Review of Reliant’s: Price by Stephen Logsdon

Reliant's: Price (The Collector Book 2)Reliant’s: Price by Stephen Logsdon

My rating: 5 of 5 stars

Space Marines for Techno-Geeks! This is an exciting, extremely well researched space marine epic with hard core science covering every technical detail. I highly recommend this to space marine fans and techno-geeks everywhere! Although this book stands alone well, I would recommend beginning with book one because you’re just going to go back and read it anyway to learn more about this fascinating universe.

5 Star Review of Execution of Justice

5.0 out of 5 stars Exhilarating Read

By Michael on August 16, 2017

Format: Paperback|Verified Purchase

This book is amazing! It starts with the origin of the hero’s motivations. Then delivers an action-packed plot as a new Covert Ops recruit, John Drake, embarks on a perilous mission to rescue 38 women from a human trafficker in Morocco, only to find himself embroiled in a war brewing in the Middle East. The local descriptions are excellent, as well as the military tactics and character depth. The author neatly ties together several plot lines that converge to form a satisfying climax. Highly recommended!

Review of It’s Complicated: When a Man Meets a Woman

It's Complicated: When a Man Meets a Woman (Skyclad Journeys Book 2)It’s Complicated: When a Man Meets a Woman by Robert Longpré

My rating: 5 of 5 stars

Very Interesting Biography With A Fictional Twist

This is a well-told biography-style story, especially interesting as it is seen through the eyes of a psychoanalyst. Woven into the tale of a man trying to put his life back together is a fascinating exploration of Jungian psychology and Buddhism. I have studied Jung, and the author applies some clever twists to Jung’s perspective on the human mind. Most endearing is the peace the main character, Rene, achieves and disseminates through Buddhist principles.

I highly recommend this book to anyone who would like to learn about therapy for 1/1000 the cost of actual therapy sessions. I learned a lot about myself as I enjoyed a very relaxing and engaging plot.

5 Star Review of Execution of Justice

5.0 out of 5 stars Hold your breathe as Dent will take you on a fun and breathless ride

By Seden on October 13, 2017

Format: Kindle Edition|Verified Purchase

This was a very enjoyable read that I couldn’t stop until I finished. There was not a moment of boredom in this novel. There was simply too much exciting stuff going on from the inner demons John was fighting, the kidnapping of young women, the secret deals of CIA. Hold your breath as Dent will take you on a fun and breathless ride. If you like action, murder, intrigue this book is for you. It was like watching an episode of 24.

What Is The Most Important Thing About A Book In Your Opinion?

The book must create and sustain the curiosity of the reader. Of course, the curiosity must be completely satisfied at the end. I’m not a fan of unanswered questions.

Earth to Centauri: The First Journey – Review

Earth to Centauri: The First Journey (Captain Anara - Antariksh Book 1)Earth to Centauri: The First Journey by Kumar L

My rating: 5 of 5 stars

Great First Contact Novel!

This is a well researched and thought out concept of how a first contact would actually happen. Kumar is an engineer, and this comes through in his writing. He leaves no scientific aspect of Man’s first interstellar trip unaddressed. His simple, straightforward writing style makes this a highly enjoyable story that is hard to put down. The action starts right away and the pace remains quick.I really don’t want to spoil the plot, as the details are presented with great clarity and there are some clever twists.

I highly recommend this book to anyone who likes scientifically written sci-fi, and I’m looking forward to the next installment in this new series.
