oooickooo
Dizzy all day yesterday. Went to sleep-the first time-around 6pm- woke up long enough to watch a really bad movie on Syfy. Why am I so drawn to bad movies, esp. horror movies, when I'm sick? "Boneeater" with aged and faded Bruce Boxleitner, Victoria Strauss, Gil Gerard. Walter Koenig in a brief cameo looked the best of any of them. So bad. Followed by bad dreams of that kind of cast for my movie. Gah. Hate being sick. Restless night. Up this morning feeling at least rested. Still dizzy with...

Unclean Followup
If you get the "Is that you?" with link from me somehow, DO NOT CLICK ON LINK and if you have, change passwords and run virus scan.
Damn it.
Damn it.

Unclean
I've been on Twitter for a few weeks and have already caught a social disease, a bot of some sort that asks "Is this youz" with a link I stupidly clicked on. Now I'm getting messages that I'm infecting other people's twitter accounts. I found nothing on this online, but directions to get rid of something similar that showed up in April, which involve cleaning out the cache and changing passwords. No idea if its working. Damn damn damn!
And I'm coming down with something, a virus of a decidedl...

Blah
There are days, and this is one of them, when I wish I could take my brain out and slap it against the wall a few times, like a Greek fisherman tenderizing an octopus against the rocks.

White Road Mega Snippet
I recently read this excerpt from
The White Road
at Mysterious Galaxy Bookstore (http://mysteriousgalaxy.booksense.com/NASApp/store/IndexJsp) in San Diego. Great store! Great people! They have autographed copies of my books available by mail! Seemed only right to share it with you, too. :-)
Seregil, Micum and Alec take Sebrahn to a "dragon friend" in the mountains of Bokthersa. " . . . " means where I have cut out spoilers.

Beach Day
Another beautiful day at Huntington Dog Beach.
On the road
At dawn
We're here! And we found a parking spot!
2 Dogs and a Doug
Jackson and Me
Wild Dog in the Waves!
A better shot of his stripes. They don't come out well in pictures
Jack, Emma, and a passing stranger
Big dog, big sky
Jackson and Emma. They spent a lot of time wading, though neither is a swimmer.
I love Rhodesian Ridgebacks and you almost never see them. We ran into a pack of six! And then three more down the beach. Not a great picture.
