ونشأ في الرياض . وأنهى المرحلة الأولى من تعليمه الابتدائي والمتوسط والثانوي في مدينة الرياض. ثم أنتقل إلى مدينة الخبر ودرس وتخرج من جامعة الملك فهد للبترول والمعادن بشهادة بكالوريس إدارة صناعية.
