New Year, New Books Coming!
It’s getting closer to release date for THORNBROOK PARK! I’m really excited to be back in the historical romance genre, and the Edwardian period is endlessly fascinating for me, in no small part due to my love for Downton Abbey.
Seven months to go! Yeah, I know. It’s a long wait.
The house almost feels like one of the characters to me. It’s a grand old house, built in 1720 by Edward Thorne, first Earl of Averford, a dear friend of George I. Of course, there were alterations made through the years, like the conservatory added by Gabriel, the sixth Earl of Averford, to suit his new wife Sophia shortly after their marriage in 1900.

Veteran’s Day!
To all of the men and women who have served our country, and their families, thank you and best wishes to you all.
My grandfathers and my maternal grandmother served in the US Air Force and Army. My grandfather on my mother’s side is still with me and very proud of his service. He turns 96 next month.
