AUTHOR INTERVIEW: Donna Winters (& Triple Book Giveaway!)

AUTHOR INTERVIEW: Cynthia Ruchti

Cynthia, tell us about your latest book.
Holding my debut novel—They Almost Always Come Home—in my hands brought more than the expected wave of emotion and joy at seeing my work in print. I was rocked by the realization that between the covers lies a story with the potential to get people talking, to make a reader say, "That's me! That's how I feel but didn't know how to express it!" or to cause readers to admit things to them...

BOOK REVIEW: "Her Mother's Hope" by Francine Rivers

The book starts in Switzerland with one of the main characters, Marta, as a child, and lures the reader into the story from page one. Marta determines to make a life for herself and struggles to overcome obstacles that stand between her and her dream.
The second part of the book is told from her daughter, Hildie's point of view. Hild...

How Do I Know God's Will? - Part 3
I believe Christians are infused with an innate desire to do God's will, though the age-old struggle with our sin nature continues. The trick comes in figuring out what God's will is. Of course, obedience to what is already written within God's Word is part of God's will, but what about knowing specifically what God wants you to do?
This question led me into a Bible Study of knowing God's will, and I thought I'd share with you what I've read with the hope that it will be helpful and useful t...
