BAPTISM OF WATER AND SPIRIT
TODAY’S PROPHETIC NUMBER
November 16, 2023 – 11/16/2023
11 – Heroes Rising
16 – The Love of god
Acts 11:16 (NKJV) – Then I remembered the word of the Lord, how He said, ‘John indeed baptized with water, but you shall be baptized with the Holy Spirit.’
Being baptized in the Holy Spirit means we have a Helper to reveal the things that God wants us to search out. The Holy Spirit will help us to make right decisions in our lives by walking in the fear of the Lord.
Declaration: I will listen to the still, small voice when I make decisions, led by the Holy Spirit as a child of God. I will walk in the fear of the Lord, which is the beginning of wisdom, all the days of my life! In Jesus’ name, Amen!
BAPTISM OF WATER
AND SPIRIT
Water baptism is an outward sign of our inward decision when we accept Jesus Christ as our Savior. It’s powerful, and it’s wonderful, and it’s a great asset to the Body of Christ. Once you go down in the water, the things that held you in slavery go down with you, but once you rise up, those things stay in the watery depths. You’ve declared that those things no longer own you! Jesus has paid the price for you, and now He’s your Lord instead of the counterfeits! Hallelujah!
One of the greatest gifts that God the Father has given to us is His Holy Spirit. The very same Spirit that searches the depths of Him and reveals them to us! (1 Corinthians 2:10) The Holy Spirit that raised Christ Jesus from the dead! (Romans 8:11) The Holy Spirit that fell on the disciples at Pentecost, baptizing them in the power of God! (Acts 2)
It’s that baptism that is also available to us through our Lord Jesus Christ.
Matthew 28:18-20 (NKJV)
And Jesus came and spoke to them, saying, “All authority has been given to Me in heaven and on earth. Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all things that I have commanded you; and lo, I am with you always, even to the end of the age.” Amen.
The water baptism is a powerful prophetic act of you dying with Christ Jesus, leaving behind the works of sin and death, and rising up as a new creation with new life in King Jesus. The baptism of the Holy Spirit empowers you to maintain that freedom and to expand the Kingdom of God! Friends, if you have not yet been baptized by the Holy Spirit, ask the Father! It is His good pleasure to give us the Kingdom!
For everyone who asks receives, and he who seeks finds, and to him who knocks it will be opened. Or what man is there among you who, if his son asks for bread, will give him a stone? Or if he asks for a fish, will he give him a serpent? If you then, being evil, know how to give good gifts to your children, how much more will your Father who is in heaven give good things to those who ask Him! – Matthew 7:8-11 (NKJV)

THE ROOT OF THE MATTER
TODAY’S PROPHETIC NUMBER
November 14, 2023 – 11/14/2023
11 – Heroes Rising
14 – Generational Promises and the Fear of the Lord
Mark 11:14 (NKJV) – In response Jesus said to it, “Let no one eat fruit from you ever again.” And His disciples heard it.
There are some things that just have to be dealt with. Not every seed sowed will produce a great harvest. Some won’t even sprout! Others will reach a point of maturity, and against nature and purpose, be non-fruit-bearing. May God Almighty give us the wisdom to know when to stand in hope for a coming harvest, and when to uproot to give place for a better seed!
Declaration: I will uproot the things I need to uproot, and nurture the things I need to nurture in my own heart by the leading of the Holy Spirit. May the Lord of the harvest send me into the fields so that I may present to Him a harvest! In Jesus’ name, Amen!
THE ROOT OF THE MATTER
I don’t think it’s foolish for us all to pray and hope that like Isaac, we sow and reap 100-fold, even in a time of famine! However, any farmer will tell you that Isaac’s experience was a divine exception, and problems are almost guaranteed to arise. There are seasons to deal with, weeds, pests, weather, and a host of other things to take into consideration when planting a crop in hopes of a harvest.
Jesus used many examples from an agrarian culture to teach us. Look at the parable of the sower in Matthew 13, followed by the parable of the Wheat and Tares later in the chapter. In this instance, the parable of the sower isn’t necessarily about the seeds planted, but the different types of soils that received the seeds. The soils represent different heart postures and their ability to receive and reproduce the word of God in their lives!
Then the Wheat and the Tares goes on to show us how in the midst of God’s good planting in our lives, the enemy comes along to plant a bad crop–but we can trust our Father to burn up the worthless crop and preserve the good crop. God Almighty honors and preserves the good in our lives; our decisions for righteousness instead of giving place to sin, kindness in the face of those who would treat us harshly, and remaining faithful to Him in a faithless generation. The things we’re ashamed of, the places where we’ve failed or fallen short, those things don’t last, those things are tossed to the fire never to rise again!
Friends, when we stand before the throne of God, we will give an account of our lives. Because He is the Lord of the harvest (Matthew 9:37-38), He will expect us to have produced fruit. He has not called us to be successful in all things, however, He does trust that we will be fruitful in all things.
You did not choose Me, but I chose you and appointed you that you should go and bear fruit, and that your fruit should remain, that whatever you ask the Father in My name He may give you.
– John 15:16 NKJV

MIGHTY FOR BATTLE
TODAY’S PROPHETIC NUMBER
November 13, 2023 – 11/13/2023
11 – Heroes Rising
13 – Rebellion
1 Chronicles 11:13 (AMP) – He was with David at Pas Dammim [where David had killed Goliath] and there the Philistines were gathered together for battle, and there was a plot of ground full of barley; and the people [of Israel] fled before the Philistines.
The Scripture goes on to say, “But Eleazar and David stationed themselves in the middle of the field and defended it. They struck down the Philistines, and the LORD brought about a great victory.”
Have you every wondered how or why you have escaped great battles unscathed? Like the three Hebrew boys in Babylon, have you been able to say you’ve been through the fire, but you don’t smell like smoke? It is because King Jesus the mighty warrior has gone before you and won the victory!
Declaration: I declare that the LORD God Almighty always goes before me into battle. He is my shield and my buckler. He is the lifter of my head, and every mountain before me will become level ground! In Jesus’ name, Amen!
MIGHTY FOR BATTLE
So many times, we step onto a battlefield, and instead of seeking the Lord and trusting Him, we turn on our heels and run the other way. His word tells us, “Trust in the Lord with all your heart, lean not on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge Him and He will direct your path.” If we trust Him, He will direct us on the battlegrounds we step a foot onto. King David wrote, “Blessed be the LORD my Rock, Who trains my hands for war, and my fingers for battle” – Psalm 144:1 (NKJV)
The Lord Himself is a Warrior; Jehovah Sabaoth, the Lord of Armies. We can trust Him to make us successful in the battles we face. Sometimes the battle seems unsurmountable, just like David and Eleazar facing the Philistine horde alone. But if we throw down our sword and run, then we end up giving away territory that the Lord expected us to possess. We’re told not to be overcome with evil, but to overcome evil with good. (Romans 12:21) My friends, we are well able to take the land because the Lord Jesus Christ is with us, and goes before us to scatter our enemies!
When we come against the forces of the kingdom of darkness, we are not helpless!
Psalm 149: 6-9 (NKJV) – Let the high praises of God be in their mouth, and a two-edged sword in their hand, to execute vengeance on the nations, and punishments on the peoples; To bind their kings with chains, and their nobles with fetters of iron; To execute on them the written judgment— This honor have all His saints. Praise the LORD!
Ephesians 6:10-18 (NKJV) – Finally, my brethren, be strong in the Lord and in the power of His might. Put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil. For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this age, against spiritual hosts of wickedness in the heavenly places. Therefore take up the whole armor of God, that you may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand. Stand therefore, having girded your waist with truth, having put on the breastplate of righteousness, and having shod your feet with the preparation of the gospel of peace; above all, taking the shield of faith with which you will be able to quench all the fiery darts of the wicked one. And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God; praying always with all prayer and supplication in the Spirit, being watchful to this end with all perseverance and supplication for all the saints.”
Deuteronomy 31:8 (NKJV) – And the LORD, He is the One who goes before you. He will be with you, He will not leave you nor forsake you; do not fear nor be dismayed.”
The Lord directs us in our battles, and teaches us to war against our enemies. He equips us with His tools of warfare, worship, prayer and the full armor of God. If all of that wasn’t enough, God Himself goes before us to win the victory. Friends, do not be discouraged or hopeless! We have the victory! Remember, Jesus Christ is resurrected from the dead!

Hebrews 11:12 (NKJV) – Therefore from one man, and him as good as dead, were born as many as the stars of the sky in multitude–innumerable as the sand which is by the seashore.
We all know Abraham’s story. But take a moment and meditate on God and His infinite abilities and creation. The stars and the sands mentioned in Abraham’s story give us a visual of God’s All Sufficient Power that has created all things. He chose two human beings to work this particular plan through. Scripture says that Abraham was as good as dead, and Sarah was well past child-bearing age. The extraordinary and the miraculous is what happens when God Almighty meets humanity with His Spirit.
Declaration: I am not self-sufficient. I am God-dependent. Not by power, nor by might, but by the Spirit of the Living God! The Lord Most High is my Father. I am His child. In Jesus’ name, Amen!
WILLING VESSELS
Hello Friends! Just like David recorded in Psalms, when we think of the heavens and earth, and God Almighty who created it all, many of us tend to pose the question, what is man, that You would be mindful of him? The Creator God could have done everything without us, but He chose to be relational with each one of us. Adam and Eve walked in the cool of the day with Him, day by day. You and I get to walk with Him with His Spirit dwelling in us, moment by moment.
That makes us vessels fit for use, holy and set apart. The Lord wouldn’t allow His Spirit to inhabit something unworthy or unfit. I’m telling you, friends, the power of Jesus’ sacrifice on our behalf cleansed us (1 John 1:7) and reconciled us to the Father (2 Corinthians 5:18). We are righteous by faith!
Through this restored relationship with our heavenly Father, there are new creations and things He wants to bring forth! God is Creator. He never stops creating. A new heart of flesh for a heart of stone – Ezekiel 36:26. A new covenant in place of the old – Jeremiah 31:31-34. New mercies every morning – Lamentations 3:22-23. Newness of life instead of the bondage of sin and death – Romans 6:4. God is constanly creating! And a lot of times, the way He chooses to work a wonder here on earth is through humanity–through us.
The Father chose to place the Messiah in the womb of a young human girl.
– Luke 1
God Almighty chose Abraham to bring about a nation set apart for Him, through which Jesus would come from.
– Genesis 17
Jesus commanded His disciples to do the works of the Kingdom.
– Matthew 10
Jesus declared that those of us coming afterwards would do greater works than even He!
– John 14
All you and I have to do is say, “Yes.” He has already purified us to be temples of His Holy Spirit. The Holy Spirit empowers us the same as it empowered King Jesus and raised Him from the dead. Just like our Father, we have the ability to create and see things made manifest, and through our relationship with Him we get to see the Kingdom be brought forth and made manifest here on earth!
Behold, I will do a new thing, Now it shall spring forth; Shall you not know it?
I will even make a road in the wilderness And rivers in the desert.

WARRIORS RISING
TODAY’S PROPHETIC NUMBER
November 11, 2023 – 11/11/2023
11 – Heroes Rising (+)
11 – Disorder (-)
Joshua 11:11 (NKJV) – And they struck all the people who were in it with the edge of the sword, utterly destroying them. There was none left breathing. Then he [Joshua] burned Hazor with fire.
The number eleven represents judgment, with the emphasis being “disorder.” It’s when things fall apart or disintegrate, when God’s judgment falls upon chaos. In the positive, 11 marks where God recognizes the faithfulness of people! It’s associated with valor and acts of selfless service. It’s when we see warriors rise up as overcomers and take hold of victory!
Declaration: I choose to be an overcomer and remain faithful to the Lord Jesus Christ. I will not cower in fear, but I will rise up as a warrior in the Kingdom of God! In Jesus’ name, Amen!
WARRIORS RISING
When God is speaking positively through the number 11, He likes to recognize victorious attributes of people. When people win huge battles of faith, He will stamp the number 11 on it. This number is associated with mighty deeds and extraordinary acts. The faith hall of fame is in Hebrews chapter 11. These common human beings were recognized as extraordinary by their faithfulness, so the chapter is marked by eleven!
We celebrate the heroes who have gone into battle on behalf of the United States on 11/11. World War I ended on the 11th hour of the 11th day of the 11th month. Davidd had 11 mighty warriors who left Saul and joined with him in 1 Chronicles 12:8-15! King Jesus was 33-years-old when He conquered sin and death at the Cross. That’s 11 x 3!
In the book of Revelation, the promises of God are only for those who overcome the end-time spirit of disorder that would rule before the King of kings and Lord of Lords comes back to clean house. So it makes sense that the word “overcometh” is in the Bible exactly 11 times. It is also no doubt significant that “overcome” would be in the Bible 22 times, or 11 x 2 times!
Joshua and Caleb, Phineas, Jehu, King David, King Jesus – you and I have a lineage of overcoming warriors who remained faithful to Yahweh. That is our inheritance! Friends, know that when you face battles and overwhelming circumstances, there are those who have gone before us and paved a path of steadfast faith and overcoming victory in the power of the Spirit of the Living God! We’re blessed, friends! And same as the Lord told Joshua, a mighty warrior, He tells us, “Have I not commanded you? Be strong and of good courage; do not be afraid, nor be dismayed, for the LORD your God is with you wherever you go.” – Joshua 1:9 (NKJV)

8 – New Beginnings
Luke 11:8 (NKJV) – I say to you, though he will not rise and give to him because he is his friend, yet because of his persistence he will rise and give him as many as he needs.
There are times when you need to just sit still and see the salvation of the LORD. But then, there are other times when you need to hit the gas and get after it! Walking with King Jesus will bring you face to face with situations that require one or the other, sometimes both. How do we maneuver through these times as the people of God? Well, let’s take a look at what the Bible has to say.
Declaration: Father, I trust You for the wisdom to know when to act with steadfastness, and when to be still and see Your salvation on my behalf. In Jesus’ name, Amen!
FRIEND OR FOE
Sometimes you just can’t be friendly. The Hebrews were deceptively befriended by a mystery people during a period of intense warfare as they followed the command of the Lord and began to take dominion in the land He gave to them. The Gibeonites were dwelling in the land and needed to be taken out. Yet, because the Lord wasn’t consulted by His people, they instead entered into covenant with Israel, and later on in Biblical history a great price was paid because of it. (Joshua 9 & 2 Samuel 21:1-14)
How about the Amalekite that thought to gain favor from David by telling him he’d killed king Saul? The friendship he thought to get by his deception ended up in his death. (1 Samuel 31 & 2 Samuel 1:1-25)
Then, you have moments like Jesus had with the woman at the well in John 4. She expected to be met with opposition and hostility, being that Jesus was a Jew and she was a Samaritan. Instead, she came face to face with the goodness of God. And the Canaanite woman! Initially she met with intense resistance from Jesus; He called her a dog! But her unwavering faith qualified her to receive the victory she sought Him out for.
Let me say this, Jesus is kind, but He isn’t nice. “Nice” requires bending to the offense of others, but that was the furthest thing from Jesus’ radar. Just look at how He dealt with the Pharisees or how He dispersed the crowd by telling them to eat His flesh and drink His blood. And what about when His disciples got away from His agenda? (Matthew 23, John, 6:53-57, Luke 9:4)
Jesus knew what He was to partner with because He knew His agenda. Jesus knew what not to partner with because He knew His agenda. Friends, we cannot just try and get along with an opposing agenda, or a “giant” in the territory the Lord has given us. If we choose to compromise and make our bed with an enemy, we’ll produce more enemies.
What is our agenda? The Father’s business; to heal the sick, raise the dead, cleanse the lepers, and cast out demons in whatever creative and unique way the Father directs us. Believe it or not, the world will oppose us because we love Jesus and are about His Kingdom being made manifest here on earth. Regardless of what rises up against us, we have the wisdom of God to know when to drive out the giants, or hold our peace as the God Almighty fights for us.

Job 11:7 (NKJV) – “Can you search out the deep things of God? Can you find out the limits of the Almighty?”
What a question! Though the friends of Job weren’t exactly on the same page as God Almighty, this question is worth thinking about. Now don’t get me wrong, I know that I, as a human being bound by the space-time continuum and the laws of this physical realm, am nowhere near capable of comprehending the deep things of God. But I know who is, The Holy Spirit, who raised the Lord Jesus Christ from the dead and now dwells in us!
Declaration: I have the dunamis power of the Lord Jesus Christ taking up residence within me. I belong to the Father because His Spirit is the seal and down payment of my inheritance with Jesus. I am the temple of the Holy Spirit. I will not be conformed to this world, but transformed by renewing my mind by the power of the Holy Spirit who searches the deep things of God. In Jesus’ name, Amen!
DEEP DIVE
With it being the seventh day of November, I wanted to touch on the number 7 and how it represents the Spirit of God, or the Holy Spirit. Let’s go through a couple of quick examples from Scripture.
When God Perfectly Purifies Something By His Spirit, You See The Number Seven
Leviticus 4:17 – And the priest shall dip his finger in some of the blood, and sprinkle it seven times before the LORD, even before the veil.
When God Perfectly Protects Us By His Spirit, You See The Number Seven
Deuteronomy 28:7 – The LORD will cause your enemies who rise against you to be defeated before your face; they shall come out against you one way and flee before you seven ways.
When God Bring Us Perfect Justice By His Spirit, You See The Number Seven
1 Samuel 2:5 – They that were full have hired out themselves for bread; and they that were hungry ceased: So that the barren hath born seven; And she that hath many children is waxed feeble.
There are countless examples of the number seven throughout Scripture. The book of Revelation contains 54 mentions alone! It’s such a powerful pattern that God uses to represent when He’s doing a perfect work by the power of His Spirit. Now that we’re familiar with what God uses the number seven to represent, let’s take another look at the 7th verse of the 11th chapter of Job.
Job 11:7 (NKJV) – “Can you search out the deep things of God? Can you find out the limits of the Almighty?”
The simple answer to this amazing question is no. And that would be correct. However, we who house the Spirit of the Living God within us, have access to the deep things of God because of the Holy Spirit!
1 Corinthians 2:9-12 NKJV
But as it is written: “Eye has not seen, nor ear heard, Nor have entered into the heart of man the things which God has prepared for those who love Him.” But God has revealed them to us through His Spirit. For the Spirit searches all things, yes, the deep things of God. For what man knows the things of a man except the spirit of the man which is in him? Even so no one knows the things of God except the Spirit of God. Now we have received, not the spirit of the world, but the Spirit who is from God, that we might know the things that have been freely given to us by God.

Colossians 1:16 (NKJV) – For by Him all things were created that are in heaven and that are on earth, visible and invisible, whether thrones, or dominions or principalities or powers. All things were created through Him and for Him.
Have you ever questioned why God made the things He made? Well, the answer is that He creates the things He enjoys and loves! That includes us! No matter how rough things may seem during this season, know that God does all things for your good and His glory.
Declaration: All things are created by God, but I am His crowning glory because He gave Jesus Christ, His only Begotten Son, so that I’d be reconciled to Him!
GOD’S GLORY
My friends! Have you ever just sat and watched the world around you, enjoying all the little things God Almighty made for us to enjoy and express His great love towards us? I often think about the beauty of the natural world, even in its fallen state, and wonder what life would have been like had Adam and Eve not listened to the voice of the serpent. Everything the Lord has made is by design, even to the smallest particle of an atom.
His glory is seen all throughout creation! It just cannot be ignored. Romans 1:20 says, For since the creation of the world His invisible attributes are clearly seen, being understood by the things that are made, even His eternal power and Godhead, so that they are without excuse…
Friends, by simply observing the intricacy and complexity of the brilliant design of creation all around us, we are without excuse in coming to the knowledge of God. His invisible characteristics and nature are made visible through the mother hen and how she cares for her chicks–Matthew 23:37, “O Jerusalem, Jerusalem, the one who kills the prophets and stones those who are sent to her! How often I wanted to gather your children together, as a hen gathers her chicks under her wings, but you were not willing!”
Through the care of the birds of the air–Matthew 6:26, “Look at the birds of the air, for they neither sow nor reap nor gather into barns; yet your heavenly Father feeds them. Are you not of more value than they?”
And take a look at the flowers of the field– Matthew 6:28-30, “And why do you worry about clothes? See how the flowers of the field grow. They do not labour or spin. 29 Yet I tell you that not even Solomon in all his splendour was dressed like one of these. 30 If that is how God clothes the grass of the field, which is here today and tomorrow is thrown into the fire, will he not much more clothe you – you of little faith?”
One of my favorite memories is sitting with my Papa on his back porch. We were enjoying each other’s company when he pointed out a tree in his backyard. “Every year, that tree is the last to lose its leaves, and the first to get them back in the Spring. What do you think that means, Hoss?”
I felt the Spirit of the Lord as I answered back with no hesitation, “Papa, I know what that is. It’s that Scripture, the last shall be first, and the first last! “I think you’re right, Hoss. I read that Scripture this morning.”
Friends, all of creation glorifies the God Almighty! It is constantly crying out of His goodness, His love, His mercy. And you and I, being His crowning glory of all things made, should be just as obvious a visual of who He is–living epistles, imitators of our Lord Jesus Christ.
Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works and glorify your Father in heaven.

Isaiah 11:5 (NKJV) – Righteousness shall be the belt of His loins, and faithfulness the belt of His waist.
During this time of nefarious theater, it is wise of us to look back at what the prophet Isaiah said about our God. Righteousness and faithfulness belong to Him for His people! Because He is just and righteous, judgment is His to wield. Unlike the demoniacs of Hamas who enacted and unprecedented and unprovoked attack on the nation of Israel, we must fall on the rock before the rock falls on us. (Matthew 21:44)
Declaration: The devil has no authority over me. He lost his authority at the foot of the cross on Calvary. Any voice I hear that tells me lies is not of God. King Jesus will always be my righteousness and hope in this world! In Jesus’ name, Amen!
BEAUTY FOR ASHES
The people of God need to hold on to Truth during times of war and desolation. I’m not just talking about the warfare of the world and its nations but the battle within ourselves. How many times have you heard the voice of lies telling you, “you are not enough,” or , “what makes you think you matter?” My friends, these are lies from the pit of hell, and I would entreat you, do not talk to snakes!
The world seems to be holding its breath to see what will happen next. This is the perfect opportunity for the Church to rise up and declare the power and the wonders of our God! Jesus Christ, the Desire of all nations (Haggai 2:7), is with us, and He is the answer!
Surrounded by enemies or opposition? He will fight for His people (Exodus 14) and empower them to overcome their enemies! (Deuteronomy 28:7)
Afraid for the future? He has good plans and a hope for us, He will direct our steps if we trust Him! (Jeremiah 29:11, Proverbs 3:5-6)
Overcome by sorrow or anxiety and depression? He gives us the very opposite! Isaiah 61:3, “To console those who mourn in Zion, to give them beauty for ashes, the oil of joy for mourning, the garment of praise for the spirit of heaviness; That they may be called trees of righteousness, the planting of the LORD, that He may be glorified.”
As the Body of Christ, we are to reach out to those in need and help lift them up, empowering them however we can; feed the hungry, heal the sick, cast out demons, cleanse the lepers. It is our great privilege to get to be the hands and feet of King Jesus! The battle belongs to the Lord, we as the children of God get to reach out and spread His love and mercy, and to bring beauty for ashes.
Strengthen the weak hands, and make firm the feeble knees. Say to those who are fearful-hearted, “Be strong, do not fear! Behold, your God will come with vengeance, with the recompense of God; He will come and save you.
Isaiah 35:2-4 (NKJV)
