Moving on to other fun and nifty things.  Halloween is one of my favorite holidays.  Simply because, to me it signifies Fall and Fun... Up, Down, and all around

Hey guys,
Sorry I've been so quiet. I've had a lot going on. My grandfather's cancer came back; my father had three cancers removed from his face, and a 4th biopsied; my 2 year old son fell and hit his face on our fireplace hearth, thus splitting his eyelid open. Thankfully he only needed the glue stuff. So it's been crazy hectic, to say the least.

BUT, I have been working on my newest book,...


not 100% on the title as of yet. I will let you know when I decide. This book is full of action, mystery, and things that go bump in the night. YES, it does have vampires in it...I know I know... another book about vampires...Trust me, they are NOT what you think, I didn't sell out to all the Vampire hype, and AND this book doesn't solely revolve around them... well it does but not in the, oh im broody and don't deserve love because i am a horrible monster, type way.. <--- not a slam against the Vamp books, i promise, because i read those also ----->



Stay tuned for updates on this and my other projects. What did ya'll think about Angie's little blog journal/diary post?????? I'm so anxious to hear what you had to think about her!!!!



Also, We will be doing a new cover reveal/face lift for The Chosen Series , November 1 st (at least that is what I've got in mind).  I've seen Fallen already and it's AWESOME!!!!!!!!

Again, ALSO, I am going to be lowering the price of my Thriller..... Heat and Murder to $.99 October 25-31st.  If you are a fan of the "Who done it" books check it out!!!!! I seriously wigged myself out while I wrote it.  At the time I lived in the country and I did the majority of my writing at night... Well that stopped when I wrote this one... Eeegads I'm such a chicken.

Um, Hello?!

          So, Erin came up with this brilliant idea of expressing our feelings in an online journal. She said to write it like we’re talking to a complete stranger. I said okay, but I am really beginning to question the brilliance of it. Oh well, I promised I’d try. She said she heard somewhere that writing is cathartic. Well, we’ll see exactly how cathartic this is going to be for me. Hell, who knows, it may actually help if I express my feelings to you, whoever you are. I just don’t know what to say. This is so pointless, but here goes nothing. . . .

        Hi, I’m Angie. You don’t know me, you only know the story of what happened to me. So chances are you already have opinions made. I’m a horrible person. I should’ve died. I don’t deserve to have a second chance. Trust me, I’ve said these thing and some much harsher about myself for the past two months. My friends are all trying so hard to pretend nothing happened. They look at me with these damn pitiful glances like I’m going to crack at any moment. Freaking hell, people! I AM NOT GOING TO BREAK, but I swear I am going to go crazy and start beating the hell outta people if they don’t start treating me like a . . . human.

There’s that word again: human. It keeps creeping up on me. The people I killed were human. Yeah, yeah, yeah, I know . . . IT wasn’t ME that killed. IT was that Ira bitch. I know I told everyone I didn’t remember what happened, but I lied. I remember every moment of it, and the sickening part of it was . . . at that time . . . I enjoyed it. That man I killed in the alley. . . . He had a daughter. Granted, he wasn’t a fantastic specimen of the human species, but now that little girl has to go through life without him, and I have to live the rest of my life knowing what I did to him and to her.

             Blaze has been amazing though. He’s trying so hard to make me feel normal again. I never realized how much that boy meant to me until I saw him again, alive and kicking and still loving the Hell out of me—literally. I’m pretty sure these past few months would have been unbearable without him, but still, there’s something missing.

            Forget it. I don’t talk to my friends, so why in the hell would I want to talk to perfect strangers?  I don’t know if I can do this.

I feel so . . . lost. . . .

Yep I listened to that!

Okay, my writing process involves a lot of different things, but the main thing is music.  Depending on the scene I am writing, there may be a certain song in my mind.  And there were a few songs for the very final scene in Final Redemption that literally made me weep.  I have and eccentric taste in music, and I listen to just about everything.  Here are a few of the songs that i listened to for each one of the The Chosen Series.  For Heat and Murder i listened to nothing but blues, because lets face it.  The steamy swamps of Louisiana just beg for some sultry Blues.  With some of these songs can you imagine where they would be at in each book?  I listened to most of these songs for each book, but the ones I am listing are the ones I listened to the most for each title.

These are just a few I don't think i have enough time and space to write all the songs i listened too.  I love hard rock and metal (as you can tell) but I also listened to some softer stuff: Savage Garden, Backstreet Boys (don't laugh) and tons more.  What do you think? New Reveal

So after some consideration and some much needed advice, I've decided to create new covers for The Chosen Series. Stay tuned for the big reveal. I will keep you posted on the dates.

Also, I want to say thank you to everyone who has had a hand in helping rebuild my blog. There are still a few things that I (we) are working on, so hopefully it will be up and going full force very, very soon.

Coming Soon. . . .

The Nephilim Diaries will be coming soon.  Different members of the Chosen gang will be showing up and revealing their thoughts, feelings, and no telling what else.  We will get to see a deeper side of the ones who decide to do this.  It may give a little insight as to why they are the way they are.  It it may answer a lot of questions you may have.  Heck, we may even do an interview with a few of them.

Under Construction

So, if you couldn't already tell, I am in the process of giving my blog a new look.  I didn't actually realize how big of a task this really is, holy cats man. :-) Anyhow, I am going to try to get all the bugs worked out soon.  I'm also very new with this Blog thing, so a lot of it's going to be trial and error. Hang in there.
