Nothing happens without action
Nothing happens without action. Or, like the old School House Rock cartoon said so well, "Verb! That's what's happenin'!"
If you want your book to get out of your brain and into readers’ hands, you need to take action to make it happen.
The good news is you don't have to have all the answers right now nor have the whole journey planned out. You don't have to know all the hows from idea to published book figured out. You just need to point yourself in the right direction and take the next best step. The rest will be revealed along the way. How cool is that?

Where are you on your Authorneer’s Journey?
In general, there are four major milestones in the Authorneer’s Journey:
Proto-Author: Where you haven’t published anything yet, but you’re thinking about it.
Author: You started writing your first book through publishing your first book.
Multi-Book Author: You’ve published a number of books, but don’t have a business through-line yet.
Authorneer: Your books are an integral part of your business.
The last two aren’t necessarily sequential. Some authors know they are going to be an authorneer and start that early, thereby bypassing the Multi-Book Author milestone.
