Merry Christmas!
We're in Scotland and everyone in my immediate family is/was sick. Fingers crossed we make it through Christmas Day without any incidents :) Staying at Crieff Hydro and as it has actually stopped raining for the first time in days (yippee) I'll try and take some photos to post later.
Happy Christmas!!! and a healthy and prosperous New Year when it comes.

Packing

Back to my trip. I'm charging cameras, ereaders, iPods. Cleaning kitchens, bedrooms, bathrooms. Doing all the last minute washing. Stocking the cupboards up for the peeps staying here, and the dog. Trying to preempt any possible disaster scenario (which naturally I will fail at given the nature of disasters). For the first time ever I'm probably not going to take a physical book--although there is a craft book I might throw in... trying to keep our luggage down to 2 suitcases which gets tricky when you have Christmas gifts and two kids. Anyway, totally doable.
I'll be away from the blog for a few days. Here's my first (post airport) destination. Shropshire.

20 Day Blog Tour--Dangerous Waters--FINALE
The final stop on my Blog Tour is an interview at Books-n-Kisses. Thanks for sticking with me through this exciting time. We fly back to the UK in two days and I'm excited to see my family again. I'll try and post regular photo updates while I'm away :)
As a thank you for sticking with me on this exhausting tour, I'm giving away a copy of an ebook from my backlist drawn at random from any comments on my blog today.
DANGEROUS WATERS, November 20th, 2012.Known as the Graveyard of the Pacific, Barkley Sound is notorious for surging swells with the power to pull helpless victims into its merciless abyss…
Sergeant Holly Rudd arrives in the coastal community of Bamfield after local divers discover a body with a knife jutting from its chest in the waters of Barkley Sound. As she investigates the crime, Holly soon realizes the sleepy town is rife with secrets. But what unsettles her most is the residents’ insistence that she bears a striking resemblance to the victim of a murder from three decades earlier. She shrugs off the uncanny likeness as a coincidence. But her simmering attraction to Finn Carver, one of the divers who discovered the corpse, isn’t so easy to ignore.
Finn, a former Special Forces soldier, knows it’s best to keep his distance from Holly. Yet it isn’t long before they both give in to the consuming desire they share. And as the danger escalates, Finn and Holly must rely on each other to thwart the plans of a cold-blooded killer who’s intent on keeping the past buried.

Christmas cards
I need to apologize in advance to all friends and family this year. The chance of getting a Christmas card from us is up there with me finishing the Sudoku puzzle I've been working on since July. Basically, not going to happen unless someone else does it for me :) So please don't feel like you have to send us one. The feelings of 'wishing you the happiest and healthiest festive season' are very much alive and well, albeit in invisible form.
Ok--have to go and dust the bedroom for the dog/house sitter. Waiting on edits on DARK WATERS and trying to do as much preemptive packing and planning as possible. That's a lot of 'p's :)
