محمد صالح المنجد فقيه وداعية وعالم دين إسلامي، ولد في 30/12/1380 هـ ، نشأ وتعلم في المملكة العربية السعودية

ونشأ في الرياض . وأنهى المرحلة الأولى من تعليمه الابتدائي والمتوسط والثانوي في مدينة الرياض. ثم أنتقل إلى مدينة الخبر ودرس وتخرج من جامعة الملك فهد للبترول والمعادن بشهادة بكالوريس إدارة صناعية.
