3/2/16 - Mark Levin Audio Rewind

According to the some conservative media types, Donald Trump was supposed to sweep Super Tuesday, but he lost three states to Ted Cruz and one to Marco Rubio. While winning 7 states is solid, it is by no means a sweep and within states such as Arkansas and Virginia, Trump’s lead was closely contested. Also, when it comes to tariffs, Donald Trump is dead wrong. If you want to protect blue collar and smoke stack industries you don’t use massive tariffs, because they will only destroy the industries they are designed to protect. Later, a public official should take into consideration what the people want and bounce it off the public trust. This idea is based on the Burkean Trustee which is part of a philosophy that embraces the American Revolution. Finally, Mitt Romney will be giving a speech against Donald Trump but that will be counter-productive. Romney is no Republican party elder and his effort only serves to remind Americans of his failed campaign against President Obama.

3/1/16 - Mark Levin Audio Rewind

Tonight is Super Tuesday with results coming in from 12 states. In addition, the Establishment hates Ted Cruz and will not get behind him to beat Donald Trump. Their candidate is Marco Rubio, but will not support Cruz if Rubio fails in the primary race. The idea is for everyone to stay in and block Trump from getting the number of delegates he needs to win. In addition, it’s going to be very difficult for Trump to be able to unite the Republican Party. Many constitutional conservatives will not vote for Trump and he needs them to beat the democrat nominee. Trump can’t just rely on Reagan Democrats to win the presidency if he becomes the Republican nominee. Speaking of beating Hillary, Donald Trump’s negatives are absolutely through the roof among Democrats, Republicans, and Independents. His negatives are even higher than Hillary Clinton’s. Later, the case challenging Ted Cruz’s eligibility to run for president was thrown out by an Illinois judge. The birther issue was just another phony issue among others. Americans should remember that Cruz is the most conservative candidate in this race since Ronald Reagan and a very decent man despite the attacks launched against him. Finally, why are Ben Carson and John Kasich still in the race and going to be at the next debate?

While conservatives were fighting the Gang of 8 and the Kennedy-McCain bill on amnesty, Donald Trump was donating to liberal Democrats like Sen. Chuck Schumer. Also, Marco Rubio told radio hosts that the Gang of 8 was not about giving amnesty, but clearly it was. When conservatives like Sens. Jeff Sessions and Ted Cruz were fighting important battles over amnesty, both Trump and Rubio were not backing or supporting their efforts. In addition, Trump was a Dream Act supporter and criticized Mitt Romney’s illegal immigration rhetoric as too harsh in 2012. Later, on Sunday, Trump said to CNN’s Jake Tapper that he doesn’t know anything about David Duke, a former grand wizard of the KKK, yet he disavowed him Friday. This is bizarre and dishonest behavior. After that, Fox’s Chris Wallace did attack Cruz using his opponent’s accusations. Cruz has taken responsibility by firing his spokesman, Rick Tyler and apologizing for the Carson debacle. Finally, Sen. Ted Cruz calls in to discuss his candidacy heading into Super Tuesday.

2/26/16 - Mark Levin Audio Rewind

There is no denying that Sen. Marco Rubio attacked Donald Trump all over the place at Thursdays debate. In many ways, Rubio humiliated Trump and was aggressive. However, he just demonstrates that he is capable of doing what Trump does. He relished taking the same low road and both he and Trump don’t act presidential in the way they attack. Ted Cruz also was able to attack Trump successfully, but he seemed to do it from a place of substance and thoughtfulness. Out of all the candidates he acted the most like Ronald Reagan in last night’s debate. Also, China is telling John Kerry that they have always controlled the South China Sea and the fascist Vladimir Putin is on the move and all of a sudden the media is going crazy about failed Governor Chris Christie’s endorsement of Donald Trump. Christie couldn’t even get 7% in New Hampshire so his endorsement is a light weight. Also, Christie was the one saying that only governors had the credentials to be president, but he hasn’t backed the remaining governor in the race, John Kasich.

2/25/16 - Mark Levin Audio Rewind

The Republic that the framers created is gone. Americans will not bring it back by talking in gibberish and talking about a debate as if it were a UFC fight. Instead people need to open their eyes and stop projecting their emotions. Also, Marco Rubio hasn't won one state primary yet and the establishment is pulling for him to win the nomination. Currently, he is campaigning not to beat the frontrunner, Trump, but the man in second place, Ted Cruz. Rubio thinks that if he takes out Cruz he will put himself in position to beat Trump. However, he can't win the nomination because he is a full-throated supporter of amnesty. While he won't succeed in winning the primary, Rubio may succeed in taking down the only full blown conservative man in the race, Ted Cruz. Also, Rubio is preparing for the possibility of a brokered convention. Later, Ronald Reagan was the most principled and articulate conservative in modern history. He was a great man of achievement and America needs a president like him.

2/24/16 - Mark Levin Audio Rewind

Donald Trump wins in Nevada, followed by Sen. Marco Rubio and Sen. Ted Cruz. Rubio promoted the gang of 8 bill that would have nearly doubled the immigration of low skilled workers to the U.S. Rubio is a front man for amnesty and though he may have changed how he would pass the law he still supports the principle. He speaks fast, has a thin record of accomplishment and is now calling people who challenge him on his record as liars. In addition, Rubio is the weakest among Trump and Cruz and will lose to Hillary Clinton. Also, it’s not just the establishment that is pulling for Rubio but Trump is too. Trump wants to face Rubio because he thinks he can beat him easily. Later, Gov. Brian Sandoval of Nevada is being considered as a nominee for the Supreme Court. He is exactly the kind of Republican that would lurch left after getting on the bench. What Senate Republicans need to do is shut this process down. Finally, Congressman Tim Huelskamp of Kansas calls in to discuss his reelection campaign.

2/23/16 - Mark Levin Audio Rewind

Republican candidates are throwing mud at each other and the media is participating in this game. Too many are getting caught up in petty fights while the nation faces the precipice. Americans need to remember that conservatism is the real antidote to the problems that America faces and not squabbling over phony issues. Also, in Iowa, Donald Trump said that he wanted the government to hold onto federal lands to keep them pristine. Now, he is labeling Ted Cruz as sick and a liar for calling him out on his position. After doing this, Trump compares himself to Ronald Reagan. However, Reagan was a man of vision, inspiration, and class which Trump does not show. Through his behavior, Trump is making it impossible for himself to win the presidency. Later, according to Bret Stephens of the Wall Street Journal, the American people are just too stupid to think for themselves. The editorial pages of the WSJ represent the corporatists not Americans and their values. He and the WSJ are behaving as mouthpieces for the power hungry RINOS in DC and their paymasters. Later, Marco Rubio is the biggest liar of them all. Rubio is lying day in and day out and can’t expect to win if he continues down this road. Finally, Hans von Spakovsky, Senior Legal Fellow at the Heritage Foundation, calls in to talk about the scandalous way Democrats are trying to steal the election.

2/22/16 - Mark Levin Audio Rewind

No matter what place Sen. Marco Rubio comes in, he is the winner. So far Rubio has come in 3rd, 5th and 2nd by a hair in South Carolina, yet the media and Establishment are anointing him as the candidate to beat Donald Trump. Rubio has virtually no accomplishments and his most notorious act was as a Senator where he betrayed his constituents by throwing in with Chuck Schumer and the gang of 8 to advance a pro-amnesty agenda. Also, Ronald Reagan would not have approved of Rubio's character assassination of Ted Cruz. Both Donald Trump and Ted Cruz have accomplishments to lean on but Marco has virtually nothing. Instead of being honest like Jeb Bush, Rubio resorts to Alinskyite tactics to attack Ted Cruz. He accuses Cruz of what he himself has done. In addition, Cruz the man who went to the US Senate time and time again to fight Mitch McConnell and the Establishment is called a liar while Marco Rubio is seen as the victor. The American people need to stay focused on the facts and not let themselves be played by Rubio and his surrogates in the media. Later, billionaires like Larry Ellison are pouring money into Sen. Rubio’s PAC to attack Ted Cruz because Rubio is promising them amnesty. His PAC is essentially bought and paid for by Silicon Valley.

2/19/16 - Mark Levin Audio Rewind

Sen. Marco Rubio, was a no show at Thursday’s inaugural Conservative Review Convention. Rubio cancelled 5 minutes before he was scheduled to appear despite Conservative Review offering to adjust the schedule for him to speak. It is clear that he didn’t want to face thousands of conservatives and rubbed it in their noses by sending his surrogates, Sens. Trey Gowdy and Tim Scott to speak for him. This shows a complete lack of class and maturity. Also, Rubio knows that he has been dissembling and acting sneaky about his immigration position. Even to this day he can’t be pinned down on his immigration position. Even those endorsing him such as former Gov. Bobby Jindal and Gov. Nikki Haley, can’t tell us where he stands on it. Later, Jeb Bush has endorsed the Convention of States for the issues of a balanced budget, line item veto, and term limits. Bush is a RINO, but at least he stands by his record and is honest about it unlike Rubio. Also, how can Donald Trump support the health care mandate and claim to be for the private sector? Trump can’t say he supports the repeal of Obamacare, the private sector and support the mandate at the same time. Finally, now is the time for conservatives to take their philosophy and apply it to this election. Conservatives need to get beyond the talking points and fight for their principles.

2/18/16 - Mark Levin Audio Rewind

Mark announces the advent of his own Levin TV. Finally, conservatives will have a show that will be their national town hall meeting free of endless interruptions and negative corporate influence . Also, it's obvious right now that Ted Cruz and Donald Trump are in the lead for the GOP nomination. However, the ruling class in the GOP doesn't want Trump or Cruz to get the nomination. They would rather consider the possibility of pooling the delegates of John Kasich, Marco Rubio, and Jeb Bush to block them rather than letting the American people decide. What is scary is that Bush, Kasich, and Rubio don't even have to have more votes than Trump and Cruz combined to do this. The Republican Party is rejecting its own party and has become corrupt. Though they are not same, this is similar to what is going on with the Democrats whose super delegates will pick their anointed candidate regardless of who voters choose. In addition, Americans need to be vigilante because a brokered convention will be the difference between liberty and tyranny. Later, Mitch McConnell and other Republicans are power hungry and insatiable. They won't stand up against an imperial president, yet continue to grub over money and are using Antonin Scalia's death in a fundraising message. They didn't even wait for the funeral.
