Quick Recipe: Leftover Turkey Pot Pie

I'll try to post step-by-step photos later if I can wade through my mountain of laundry and the chocolate pie I dropped—the one that's currently shellacked to my kitchen floor. It's a beautiful sight.

But I realize your turkey leftovers may be dwindling, so here's the recipe for my delicious pot pie. You can make it with chicken or turkey…whatever's in your fridge. You may even have leftover onion and celery from the Thanksgiving stuffing—even better!

These surprisingly yummy little numbers were inspired by a care package of candies and treats recently sent to me by my friend Cindy of Asian Aisle, who keeps me in Hi-Chews and other candies and treats from Asian countries. I'm completely addicted.
