#Bhutan : The Play

Can't wait to see this; description below the graphic. (Thanks Steve.)

Bhutan Bhutan follows a New England family's ups and downs after the death of their father. Frances Conroy wonders how she ended up here. Her mother is driving her crazy. Her aunt is stalking a married man. Her brother is in prison. She dreams of Bhutan but can barely find the kitchen door.

#SteveJobs' mantra rooted in #Buddhism: Focus and Simplicity @ABCnews

I particularly love the end of this story, which suggests that all the wondrous products created at the hand of Mr. Jobs…..come with a price: I hope someone explores this idea further.

Killer hot food a la #Bhutan, all for a good #cause

Says one participant in a hot chili contest designed to raise money for charity: "It was very painful and felt like I was being chainsawed in the stomach with hot sauce on the chainsaw."

Illustrated #map of #Thimphu by @andreakw and @business_bhutan

It's gorgeous! And such a thing has never before existed!

If you're going to Bhutan, please be sure to buy a copy (or two or three) to support the good work and ingenuity of Andrea Williams (whose idea this was, and who trounced around the capital for months to make this happen) and Business Bhutan (who wisely supported her efforts.)
