Baked Stuffed Tomatoes (Air Fryer Style)

I tried another recipe with my air fryer this week and I can’t tell you how much I enjoyed it! I took my basic throw-together baked stuffed tomatoes and tried them in the air fryer. I figured out a good starting point for temperature and time based on other recipes written for air fryer baked tomatoes, and it really worked out well!

My tomatoes were juicy and the stuffing was a little crusty because of the little bit of butter I added to the mixture. Definitely will do that one again! Mayb...
