How do you handle rejection?
Take and use it, instead of feeling sorry for yourself. Faithful and dedicated, yet unloved and unseen by her husband, with the exception of one, was Leah (see Genesis 29:32-34). Noticing her commitment and devotion to her husband, The Lord recognized and took care of her (see 29:31-35; 30:17-21). So, whatever rejection you have received or are receiving, despite doing everything right, He sees you and will help you rise above if you let him; and when he does, might you remember to "praise" (29:35) him. #LetItFuelYou

What truth do you speak or mask?
Telling the truth can hurt; but lying about the truth can hurt even more. Encouraging the Ephesians to "put off falsehood and speak truthfully to [their] neighbor" (Ephesians 4:35) was Paul, as he wanted them to replace their lying with "righteousness and holiness" (4:24). So, might you consider always telling the truth, hurtful or not, because caring enough to tell the truth is done out of kindness and compassion (see 4:32) not spite. #RealTruth #RealPeople #RealFriends

How much restraint do you have and/or use?
Emotions can get the best of anyone; and speaking in anger, even if true, can be regretful, even disastrous. Many speak and acted hastily out of anger, and Cain (see Genesis 4:6-8) and Moses (see Exodus 2:11-12; Numbers 20:1-13; Psalm 106:33 NLT) both having done so. But, Solomon knew that "fools give vent to their rage, [and] the wise bring calm in the end" (Proverbs 29:11). So, when your emotions rise, might you remember not to "sin by letting anger control you" (Ephesians 4:26 NLT), but, instead, be "wise" and "turn away [your] anger" (Proverbs 29:8). #StepBack #Pause & #Count

What are your expectations of others?
What you give is what you get is the expectation; and when it is not reciprocated it is hard to receive. Continuing to give "good gifts" (Matthew 7:11), all of the time, is our Father, hoping they, too, will be mirrored by the recipient. Some take them, right away, and some do not. Yet, He continues to give and be the same, no matter the response that He receives. So, as you consider what you offer, "good gifts", and if they are not reciprocated, might you, too, like Christ, still continue "in everything, do to others what you would have them do to you" (Matthew 7:12). #DoNotLowerYourExpectations & #NeverApologize

How perfect are you?
As human beings, you and I fall short every day, as we are sinful by nature. Yet He is. Because, when human and here on earth, Jesus was "tempted in every way, just as [you] are-yet he did not sin" (Hebrews 4:15); and even though he "is unable to empathize with [your] weaknesses" (4:15), he remains by your side in order to help you with your sin. So, despite your imperfect nature, might you still "hold firmly to the faith [you] profess" (4:15) and continue to work to be the best version of yourself. #WorkToBeBetterEveryDay

Any forced visibility is not real or natural, or worth your time, effort or attention. Those that see you will; and one that wants to see you every second, minute and hour of every day is the Lord. So, whenever you doubt being seen, may you always remember his blessing to you. “The LORD [will] bless you and keep you; and make his face shine on you and be gracious to you; [and will] turn his face toward you and give you peace” (Numbers 6:24-26). #AlwaysVisible & #Blessed

How do you handle disappointment? & What can and does disappointment teach you?
Just because you are good and do all of the right things does not mean you deserve anything or should get what you want when you want it. In charge of making this decision is the Lord; because His "thoughts are not your thoughts, [and] neither are your ways [His] ways" (Isaiah 55:8). It is when you know and understand this, you trust that His plans are better; and when your time comes He will grant you what you deserve (see Isaiah 55:11). So, instead of seeing disappointment as failure, might you take and use it as a pause, an opportunity to grow and get better and be better for it. #BestTeacherOfAll❤️

Fishing is not easy, as it can be very challenging, if not frustrating; but it can also be a lot of fun; and you don't even need a pole to do it. Asking Peter, Andrew, James and John (see Matthew 4:18-22) to step away from their fishing boats was Jesus. Jesus asked them to still go fishing, but, to "fish for people" (Matthew 4:19) instead. So, might you consider casting out your line and see how many "people" (4:19) you, too, can catch and reel in. #FillYourNets
