Things That Go Buzz in the night!
(First published here in 2016).Sometimes what scares you the most are concrete things that scared you as a child. Sometimes experiences you'd think would have left you scarred inexplicably don't. The human psyche is a rich and strange land.I'm allergic to spider bites. We discovered this when I was bitten on the hand at the age of five. I remember how the pain kept growing, and how my hand

DON'T PANIC - SIMPLIFY!!!
My guiding word of 2024 is SIMPLIFY. When I start to get stressed, when I realize I may be over-thinking a project, when I tackle a project I abandoned last year, I will look for ways to simplify. Goals and Self-Forgiveness ... by Delsora Lowe
Goals: Am I settingmyself up to learn something new, OR setting myself up to fail?Every year I set a goal vowing to pay attention tosocial media. That includes updating my website, which I do so infrequentlythat, each time, I have to relearn how. <SIGH> Then there is reengaging on Instagram, which I alwaysenjoyed, and learning TikTok, which I still haven’t tried to tackle.
