To go a little off topic, but it’s a thought that’s been on my mind for literal years, but where did you get those graphics/gifs for your story? They’re just so cool 😍

Which ones?

Ms. Morgan did the book covers, @pri0r created The Good Counselor graphic, and there were a bunch of royalty free gifs I straight up bought when I was marketing Destroyer of Light and edited in GifBrewery with book quotes a while back.

Everything else has been very sweetly and VERY appreciatedly follower-generated by people who have been reading my books since the early Lit and ff net days

I’m so happy that people like this line, because I was so unsure about whether or not it would work when I wrote it.

No updates yet. There’s a fly in the ointment that needs to be… dealt with… can’t go into specifics, and hen we’ll see.

Not bad, considering I’m demotivated for GOOD reasons (tomorrow is my birthday but we celebrated today with ramen, massages and R getting his covid vaccine)

Still on pace to finish the book soon. And I can’t thank all of you enough for the outpouring of support after all this time. I feel like we’re getting the band back together.

I am now 75% done with Chapter 21 of The Good Counselor . Only 2.25 chapters to go!!I was going to finish the chapter tonight,

but I’m exhausted.

This might be dumb, but I just finished The Song of Achilles and now I can't stop thinking about whether Achilles and Patroclus are in Elysium together (your version of Elysium specifically) and I heard about a game called Hades Game where Achilles is Z

I enjoyed watching playthroughs of the Hades videogame and I think I’m even more fond of the fan art for it that I’ve seen floating around here and on Twitter. I never played it myself,

As for my own books and headcanons about Achilles and Patroclus, the Trojan War hasn’t happen yet in this timeline, and I definitely plan to write about it in a future book.

I’ve already started drafting the plot synopsis for the next book in the series…
