pheenie,” was left behind after her owner was deported. She found refuge behind a shipping container in a junkyard, which offered her with the bare minimum of cover from the heat and rain.

For 9 lonely years, she survived by eating leftovers and crumbs given at her by the townspeople. But time ultimately caught up with her.

As a result of the extended stress and neglect, Pheenie’s health had worsened by the time she was a senior dog. She’d been struck by a truck and lost her right eye, as well as suffering from a spinal cord infection, deteriorating dental problems, a urinary tract infection, and many painful breast tumors.

This terrible film follows Hope For Paws volunteers as they try to help Pheenie from her lonely existence.
