Shock Claim: Facebook Moderators Told to ‘Err on the Side of an Adult’ with Potential Child Sexual Abuse Material

According to recent reports, Facebook’s content moderators are told to “err on the side of an adult” when unsure of the age of a victim in potential child sexual abuse material (CSAM).
A recent report from the New York Times reveals that Facebook’s training documents for the company’s content moderators instruct them to “err on the side of an adult” when they don’t know the age of an individual shown in a photo or video suspected of being child sexual abuse material (CSAM).

Companies like Facebook are required to monitor their platforms for child sexual abuse material and if found, report it to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC). Many tech firms employ content moderators to review content flagged as potential CSAM.
The Verge reports that the policy that instructs Mark Zuckerberg’s moderators to “err on the side of an adult” was made for Facebook’s content moderators at the third-party contractor Accenture and is mentioned in a California Law Review article from August, which states:

A Chinese Influence Group Tied To Bill Gates Wants To Collaborate With American Agriculture Officials.

A Chinese Communist Party-backed influence group with a history of collaborating with Bill Gates co-sponsored an event targeting American officials to support collaborating with China on farming in the U.S.
The unearthed event comes amidst Gates amassing the largest amount of privately owned U.S. farmland and advocating for overhauling global food production and diets in favor of a “plant-based” approach. The Chinese Communist Party has similarly been purchasing massive amounts of U.S. farmland despite national security concerns.
The Chinese People’s Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries (CPAFFC) co-hosted the 2022 U.S. – China Agriculture Roundtable with the U.S.-China Heartland Association (USCHA).
Founded by former Democrat Governor of Missouri Bob Holden, the USHCA purports to be a “bipartisan organization committed to building stronger ties between USHCA Region (20 states located in the USA between the Great Lakes to the Gulf) and the People’s Republic of China.”
“Our focus will be on Trust Building efforts connecting government officials; business leaders; educational and community interests with like minded institutions between the Heartland Region and the People’s Republic of China,” the group’s mission statement euphemizes.
The USHCA, however, appears to be used by several Chinese Communist Par …

Ukrainian Mi-24 Attack Helicopters Fly Daring Cross-Border Strike On Russia: Reports (Updated)
The raid could serve as a rallying cry for Ukrainians and as another indictment of Russia’s competency on the battlefield.
via Twitter/US Navy
Details are very limited at this time and are likely going to change as more information comes available, but reports indicate that a pair of Ukrainian Mi-24 Hind attack helicopters crossed low over the border into Russia early Friday morning and struck an oil storage facility in Belgorod. If these details stick, the pre-dawn strike is the riskiest direct attack on Russian interests outside Ukraine by Ukrainian forces since the war began five weeks ago — it would also seemingly be the first strike launched by manned aircraft against Russian territory since at least the Korean War. We must add one major caveat here before we continue on. There have been countless allegations and evidence that Russia and its proxies had or were planning on staging false-flag-like events in order to shape the narrative of the conflict and provide justification for extreme military acts. There are no major indications at this time that this attack was some sort of ploy, but it is a real possibility to always keep in mind, especially considering how poorly the invasion has gone for Russia. In other words, yes, this could turn out to be a self-inflicted wound. Early Friday morning (Ukraine local time), videos began surfacing on social media showing blacked-out Mi-24s making rocket attack runs on a large oil storage facility in Belgorod, which lies not far beyond Ukraine’s northeastern border. The oil storage tanks are seen exploding and a massive fire ensuing, one that appears to be still burning at this time.
According to The Moscow Times, Vyacheslav Gladkov, the governor of the Belgorod region, wrote the following in a Telegram post:
“There was a fire at the petrol depot because of an airstrike carried out by two Ukr …

After Trashing Fox and Tucker Carlson, Chris Wallace Could Be Out of a Job

Former Fox News host Chris Wallace really picked a winner when he decided to leave the number one rated cable news network to join CNN+.
Fox Business News’ Charles Gasparino reported that the new streaming service is shaping up to be a flop
“Breaking: @CNNplus employees bracing for layoffs possibly as soon as May amid projections of lackluster sales of new streaming channel; CNN employees say new streaming channel could be merged into larger @discoveryplus as early as May unless subscriptions pick up,” the Fox Business reporter said.

WH Stands by False Biden Claim that Hunter Made No Money from China

The White House defended Thursday Joe Biden’s old claim that his son Hunter Biden did not make money from China and did not do anything “unethical” with his business dealings overseas.
During the third presidential debate in October 2020, Biden stated emphatically that “nothing was unethical” about his son’s foreign business deals.
Biden also claimed, “My son has not made money in terms of this thing about, what are you talking about, China.
The moderator of the third debate, NBC’s Kristen Welker, questioned White House communications directer Kate Bedingfield about Biden’s statements during the White House press briefing on Thursday.
“We absolutely stand by the president’s comment” Bedingfield replied.
Earlier this week, The Washington Post confirmed several reports that a Chinese energy conglomerate paid $4.8 million to entities controlled by Hunter Biden and his uncle.
The FBI has reportedly made significant progress on the investigation into Hunter Biden’s business dealings, despite repeated assertions from Biden and his staff during the campaign that his son did nothing …

Reporter tries to smear Justice Thomas, backfires

A left-wing freelance reporter tried to smear Justice Clarence Thomas by unearthing an old video of him complimenting his wife, and many on social media responded with mockery and ridicule.
Aaron Rupar posted a video of Thomas telling his wife in an interview how much her support meant to him, and he posted it hoping critics of the couple would find some hidden nefarious meaning in his statement.
“And the best part of being a justice?” asked his wife Virginia Thomas in the interview.
“First of all, it’d be impossible without you. It’s sorta like, how do you run with one leg? You can’t,” said Justice Thomas. “It makes it whole when I have my wife,” he added.
Virginia Thomas has admitted to attending the Jan. 6 rally that later turned to violence at the U.S. Capitol, but she has said that she left early in the morning because it was so cold. Later, texts from her to Mark Meadows, …

Biden Nixes Offshore Oil Leases

Joe Biden is trying to have his cake and eat it too as he shuts down exploration and production of oil and gas on onshore federal lands while acknowledging the importance of fossil fuels in the U.S. energy landscape.
The Oil Price dot com website reported on the Biden Administration shutting down lease sales for offshore oil and gas in the Gulf of Mexico as prices for the fossil fuels soar. The reported was based on a Bloomberg analysis of the president’s budget plan for fiscal year 2023:
In the budget plan for the fiscal year 2023, the U.S. Administration expects oil and gas rents and bonuses of just $25 million in the fiscal year 2023, compared to $395.5 million for fiscal year 2022. The drop of $370 million, Bloomberg notes, is the typical haul for the government from two oil and gas lease auctions in the Gulf of Mexico.
On Tuesday, the American Petroleum Institute (API) and the National Ocean Industries Association (NOIA) released a new analysis outlining the potential economic consequences of delaying the Department of the Interior’s five-year program for leasing in the Gulf of Mexico. The next five-year offshore leasing program must …
