Lynn Burke Returns with a new Book & Give-a-way!

HAPPY BOOK BIRTHDAY TO FINDING FULFILLMENT!
Q) Is this book part of a series? If so, can you tell us about it?
Finding Fulfillment is the final installment in the Found by Fate novella series which follows after three co-workers from Nature’s Corner.
Finding Forever (Bad Boys Wanted Anthology ) - Sam is an independent, jaded young woman who can’t say no to a bad boy baker. Finding Freedom - Tessa is a sheltered, insecure adoptee who is ruled by her religious parents. Enter best friends and lovers, Trent and Brody who have a thing for full-figured redheads, and voila…Tessa just might find freedom. Freedom Found (a free read) – One final showdown between Tessa and her parents, and she realizes both of her boys are exactly what she’s been needing all along.
Q) What gave you the inspiration for your book?
Roane Publishing did a Bad Boy Anthology which I submitted Finding Forever to. The other co-workers of Sam’s whispered in my brain until I decided to tell their stories as well.
Q) Do you have any habits that get you in the writing frame of mind?
I wish! I have a tendency to think and take notes galore, but the actual sitting down to write? Yeah. I blame the kids. LOL! Really, though, I procrastinate with things that NEED done like laundry, dishes, Facebook … oh wait. ;)

BLURB
Jade Matthews may be young, but she knows what she wants in a man--someone mature and kinky, a man who shares her deepest desires to have her pregnant and barefoot in the kitchen and submissively compliant in the bedroom. Archer Brennan aches to unleash his dark side on the too-young grocery bagger, with her pert pony tail and glossy lips that makes him yearn for a taste. With an ex-wife and a messy divorce threatening to destroy his pursuit of happiness, he binds himself to one rule -- hands-off Jade's tight body until his divorce settlement is final. A submissive must obey her Dom, but some rules were meant to be broken, and when one misstep threatens the dominant lawyer's life, will Jade defy Archer's hands-off decree or lose the only man capable of fulfilling all of her dreams?
~~~oOo~~~ EXCERPT:
I jerked off after my late lunch, thinking I’d be more relaxed and in control once Jade arrived for my…little test. No such damn luck. Nancy rang to let me know Jade had arrived and I instantly went hard. I wanted to tell Nancy to just send her on in, but the gentleman in me wouldn’t allow such an action, hard-on or not.
Standing, I buttoned my suit coat to hide the bulge in my pants and headed for the office door. When I pulled it open, our gazes collided and my attention slid down her neck to where her pulse thrummed. Satisfaction coursed through me.
“Jade,” I smiled, knowing the lust simmering inside of me shone in my eyes. “Come on in.” I stepped back, gesturing her past me and breathing in the scent of snickerdoodles. My hand moved without thought to rest on her lower back as she walked into my office. Her breath caught, and a quick glance up into my face had me jerking my hand away.
Fuck. Can’t touch.
I cleared my throat and shut the door behind her. “You look amazing.”
Pink tinged her cheeks. “Thank you.”
“Why don’t you have a seat on the couch today?” I motioned toward the loveseat beneath my office’s lone window with its upward slanting blinds for privacy.
I sat in my office chair but swiveled to my right to face her.
Jade perched on the couch’s edge, knees together and hands folded on her lap.
I took my time drinking in the sight of her—barely there makeup, hair caressing her shoulders, naked lips, and that dress.
Goddamn, she’d never looked better. The color of her name, the dress wrapped snug around her, the cleavage of her pert breasts barely concealed by the deep V-neck. Stiff nipples, bare legs, and strappy tan heels…and if she followed my thoughts for our meeting, no panties.
My cock strained, hands shook.
Get a grip, man. You’re thirty-five years old, for Christ’s sake, not some teenage jerkoff who can’t control his shit.
“How am I supposed to keep my hands off you?” I murmured, tearing my attention from the darkness between her legs.
Her blush deepened as she shrugged.
I forced myself to settle in my chair. “Sit back, darling. Relax.”
She eased backward into the couch, but tension hitched her shoulders high.
I wanted the test I had in mind to reveal what I hoped it would, but being strung tight would hinder her response to me. “How was your week?”
“Long and boring, same as last week.” She sucked in her lower lip and released it, sending another jolt of lust straight to my cock. “I’ll admit, my nervousness over today probably made it worse.”
“What are you nervous about?”
“The meaning of your note. Your plan.” Her voice escaped as a whisper, and she swallowed. “Wondering if you’ll finally touch me beyond a mere brush of fingers.”
My hand flexed at the thought as my heart picked up pace. “More than anything, I want that exact thing.”
We stared at each other for a few long seconds, the sexual tension thick between us.
I needed to wait until Nancy left. “All in good time,” I finally said, needing to clear my throat. “For now, talk to me. Tell me about your hobbies. What you like to do for fun.”
Jade heaved a deep breath, her breasts rising and drawing my focus downward. Pebbled and begging for my teeth, her nipples pressed tight against the green material covering them.
“Talk to me, Jade,” I encouraged, returning my gaze to her face with a slight smirk which she returned.A half hour flew by as we chatted, and the inner office ring of my phone startled me. I picked up. “Yes, Nancy?”
“If you don’t mind, I’m going to head out early for the day.”
“That’s fine. I’ll finish up with Miss Matthews here in a few minutes. Would you mind locking the front door on your way out?” I asked as always whenever she left before me.
She agreed and I hung up, turning back to Jade. Her brow furrowed, she played with the ties of her wrap dress.
“Jade.” She glanced up. “Close your eyes for me.”
She obeyed without hesitation, her brow smoothing, and my chest swelled with the trust she showed me.
“I’m going to tell you a story, and I want you to imagine it in your mind. Can you do that for me?”
Her plump lower lip disappeared inside her mouth again as she nodded.
The sound of the front door closing filtered through the blood rushing between my ears.
Time to play.
Sarah Marsh Visits with "Catching Faete"
Q) How did you dream up the dynamics of your characters?
A: Our Beyond The Veil series was born out of a contest we did in our street team group. Maia, Elena and I thought it might be fun to have our members choose specific things about the characters, and then we would write a short story and post it for them to read. From there, the entire series just came out of nowhere, we had such fun creating this world and the characters.
Q) Is this book part of a series? If so, can you tell us about it?
A: Yes, this is book four in the series. Though it’s a shorter Romance on the Go, this book revisits our original trio from book one. This series put Erica, Ben and Leo through the ringer a little but, so we wanted to elaborate on what their future had in store for them.
Q) Can you give a fun or interesting fact about your book?
A: Maia is from New Zealand, Elena is from New York, and I am from just outside of Vancouver, B.C.; so I suppose I drew the lucky straw in having the story take place here in Vancouver.
Q) Do you plan all your characters out before you start a story or do they develop as you write?
A: We do brainstorm about the general outline of each book, and on the characters, but other than that we kind of just go where the story takes us. At the start of each book, we pick a character each, and then rotate chapter by chapter for each point of view.
Q) What are your upcoming projects?
A: So many projects, so little time! Lol, I still work full time, so I don’t get as much writing done as I’d like, but I have six projects on the go at the moment, and probably another ten or so queued up after that. Currently I’m working on the next book in a sci fi romance series I have with Evernight. Then I have two antho projects to get done, then onto the next Coalition Mates book…as long as the muse co-operates.Catching FaeteBeyond The Veil, Book 4Published by Evernight PublishingCover Art by Jay AheerMFM ménage paranormal romance
They say that when one door closes another shall open, but when Erica made her choice to stop a madman, she couldn’t have imagined the price that she would have to pay. The future she’d risked everything for had just changed forever.
The existence of the Dark Fae and their Goddess comes as a shock, but the fates had one more surprise in store for Erica and her mates in the form of orphaned twin babies who steal their hearts, but these children are not like the Fae Erica is familiar with. They come with powers that she and her husbands know nothing about. Dark Fae council will watch over them to decide if they are capable of raising the twins, making Ben, Erica and Leo feel the pressure of having their every move scrutinized.
When the twin’s dark powers begin to emerge, will one Fae Queen and two warrior shifters have what it takes to navigate the uncertain waters of parenting? …and will the Dark Fae council decide to let them try?Purchase Links:Evernight: http://www.evernightpublishing.com/catching-faete-by-elena-kincaid-maia-dylan-and-sarah-marsh/Amazon US: https://www.amzn.com/B0719JM2Z4Amazon CA: https://www.amazon.ca/dp/B0719JM2Z4Bookstrand: http://www.bookstrand.com/catching-faete-mfm
Erica stopped in the doorway and turned to look back at her sleeping babies. The Goddesses truly did work in mysterious ways, she thought. She might not have had the pleasure of birthing the twins, but they were hers. She knew it with everything in her. They were hers!
“Come on, love,” Ben whispered in her ear as he urged her to lean back against him. “Leave them to dream of all the mischief and grief they will cause us over the next few decades. Now that they’re asleep, let’s make the most of this time we have alone.”
Heat swirled within her, and she nodded. They had been Mommy, Poppa, and Daddy all day. Now it was time for Mommy to get her some.
****
Leo had gone on ahead to the bedroom and lit all the candles they had, creating a golden glow that made Erica look radiant when she entered moments later with Ben. The smile on her face when she looked his way still made his heart skip a beat, just as it had the very first moment he’d seen her.
He would swear that if he didn’t have a shifter’s strength, the sheer joy he’d felt since bringing the babies home and seeing Erica blossom as a mother would have made his heart explode. He couldn’t have anticipated how two small little beings could instantly repair the gaping hole that had been ripped into their souls when the Goddess Allyria had told them the price they would pay for Alefric’s demise. But here they were, starting a new journey together, albeit, this one filled with much less danger, and much more need for an endless supply of wet wipes, but certainly just as important as anything Leo had ever done in his life previous. They would love and protect these children, and they would raise them to be the kind of people who made both sides of the Veil a better place.
“You look so resolved right now, Leo. What are you thinking about?” Erica stopped in front of him to gently caress his cheek with her hand.
“Just about how lucky we are … and how lucky you’re about to get.”
He leaned in to kiss her as he landed a quick smack to her jean covered ass that made her yelp and laugh into his mouth.
“Now we’re talking,” Ben said. He quickly shucked off his own jeans and stepped up behind Erica to unbutton her top, revealing her soft, perfect breasts. He gently pulled back her wrists, using her top as a makeshift rope to bind them behind her.
“How do you want it tonight, baby?” Leo could tell from the quick increase in her breathing that she was in the mood for something a little edgier than “sweet” tonight. “Mmm, I think I know exactly what our naughty little mate is looking for, don’t I, baby?”
He cocked one eyebrow at her, and her eyes grew hooded as she bit down on her lower lip, indicating that she knew exactly the type of evening he had in mind. “Ben, get on the bed, sitting with your back against the headboard. You, my love, strip off those clothes for me, now.”
Excerpt: “Go into the bedroom and take your clothes off,” he said, stepping back, hands releasing their hold on me. “There are towels in the adjoining bathroom. Wrap one around yourself and get comfy on that big ass bed, belly down.”
Uh … oh yeah. Massage. Right.
Unable to find my voice, I nodded and tried to walk away. Damn heels near sent me sprawling on the floor.
“Here. Let me.” Reid dropped to his knees and lifted one of my feet to unbuckle the black heels Christine had insisted on.
I grabbed hold of his shoulder to keep from falling over, my gaze locked on the dark head inches away from my throbbing clit. Thoughts of him lifting my dress’s hem with his teeth brought a moan to my throat, but I bit down on the inside of my lip to keep from letting it out.
His large hand slid up my calf and back down before making short work of the clasp. My foot slid free, and he ran his hand up my other leg, catching my breath.
Get a grip, Jessica. The barest touch on my skin—hotter than any sex I could remember. My body craved more. One little lick, one little pinch on my clit, and I’d be screaming my release for the world to hear.
“Go on,” Reid said, standing and stepping back, my heels dangling from his hand.
With another thoughtless, dumb nod, I managed to make my feet move. I eyed the massive bed while making my way across the bedroom to the open bathroom door. Images of Reid’s ass clenching with each thrust into my writhing body beneath his flashed across my mind.
“G-good God,” I whispered.
Hands shaking, I all but ripped off my tight dress and restricting bra, but paused to consider my panties. A full body massage…
Another few seconds of indecision and I slid the soaked bit of silk down my legs. Just in case he wanted to knead my ass cheeks. And, nothing more than that, I told myself while wrapping a white fluffy towel around me. A peek into the bedroom revealed it empty, so I scooted to the bed, pulled back the comforter and top sheet, and lay face down a little ways from the edge, eyes clenched shut, pulse pounding through every cell of my body.
Closer than a hair to hyperventilation, I focused on slowing my breathing. Relaxed my muscles as soft instrumental music floated through the closed door.
“Jessica?” Reid’s low voice raised what little hair I had on my body. “Can I come in?”
I squeaked a reply but had to clear my throat and try again. “Yes.”
Yes. Please come … I mean, come in. Touch me. Make me come.
L.D. Blakeley's NEW RELEASE!
Carey English spends his days planning extravagant parties and lavish weddings and generally making people’s lives brighter. He spends his nights wishing for a man he doesn’t have to share and who won’t try to drag him back into the closet. It doesn’t help that the man he wants most doesn’t need a closet to begin with — his straight best friend, Sky.
Skyler Wood has been dumped — again — just days before the holiday season, leaving him with an ex-fiancée, a nonrefundable New Year’s Eve getaway rental, and nothing to ring in the New Year but a broken heart. For Carey, rushing off to offer Sky a shoulder will either be the best decision he’s ever made—or it will lead to the worst heartbreak he’s ever experienced.
EXCERPT:If there was one thing he knew about Sky, it was that he was as frugal as the day was long. And, judging by the other places he’d passed along the way, he was guessing the impressive exterior of this place matched a rather swanky, if not romantic, interior. Of course, idiot. Sky had rented the place thinking he’d be with his fiancée. Not his best friend.
He parked next to his friend’s SUV and stubbornly grabbed more than he could carry at once. Why make two trips when you can do it in one? Necessity might be the mother of invention, but laziness was definitely its big, bad daddy. Laden down with a suitcase and far too many bags of food and liquor, Carey used the toe of his boot to gently knock at the front door. “Sky? You in there? My hands are full, man, come open the door.” When there was no response, he tried again with the tip of his boot. “Mr. Darcy, are—”
His sentence was cut short as the door flew open. “Jesus! Hold your horses, Logan. I couldn’t hear you with the water running. I was just in the…”
Shower. He’d been in the shower. Carey knew this, not because he suddenly had the ability to read minds. Oh, no. He knew this because there, in front of him, stood all six foot four inches of Darcy Skyler Wood… dripping wet with nothing but a towel slung low around his hips. Shit.
Don’t stare. Don’t stare at that solitary drop of water as it slowly slides its way between the hard, flat planes of those perfect pecs. And for the love of all that’s holy, do not stare at anything even remotely near the edge of that towel! But Carey never was any good at taking orders.
Michelle Graham Visits Today!
Q) Is this book part of a series? If so, can you tell us about it?
This book is part of my Losing It series from Evernight Publishing. The premise is an online hook-up site which pairs virgins with experienced partners. In the first book (Losing It In Vegas) this is exactly how the plot played out. But since virginity is only a social construct anyway, and to keep it from getting old, I tried to come up with different scenarios. Losing It All Over Again is the story of a woman whose only lover had been her less-than-satisfactory ex-husband, so she’s trying to create the experience she wished she’d had the first time. Losing It In the Closet is about a young man who’s fighting his attraction to men and figures a one-time experience with another man will get it out of his system.
Q) What gave you the inspiration for your book?
As I mentioned, I wanted to come up with unique scenarios for the series and imagined lesbians who were curious about having sex with a man. They’d never had penis-in-vagina sex so they were still technically virgins. I decided that motivation wasn’t strong enough though, and figured if they were trying to have a baby it would give them more incentive to find a man to help.
Q) Do you plan all your characters out before you start a story or do they develop as you write?
I usually start with a premise or scenario that might bring my main characters together. Then I spend a lot of time daydreaming about why the characters would be there in the first place, what kind of person are they are, who their family was, how they would react to different things. They’re fairly well-developed in my head before I really start writing. Of course, as I write and the characters interact with each other, sometimes I find that things go in a whole different direction.
Q) How much real life do you put into or influences your books?
Well, the Losing It series sort of came to me when I thought about my own first time. I was 18 and in a situation with a guy friend. I could have stopped things, but I was 18 and tired of being a virgin (the same attitude as Rowan in Losing It in Vegas). It definitely wasn’t a spectacular experience (which may have had something to do with being in a Chevette at the time) and I couldn’t help wishing I’d had a better first time, with someone who knew what they were doing. So I draw on bits and pieces from my life to add depth to my stories.
Q) What are your upcoming projects?
BlurbAlexa and Vivian Parker have been together since high school. Neither one had ever been with a man, nor did they feel the need. Until they want a baby and can only get one the old-fashioned way. So they turn to hook-up site, Losing It, to find a sperm donor.
Carter Michaels didn’t anticipate having two virgins to please, but he’s more than up for the task, and he’ll help them as often as needed.
None of them planned on it being more than a one-shot deal.
On sale for a limited time: Losing It In Vegas
For those who’ve made it to adulthood with their virtue intact, Losing It matches virgins with experienced lovers who will make their first time unforgettable, with no embarrassing emotional entanglements.
Losing It In Vegas is the story of twenty-one year old Rowan Cassidy who is sick of being a virgin. With no romantic prospects in sight, she turns to Losing It to find her a man willing to do the deed and leave it at that. Bruce McGovern is between lovers and is stuck in a dry spell so he takes a chance with Losing It.
Elizabeth Monvey visits with her new MM Shifter Release!
Q) Is this book part of a series? If so, can you tell us about it?
Yes! Wolf Rising is the last book in the Divergent Species trilogy, although it's part of a bigger picture I incorporated, involving my short story in the Bad Alpha Anthology (from Evernight) and My Pregnant Boyfriend (from the My Boyfriend Is.... series).
Q) Can you give a fun or interesting fact about your book?
Every book except for the Bad Alpha story (Outlaw Wolf) involves male pregnancy! I tried very hard to keep them as believable as possible and it was so much fun giving all my guys a happy ever after.
Q) Do you have any habits that get you in the writing frame of mind?
I work the midshift so every day I head to my local Starbucks, get a hot tea, and write until it's time for me to go in.
Q) Do you plan all your characters out before you start a story or do they develop as you write?
All my characters develop as I write the story. I introduced my three shifter species in the book My Pregnant Boyfriend, as well as a hunting club going after shifters in mid-transformation. I thought it was such an interesting plot line that wrote in Henry (The Bear's True Mate), Shawn (Declawed) & Mitch (Wolf Rising) and immediately began figuring out who would be their true mates.
Q) What are your upcoming projects?
I am finishing up revising a contemporary MM story that I had previously published. I asked for my writes back because I thought the story was weak. Going through it, I've realized how much I've learned since it was first published seven years ago.
I also plan on writing a sequel to my fantasy story Dark Rider. I really liked my three heroes and I'd like to explore their story more.
Divergent Species, 3 Darwin Thrune has to warn his alpha about a terrible betrayal, not just to his pack but also to the whole shifter community. He’s not sure what to think about Enforcer Mitch Wakefield’s insistence to go with him for his own protection. Mitch is a lone wolf, but he can’t deny the attraction he feels towards Darwin. His one mission is to find the threat to the shifter world and eliminate it, but Darwin has thrown off his objective. The threat to Darwin’s life sends them fleeing into the wild Canadian wilderness, where they can no longer ignore the flame burning between them. It will ignite a future neither of them ever expected, one Mitch isn’t sure he wants. Will Darwin be left with unexpected consequences or a happy ever after? Be Warned: m/m sex, MPREG
EXCERPT:Mitch leaned forward and gave Darwin a light kiss on the mouth. He wanted to deepen it, to reignite the ember simmering just below the surface, but sanity lurked in the back of his mind. He pulled back.“I could go now, kill them all,” he whispered. “Protect you.”“Is that what an Enforcer does? Kill humans?”“It would be justified.”“From whose point of view? Yours or the council?”“I won’t let them hurt you, Darwin.”Darwin studied him for a moment. “Do they have weapons?”Mitch nodded.“Then we run,” Darwin said. “Not because I don’t believe you can kill them. Not because I believe they have a right to live. This situation is past right or wrong. But as you attack one, another can be free to shoot you, and that I couldn’t bear.”“All right,” Mitch said. “Let me get dressed. We’ll continue west. For now.” BUY LINKS: http://www.evernightpublishing.com/wolf-rising-by-elizabeth-monvey/ https://www.amazon.com/Wolf-Rising-Divergent-Species-Book-ebook/dp/B06XXVLDVK/ref=sr_1_2?ie=UTF8&qid=1491021743&sr=8-2&keywords=elizabeth+monvey
Q & A with Lea Bronsen!
Q) Is this book part of a series? If so, can you tell us about it?
Yes, Fiery 10-16 is the first book of a new, exciting firefighter series called Smokey Glen. The next books will be written by my talented author friends D.C. Stone, Jessica Jayne, and Cait Jarrod, with whom I co-authored the anthology Girl Code. Smokey Glen is a small town in the Rocky Mountains, and each book in the series will feature a firefighter from the same station.
Q) Can you give a fun or interesting fact about your book?
The hero's looks are based on non other than the majestic, insanely handsome movie star, footballer, wrestler, and rugby player Geno Segers! I remember D.C. Stone showing me a picture of him last year, and me squealing in delight and saying, "OMG, I need to write him a book!" lol, and that's what I did.
Q) What gave you the inspiration for your book?
It's quite funny, because I got the idea after responding to a private ad for children’s clothes last year. The seller gave me an address in town…and I ended up knocking on the door of the main fire station. Of all places! And this is exactly how the story of Fiery 10-16 begins J
Q) Do you plan all your characters out before you start a story or do they develop as you write?
It's a long process. When I start plotting the book, I usually have a "feel" about my main characters. I know their hearts and souls and make them mine. Then as I immerse myself into their story, chapter by chapter, I build their backgrounds, motivations, struggles, and dreams, and decide which obstacles they'll have to surmount to achieve a personal development. Little by little, I also add secondary characters to give the story vastness and depth and strengthen the plot and subplots. I can tell you there's a lot of back-and-forth editing!
Q) How much real life do you put into or influences your books?
I always include bits of real life into my books, be it a place, a name, a person, or a particular experience (as in the case of Fiery 10-16), because it helps to describe the settings or the situations as realistically as possible.
Q) What are your upcoming projects?
I have 5 very different works-in-progress waiting for me to allot them time. A psychological thriller, a dark erotic new adult MMMM romance, an erotic lesbian romance, a romantic suspense, and a historical romance. I'm not sure which one to work on, to be honest! It all depends on my mood J
Blurb:
Runo Wiggins is a scarred man, the wounds etched into his psyche deeper than those on his skin. But he loves his job: fighting fires helps reenact his survival of a house fire as a teen, one that killed his mother and brutal stepfather.
Dawn Caravello is married to a psychotic drunk. She can take his beatings as long as he doesn't touch their children, and she'll do anything to put food on the table, even if it means stealing from the town hero.
When Runo meets the fiery Dawn, sparks fly. But he suspects she is victim of the same abuse as his mother was. As day turns to night, the past and the present blend in an exhausting, nerve-wrecking chase to prevent another death.
New Release! The Night Gardener by ED Parr
Q) How did you dream up the dynamics of your characters?
Zachary Yarrow came to me in the night. There are lots of natural noises in the night where I live. Recently something larger than usual has been padding along the patio and wooden deck at the side. As I listened one night, I suddenly thought its gardening, the animal is the night gardener, and it made me laugh. Then Zachary dropped into my mind like the hot stuff he is and I had to write. Dane Lovell is the guy who’s had some heartbreak. He’s still shaken by it and perhaps he doesn’t need the paranormal side of Zachary but the tradeoff comes because Zachary is such a happy character and there’s no inkling of what’s really happening with him until they fall deeply in love and Dane asks Zachary to live with him. That’s the catalyst for Dane to give Zachary the support he’s needed all along.
I love them both. They’re perfect for each other. They have the kind of love we all deserve.
By the way, this is a happy story, it can tug on the heartstrings but the HEA is satisfying for me.
Q) Can you give a fun or interesting fact about your book?
The river where the initial sinister event happens to Zachary and then transfers magic to Dane is one I saw on my work travels. It rushed by and under the bridge I was standing on so loudly, it was as if I stood under a waterfall. That was a deep and powerful river.
Q) What gave you the inspiration for The Night Gardener?
Noises in the night. Oh, and I discovered my night gardener is a deer. (Smiles) And the river I spoke of. Further along the bank of that river, it plateaus out so that it doesn’t rush by so fast, and there’s a stretch of treacherous looking reeds. Old trees line the bank there, and one of them appears in the story, and gives Dane a scare when he’s out walking.
Q) What are your upcoming projects?
I have two WIP’s actually submitted to my publisher.
Given Time, which is MMromance, contemporary man love, and that has a spooky touch the same as The Night Gardener.
Thief of Hearts, a fun contemporary man move romantic erotica.
The Night GardenerE.D.Parr #MMromance new release from Evernight Publishing
Architect, Dane Lovell takes an off-season vacation in an old New England mansion, hoping to ease his broken heart, and spark his imagination. Impressed by the pretty gardens, he’s surprised by the sinister atmosphere of the river than winds through the estate. Dane settles down to his vacation and tries to immerse himself in his drawings. One night, the sound of the back door smashing open in the wind and rain shocks Dane from his work.
Spooky, gorgeous, and enigmatic Zachary Yarrow has brought logs for the fire.
He’s the estate gardener and brings with him not just passion and a love affair for Dane, but a strange, spine-tingling mystery.
Who is Zachary, and what will happen when Dane finds out?
From the author Inspired by some wild countryside, and a rushing river that stormed under a bridge so loudly, I couldn’t hear what a friend said to me, for me this story is as much about nature as love. I’ve always believed there are more things in the elegant stream of life than we know about, and this story is about a young man who loves life so much he finds a way to live it. There are some heartstring tugs in this story, and some hot love scenes, because this is a love story. It’s a journey for both characters, Dane and Zachary to deep, lasting love.
The gardener slotted his logs into the spaces between other logs already in the nook bricked into the side of the fireplace. “Zachary Yarrow.”
Dane folded his arms over his body, wishing he’d thought to close the door as chilling air swept along the hall and into the room. “Dane Lovell.”
Zachary stood, having completed his task. “You’re here off season. I guess you know. I always do the gardens off-season—have done for the last—well, for years. When I’m here, I usually stay in this cottage. I guess I need to find somewhere else this time.”
Cold, Dane accepted the information with a nod. “I need to close the door, Mr. Yarrow.” He returned to the back door and closed it up.
Zachary Yarrow had followed. “You can call me Zachary.”
Dane hung around near the back door. The gardener showed no signs of leaving and Dane didn’t know how to be rude enough just to ask him to go.
“It’s way too dark to garden. You’re wet through.” Dane’s gaze ranged over the sodden sweater Zachary wore, and along the rain-darkened jeans covering Zachary’s muscled thighs. The guy has to be cold. “Can I offer you a cup of coffee?”
Zachary grinned happily. “A cup of coffee, yeah, that will be great, thanks.”
Dane led the way back into the kitchen. “Sit by one of the radiators and try to dry out a little.” He put water to boil and heaped instant into mugs. “I can lend you a dry sweater…”
Zachary leaned close to the radiator. “It’s okay. I’ll drape my sweater on here. It’ll be dry in no time.” He pulled the soggy item over his head and arranged it on the hot metal flutes.
Dane experienced a shock of attraction as he took in the smooth, muscled chest on display when Zachary turned to him.
“Look, it’s already steaming.”
Dane tore his gaze from Zachary’s body and glanced at the sweater. The kettle boiled and he whipped around to make the coffee, thankful for the diversion.
“Do you take sugar or cream?”
Zachary’s voice came from immediately behind him. “Black, thank you, no sugar.”
Dane closed his eyes to dissipate the surprise Zachary’s silent approach gave him. He edged around to face Zachary, who stood so close Dane’s composure flew clean away as his whole body reacted to the proximity of this complete hunk.Holy hell, he is completely gorgeous. Dane stepped sideways and picked up a mug. He handed it to Zachary. “Coffee, er, sorry, its instant. I’ve given myself a vacation from grounds and filters.” He smiled apologetically.
Zachary studied him for a few seconds.
Dane had the distinct feeling Zachary knew exactly what he was thinking.
