2/17/16 - Mark Levin Audio Rewind

Sen. Ted Cruz calls in to defend himself against Donald Trump and Marco Rubio. For one, Trump keeps threatening these frivolous lawsuits against Cruz. Donald Trump’s lawyers are numb-skulls if they move forward with a lawsuit against Ted Cruz. A defamation lawsuit against Cruz brought by Trump would be thrown out of court. Trump is used to getting his way, by threatening lawsuits and it won’t work with Cruz who is inviting Trump to sue him. Many who support Trump would have supported Ross Perot in the 90’s. Also, the Republican establishment has now gotten behind Marco Rubio. It is made even more obvious because now Gov. Nikki Haley in South Carolina has endorsed him. The establishment is willing to elect Rubio in spite of his support of the Gang of 8 and pledged not to immediately rescind Obama’s executive order on amnesty. Later, the Democrat Party, which tried to destroy Justice Clarence Thomas and blocked Miguel Estrada, are pulling the race card yet again. It’s time that Senate Republicans push back against this race baiting and not hold any hearings for Obama’s Supreme Court nominees. Finally, Congressman Louie Gohmert calls in to discuss his Congressional race and his opponents nasty ads against him.

2/16/16 - Mark Levin Audio Rewind

Nothing in the Constitution, constitutional convention or ratification debates demands that Congress bring up a judicial nomination. However, President Obama is in a rush to replace Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia with a radical leftist and is trying to pack the court on his way out the door. Senate Republicans need to stop Obama from doing this and need to be more forceful in their opposition. Right now, Senators Mitch McConnell and Charles Grassley are giving passive opposition to Obama. These senators are part of the same crowd that forfeited Congress’s power of the purse and power to make Treaties to the executive branch. Later, Sen. Marco Rubio is wrong in accusing Sen. Ted Cruz when it comes to his record on immigration. Cruz didn’t support amnesty, and did everything he could to stop the Gang of 8 bill. He even lobbied the House Republicans to defeat it. Rubio payed lip service to opposing amnesty and broke his promise to the American people, while Cruz kept his word on opposing amnesty.

2/15/16 - Mark Levin Audio Rewind

Justice Antonin Scalia, who passed away on Saturday, needs to be praised for his service to the United States and our Constitution. Scalia was a constitutional originalist who sought to define his rulings based on what the Founding Fathers wanted for America. He was one of the greatest justices to serve on the court. Now, President Obama would like nothing more than to take over the Supreme Court with his own nominee, like he has with other aspects of government. It is the constitutional obligation of the Republicans to refuse to give their consent to any would-be justice that Obama would nominate. Senator Ted Cruz announced that he will lead a filibuster to an Obama nominee if a vote makes it to the Senate floor. Also, the Donald Trump campaign should provide some evidence that President George W. Bush lied about weapons of mass destruction in Iraq. Bush didn’t lie about it and was not responsible for 9/11 as Trump says. Trump owes the Bush family, our soldiers and the nation an apology. Finally, Senator Jeff Sessions calls in to talk about to talk about the passing of Antonin Scalia and the gang of 8.

Democrats including Hillary Clinton and Bernie Sanders will just pile on top of what President Obama has done. They will support more of his policies that amount to nothing less than socialism. Socialism is driven by elites and pseudo intellectuals because they hate the people and believe that they are better than them. In socialist countries, there is poverty, immorality, and imprisonment. Health care is a perfect example of socialism’s failure because while centralized governments can guarantee health coverage, they can’t guarantee quality and timely healthcare. Also, the great middle class was not created by centralized governments but by capitalism. Ironically, folks like Woodrow Wilson, FDR, Linden Johnson, Obama, Sanders and Hillary are the real robber barons who are stealing from the middle class with their Marxist policies. Later, Senator Ted Cruz calls in to talk about Donald Trump’s attacks on conservatives and his run against the Washington cartel.

2/11/16 - Mark Levin Audio Rewind

The greatest outrage of this election is not the candidates who switch positions but the lack of justice in the case of Hillary Clinton and her email scandal. She needs to be pulled in front of a grand jury and questioned about her violation of the Espionage Act and other federal statutes. Instead of trailing the campaign in an orange jump suit she should be in prison in one. Also, Governor John Kasich will continue to remind us that his father was a mail man and how he balanced budgets. He claims to be the greatest governor in Ohio’s history. However, he expanded Medicaid to the point where the bank of Ohio will be broken in 5 years. Kasich says that we can’t leave people behind but is leaving behind the people in his state whose budget he destroyed. Later, DDT needs to make a comeback and would be an effective weapon against the Zika virus here and in the third world. The research is on the side of DDT as being safe for the environment, yet that didn’t stop the EPA and environmental activists such as Rachel Carson from stirring up hysteria over it. Thanks to them it was banned and millions in the third world have died as a result. Finally, Obama has thrown in with Hamas and there is no question that he is against Israel and what it stands for.

2/10/16 - Mark Levin Audio Rewind

The Tea Party movement was not populist, nationalist or agrarian, but was and is a movement of patriots. The rise of the Tea Party movement was a result of what George W. Bush did at end of his term and what Pres. Obama did at the beginning of his. Americans should consider where, Jeb Bush, John Kasich, and Donald Trump were, during the Tea Party revolution. Trump was donating money to the establishment Republicans and Democrats during that time. Senator Ted Cruz was a child of this movement and was faithful to supporting its conservative principles. Also, we have the establishment on the run in this election. Americans have a choice between remaking the Republican Party as a populist socialist party or remaking it into a constitutionalist, conservative party. In addition, the U.S. doesn’t need another tariff war like those caused by the Smoot-Hawley tariff, which helped make the Great Depression worse. Americans should look at history before getting behind a Trump or Bernie Sanders tariff. Finally, two Hartford County sheriffs were murdered in Maryland today. These officers and all police officers face miscreants, malcontents, and criminals every day and Americans need to show them respect and honor.

2/9/16 - Mark Levin Audio Rewind

Donald Trump and Bernie Sanders are the winners of the New Hampshire primary. John Kasich will come in second with Jeb Bush and Marco Rubio right behind him. This means that the establishment is still divided and takes the attention away from Ted Cruz and Donald Trump. Also, Michael Bloomberg is seriously considering running as a third party candidate. It may be a good thing for Republicans or it may not matter at all. After that, President Obama is in a rush to destroy this country and moving quickly to destroy the Constitution. He continues to advance his despotic agenda and the Supreme Court has helped him most of the time. His agencies, the Department of Labor, the EPA and others are up to no good. This is why we need a conservative for President who will be true to conservative principles. Finally, Donald Trump is wrong when it comes to defining conservatism as being just about attitude. Conservatism is about an underlying philosophy where the Constitution, limited government, and Judeo-Christian values take center stage.

2/8/16 - Mark Levin Audio Rewind

Gov. Chris Christie has made a habit on the campaign trail of touting his executive experience as a governor and taunting the senators in the race for their lack of experience. There's just one problem: his record as Governor of New Jersey is terrible. Christie should stand on his own two feet and defend his so called record, instead of trying to eviscerate Sen. Marco Rubio, who is clearly more conservative than he is. Christie is over exaggerating his support for conservative principles and positions. However, this is nothing new for him; he was all bravado in his campaign but backed down over opposition when it came to nominating NJ Supreme Court Justices. In addition, Gov. Christie failed to fix the budget and pass pension reform. Later, Ted Cruz first had the idea to build a wall back on the border in 2011, before Donald Trump, and has been the only candidate whose opposition to amnesty has been unequivocal. Finally, the mission of the Democratic Party is to advance a statist and Marxist agenda that destroys the civilized society. Conservatives must take the conservative message to young people who are being exploited by the authoritarianism that endangers their future.

2/5/16 - Mark Levin Audio Rewind

Sen. Lindsey Graham isn’t going anywhere in the Presidential race and is now saying the most vile things about Donald Trump and Ted Cruz. He talks about Cruz as an opportunist dragging down Republicans, yet he himself is dragging down two Republicans, Cruz and Trump. Instead of running down fellow party members, he should be going after Bernie Sanders, an open Marxist, or Hillary Clinton an in-the-closet Marxist. Lindsey Graham is the quintessential problem in Washington D.C and was responsible for America’s recent foreign policy failures in the Middle East, and voting for every nominee that President Obama has put forth. Also, in a better time in America, Bernie Sanders wouldn’t be a U.S senator, but now he is embraced by the Democratic Party. In addition, Hillary Clinton thinks she is not establishment, because she is a woman. She forgets that she is not the only woman in the race as Carly Fiorina is running on the Republican side. Later, Obama is bragging about the U.S. unemployment rate, however, his numbers do not include how many people have been pushed out of the work force. We now live in a country that is under a soft tyranny where we are lied to with phony stats. Finally, actor and former NFL player Fred Dryer calls in to give his take on Super Bowl 50 and the Presidential race.

2/4/16 - Mark Levin Audio Rewind

Conservatives have a real opportunity to explain to the American people why their agenda is way more important than the lefts. Right now, Republicans are throwing away the opportunity to reach young people and other Americans with a conservative message. Instead, they and their media surrogates are focusing on tweets. Why not discuss and articulate real issues like an over reaching EPA, national security, and immigration? That was the problem with Mitt Romney and John McCain, they claimed conservatism but couldn’t articulate conservative principles and issues. Also, there are no legitimate reasons not to secure the border. America needs to know if immigrants are enemies or friends, what their visas say, when they come in and when they leave. We need to fix Congress which is following the administration in failing to enforce immigration laws. Later, Brandon Judd of the National Border Patrol Council, says we have open border amnesty now which brings in more criminals and gangs like MS-13. President Obama and his administration are usurping federal immigration law and nobody cares about it.
