News: Hard as Stone

And more wonderful news! Ellora's Cave has acquired my male/male paranormal erotic romance, Hard as Stone. I'll share more details as they become available, but I'll leave you with a line from the book and a hint of the paranormal aspect:

The deep, dark timbre of Garrett's voice caused Brady to quiver in expectation.

Six Sentence Sunday – 10/16

Six sentences from one of my space opera's Midnight's Shadow.

I stared at the controls, wondering why Spyridon's engines shut down. A quick check showed they were barely at fifty percent as we sliced through the outer atmosphere of the planet. The screen filled with a blanket of black broken up by pinpricks of far away stars and planets. In less time than it would have taken me to get Eidolon up to power just to be able to push away from the dock, we were already barreling through space, heading for our final destination.

"Sweet loving fuckery. I think I just came."

For those new to this, the rules are simple:

1) pick a project – a current Work in Progress, contracted work or even something readers can buy if you're published

2) pick six sentences

3) post 'em on Sunday

Six Sentence Sunday – 10/9

The latest book in my Sypricon Master series, Perfect Limit, released recently and not only is it a sexy, hot quickie read, it's also about acceptance. Rayna, the heroine, has serious doubts about that in the beginning of the book as she comes to the club for the night and watches from afar.

From Rayna's vantage point, everything about the woman spoke of flawlessness. Her golden skin tinted a healthy pink to indicate her arousal level, and the deep purple glow of the club's trademark impulse bands around her throat and wrists further gave away her heightened state of awareness. Her rich copper hair flowed over the dark surface of the round device, her legs long and lean as they stretched out in the opposite direction. The submissive made an impeccable picture, and Rayna's belly did a quick somersault.

She would never have that.

Ever.

For those new to this, the rules are simple:

1) pick a project – a current Work in Progress, contracted work or even something readers can buy if you're published

2) pick six sentences

3) post 'em on Sunday

Release Dates!

So excited to be able to share some information about the next two Sypricon Master series with you guys! I have release dates for the next two books: No Restraint and Slow Break.

No Restraint (a Sypricon Masters book, Book 3)

Coming November 11, 2011 from Decadent Publishing

For years, Kegan Riley has been under the intense scrutiny of the public eye. The demand of competing on the Aeronautical Racing Circuit has forced her to tuck away her lifestyle choices and put her racing first. But when the opportunity for a quick break from the chaos presents itself, she detours to Tawse, a BDSM club on the frontier planet, Sypricon.

Walker knew something was special about the gorgeous hot-shot racer the moment she stepped through the club's doors. He doesn't care about her fame and fortune; he just wants her underneath his control. Before long, Kegan confesses the dark secrets of her soul and Walker is certain it won't be long until he shows her how unrestrained submission can heal her damaged heart.

Warning: This book contains explicit sexual content, graphic language, and situations that some readers may find objectionable including but not limited to: D/s, spanking

Slow Break (a Sypricon Masters book, Book 4)

Coming December 16, 2011 from Decadent Publishing

Jack Cotton thought he'd made the right choice to walk away from Tawse, the only BDSM club on Sypricon. But a life-altering tragedy has shown him the error of his ways. Now, he's ready to make amends and is more than prepared to kneel before the Dom he left so abruptly.

Denton is bound by the rules of Tawse, and he knows Jack's membership has been terminated. But Jack's return is all too personal and his actions can't simply be ignored. Forced to make a choice, Denton does the only thing his instincts as a Dom tell him. After all, some men, like rules, are meant to be broken.

Warning: This book contains explicit sexual content, graphic language, and situations that some readers may find objectionable including but not limited to: D/s, m/m, oral sex, anal sex, flogging

Six Sentence Sunday – 10/2

Thought I'd give a sneak peek at what I'm currently working on. It is untitled at the moment, but fits in with Hardware. For those familiar with that book and the set up of the warehouse, this is Ryan's story:

Ryan started to sing, a stripped down and raw song—the sort he poured his utter soul into because it meant the most to him. He drew the entire crowd with his raspy voice. He sang of love and loss, about mistakes and long forgotten memories. But most importantly, he sang about heartbreak.

He knew all eyes were on him as his powerful voice sang vocals that tore him apart.

It was cathartic—a cleansing of his soul—and very much overdue.

For those new to this, the rules are simple:

1) pick a project – a current Work in Progress, contracted work or even something readers can buy if you're published

2) pick six sentences

3) post 'em on Sunday
