New Issue of Bust Down the Door and Eat All the Chickens

I don't read many fiction journals but I never miss an issue of Bust Down the Door and Eat All the Chickens.  It is one of the few publications that publishes bizarro fiction and I am never disappointed with an issue.

Bradley Sands has just released issue "Y'aing'ngah" as a free PDF download.  This issue features Mykle Hansen, Nicole Cushing, reviews by Garrett Cook, and much more!

Whitney Streed write-up on Feb 18th Event

Portland stand-up comedian Whitney Streed has a kind of mini essay on her blog about the upcoming event on Feb 18th. The essay is her inspiration and motivation on putting an event together that combine Stand-Up Comedy, Burlesque performance, and Bizarro Fiction. I personally think the combination is a great idea and I'm very excited to be taking part in the event.
