Olympic training Online 

USA Collegiate Netball Fitness Program. One of the biggest challenges I have taken is to lead the Athletic and Fitness Activities of Netball America that will take part in the FISU – International University Sport Olympics in Miami 2016. How do I train people from different states from a phone and a website and meeting once a month with head coach Ilze Gideons and Sonya OttawayWell let me say is not easy but if there is a willingness there always a way of doing it and I am extremely grateful for the opportunity of bringing SBSB into the Digital scene. Here I am sharing an example of days 1-3 of the Athletic preparation. I use a wassap group where athletes need to send me their videos and fitness tracking. I use my fitness website to update the metabolic strength training exercises to gradually adjust the intensity and performance execution related to netball. then I pick specific agility drills that players need to do with a set of abdominal work. It is an exciting protect but as everything in life everything starts with an internal commitment to make it happen. In my upcoming certifications in Malaysia, Spain and Ireland I will show all the attendees how to use my platform and help people worldwide and increase business opportunities: Here is 2 first days of training and how in

From your Dad 

Do you remember when we saw each other for the first time?


Never imagined you were going to literally jump out of mommys womb with that determination to the point that other nurses had to catch up on the air like a soccer goalkeeper.


Minutes passed by and I couldn’t imagine that the most precious moment happened on a glimpse of an eye. You were born and time had being stopped finally understanding the meaning of life. You were still with a nurse who was inspecting you and Me and mommy we were teary and speechless. Few minutes passed by and nurses brought you back with mommy and there you were with your eyes closed and a striped blanket wrapped around your little body and still remember you had the most peaceful eyes and pleasant smile I have ever seen. You even smirked with your eyes closed knowing that you knew you came to a new exciting world. 

Seeing you so little, so fragile You make me want to become stronger, physically, mentally and emotionally, more responsible, wiser so I can show you what it looks like when you grow up. You make me want to conquer aging itself, so that I could rewind time like that scene from the “Superman” movie where he flies backward to try and save his girlfriend. Mostly just observe and freeze this moment where I want to stop and stare at this precious moment of life. I guess all of us were there once and thanks to our loving parents we are who we are today strong, determined and full of passion an love. 


Time has passed and you are almost a year old. What I remember the most in my head is your contagious laughter or your constant empathy for making us laugh playing peeka boo. 

The best thing I can do for you is work hard to make real to you how loved and treasured you are. Not just by me and your mommy , but by God, who will guide you in the right path of life. I will never get over this blessing of giving life and I will have waited for you over and over again. 

Life is about those freezing moments that you can play so vividly in your brain and for sure Chloe Alexandria you were able to freeze time and for sure you did in a big time.

Note: This little passage is based on a series of letters from time magazine on Mother’s Day. Moms were writing their first letter to their kids so I did the same and maybe should you one day I hope Chloe reads it
