Taking a six-year-old to #Bhutan
My friend Yves sent me this great article in Departures magazine about a woman who brings her six year old kid to Bhutan despite suggestions from friends that that might be a bit daft. Sorry it's just a PDF. Read it even if just for the pictures!

The new West Hollywood Library, Christopher Rice, and me on KCRW tonight at 6:44pm
Gosh, he's great, funny, and has helped raise a mint for this beautiful new library….that's getting raves! (See today's LA Times.) Better yet: Come see it this weekend at the West Hollywood Book Festival. (I'll be there.)
#privacy, lack thereof, @jeffjarvis and me @livetalksbiz : Tix going fast
Can't you come see us talk next week in downtown Los Angeles? Jarvis' new book Public Parts is great!

Rock, Paper, Scissors by James Napoli
This series of short videos by James Napoli (not my *brother James Napoli, but by the unrelated James Napoli who is the author of the Official Dictionary of Sarcasm, among other things) focuses on bits of eastern philosophy and the questions everyone asks each day (ie "What is the meaning of life?")
