In sight of the talks and issues regarding pirating of books and returns of ebooks on Amazon, I decided to open a Google form, which will be always open, to request digital copies of my books, for free and in turn of a review. Here is the link:

On request, you will be asked to give a name/username/blog name that will be printed across each page of the PDF file in order to discourage illegally sharing the file, but it will still allow to properly read the text.
