THE MAN IN THE WHITE PANAMA HAT – III
THE author and actor juices are flowing! Last night I had a dream in which a significant plot twist for my next book, “Prophecy,” was revealed. Jumped out of bed and wrote it all down ink on paper in the dark of the night, then popped back in bed for even more reveals. I don’t know about other authors, but dreams are an important pathway for my muse and characters to “speak” directly to me, and I make it a point to listen.
Today, I hope the reverse will happen: I’m scheduled for a morning television interview along with K. AND MORE ADO ABOUT SOMETHING [IMPORTANT]
AS an author and, more recently, publisher of Savant Books and Publications/Aignos Publishing fame (https://www.savantbooksandpublication...), it’s been my pleasure to introduce to the literary world over 140 compelling books by 60 outstanding authors and poets.

Simmons Productions jointly working to bring a screenplay by multi-award-winning Savant author Richard Rose to the silver screen as “The STATIC Movie.” The idea, from Savant/Aignos’ point-of-view, was to demonstrate how we could expand our authors’ literary reach to include not only printed, digital and audio book formats, but to also manga, animation and cinematic treatments. Having served as Executive Producer of the two-Telly-award-winning movie “Clean Water, Common Ground,” and appeared briefly with my wife and competition dance partner, Setsuko Tsuchiya in the TV series, “Fantasy Island” (1998 – Episode 4 – “Dying to Dance” – 39.00 through 42.00 minute mark), we both auditioned and, to our personal delight, I received the lead role of Will Gardner, and she the supporting role of “Edna” in “The STATIC Movie.” WILL GARDNER is a curmongenous old veteran who’s seen and conquered every challenge life has thrown him. Until Now. This time he face’s Alzheimer’s disease, a battle he can’t win. Even so, Will discovers a unique way to deal with it in the form of an old Philco radio that plays only static.

FORGET ALL THE ADO AND GET RIGHT TO THE POINT…
INDEED, why not? In the authoring world we follow the three literary “C’s:” (1) clear; (2) complete and (3) conciseness in that preferred order.
