With only three chapters left to write, I commissioned cover art this morning for The Good Counselor...

I’m sorry. 😬 I queued a post from a while ago answering whether or not Destroyer of Light would be my final book in the series (it’s not) since I am VERY CLOSE to finishing The Good Counselor.

Hi sorry if this annoys you but I've been searching for good books about Hades and Persephone and i stumbled upon your works...i wanted to know if your books are to be read in a certain order?

The first book in the series is Receiver of Many and the second book is Destroyer of Light. I am currently at work on a third book, The Good Counselor, and am in the midst of publishing a free preview of the first several chapters.

I’ve been writing The Good Counselor at full tilt throughout the last 3 months. The book went from around 50% completed over five years time, to 90% completed since February. I never wanted to jinx it, but it felt like I was handed Orpheus’s lyre with a simple message attached: write.
When I’ve had any amount of free time I’ve been glued to the manuscript. When I woke up this morning I literally rolled over, grabbed my phone, opened a doc, and started editing.
It’s good to be back. I haven’t felt this productive since I was writing the final chapters of Destroyer of Light.
