Storie di Sardegna is out on ebook!
One year ago, Storie di Sardegna - Epoca Giudicale was released. Today, it finally releases on ebook too! Half the price, with no shipment time/cost, and directly on your device. Cagliari, 1668. Francisca, Countess of Cuglieri and Marchioness of Siete Fuentes, lives a comfortable life as the wife of one of the most influential political figures of Cagliari’s high society, the Marquess of Laconi. After openly speaking against the Viceroy of the Kingdom of Sardinia and his officials, the Marquess is murdered under unclear circumstances, but the revenge of his relatives turns against the Spanish caste. The Viceroy is murdered and the game of trials begins. Francisca and her lover, Silvestro Aymerich, become the suspects of the homicides.
Cuglieri, 1830. Rosalia wants to see the ruins of the castle of Montiferru and Elias would indulge her in anything in his attempt to reveal his secret love for her, included visiting the castle allegedly haunted by the Marchioness’ ghost. Soon they realise the legend might not be completely unfounded and strange phenomena unfold around them: ghostly appearances, nightmares and, especially, attempts at their own lives.

I finally decided to start publishing my books even in Kindle format, starting with my historical gothic. Song Among the Ruins is already up for pre-order on Amazon, official release happening on October 19th, in time for Halloween that appears in the book in its Sardinian forms, which is 'is Animeddas' ('is' is an article here 🤣). Song Among the Ruins is out!
Today is the day! Today Song Among the Ruins is available* to buy on Amazon! One year ago, during these same days, I was preparing myself to begin drafting this book, searching for pictures and looking at places. During those same days, July 24th-25th, a great fire destroyed 20,000 hectares of forest and olive groves of the Montiferru, crossing Santu Lussurgiu, Cuglieri, Sennariolo, Scano, Tresnuraghes, Flussio, Suni, Porto Alabe, and reaching the neighbourhoods of Bosa and Santa Caterina. It burned for three days and it was a miracle no human was injured. Many animals died though. Several places in the book have been crossed by the fire, which surrounded Cuglieri, climbing from the mountains, reaching from Casteddu Etzu, burning the vegetation of the fountains of Tiu Memmere, destroying the millennial oleaster of Tanca Manna.
Song Among the Ruins was born as a simple gothic book and became a dedication to that which has been destroyed and to that which will take 15 years at least to grow again. Song Among the Ruins is also a way to recover the story of a woman who was accused of crimes she likely didn't commit, but paid the price of it.

Song Among the Ruins e-ARCs
Hey there! As you might remember, my English debut is coming out on July 25th (less than 2 months to go!). Therefore, up until then, I'm giving electronic ARCs (pdf format) to any book blogger or reviewer who requests it, for free in exchange of a review. My English debut
My English debut book, Song Among the Ruins, is planned to be released on July 25th! It is a historical gothic book set in Sardinia, where Sardinian culture and history are fundamental. It is a dual timeline, marketed as YA but appropriate for anyone! Here is the official blurb:

Storie di Sardegna is out!
Hello, I'm coming back with a blog post today because there have been some important evolutions! My first book (in Italian), Storie di Sardegna - Epoca Giudicale, is now available on Amazon. It's the first published book of a series concerning the History of Sardinia. This one in particular covers the Middle Age and the peculiar Sardinian kingdoms that are called Judicates.
But there is interesting news also on the English front. I published here on Goodreads a short historical fiction story that was a simple exercise but actually turned out being one of my favourite (even if a little outside of my usual themes, such as the romantic overtone... but you'll have to read to know more 😜).

Some news from Dr.Watson
Hello everyone! There have been some changes here. First of all, I'm now accredited as a Goodreads author since my first book, a historical fiction work in Italian (Storie di Sardegna - Epoca Giudicale), is coming out on December 1st, self-published through Amazon KDP.
