Is Copying Content From Search Engines Legitimate?
The biggest thing that I don't like about some teachers in schools and colleges is that they give a lot of homework and assignments. Such activities, I believe are not for students but for internet, I suppose. They never let students identify their capacities and make them a cheater cock. Most of my teachers were kind enough that they saved us from falling into such error. We were always told to try writing the content ourselves. We were further made habitual to honor the respected sources in the bibliography. But, many people of this generation are hardly aware of this fact. Whenever, they're looking for any content, they just google it and paste the results in their work. This is not just I believe, in fact, it is cent per cent illegitimate. Before you proceed further you can also read my other articles on blogging and social media by clicking here. Why Is Copying Content From Search Engines Illegitimate? There are various acts related to Intellectual property in India as well as those formed by various International legal entities.Google clearly states that it has no stake in determining the status of protection as per the content policies and disclaimers of the websites it indexes.
In the above uploaded screenshot, I can illustrate the fact. Just read the line written on the left of the red arrow.Whenever, you're picking up any picture or text just make sure that you've the permission related to the usage with you.For blogs, it is not compulsory to get a copyright certificate. As soon as you create an original work, you'll automatically become the copyright holder of that work. However if you give proper reference, it is alright in some cases. How to Determine If I Can Use A Site's Content? There are two types of Protections- Creative Commons and Copyright.Under Copyright, reproduction of work is prohibited unless permission is sought. In Creative commons, there is a sort of liberty granted up to some extent. Make sure you check this out the next time you pick up someone's content. For more information, you can even check this page on Google's support center. If you feel that someone has copied your content, you can report that here.

Is Dehradun Going To Emerge As The Educational Capital In The Coming Years?
Parents love their children and that's certain that they think the best for them.
As I'm in Muzaffarnagar which is not a very big city, students either study in their local institutions, which according to me don't have very good infrastructure. Parents who want good education for their children send them away from home for their higher studies.
Most of the parents prefer sending their children to North India itself. I too appreciate this. Unless a college is exceptional, it's probably useless to go miles away.
Summing the above paragraph up, there may be many colleges in the entire North India, but basically, the recognized rising hubs are Dehradun, Delhi-NCR and Chandigarh.
In this post I won't write about schools. Only colleges would be taken into consideration for this time.
Many of my classmates studied in boarding schools and I didn't see any difference in their personalities. They were just like any other student.
Here I'm going to postulate some facts about whether Dehradun is really going to emerge as the educational capital in the coming years.
1. DistanceTalking about Muzaffarnagar, I must tell you basic information.
My current college in Dehradun is 114 km away from my hometown and my previous college in Sheikh Sarai, New Delhi was 136 km away from my hometown. Indeed, this proves that both are viable options for me. Similarly, both Dehradun and Delhi are equally viable options for my neighboring towns, for instance, Shamli, Meerut, Baghpat and Saharanpur as well.
2. AmbianceHere, Dehradun wins the race.
Most of the students studying in Dehradun are the domiciles of Uttarakhand itself who are generally good natured people.
Crowd remains the same for both Delhi and Dehradun.
But, coming to the facilities provided, Delhi-NCR is way ahead. Most of the universities have built huge sources of finance to provide good quality of infrastructure. Though, some government colleges in Delhi still lag behind in this regard.
Read my previous article to know more about several infrastructural factors which determine the quality of an educational institution.
3. Extra-Curricular ActivitiesHere too, Delhi-NCR wins the race. Since, I've seen the quality of both colleges in Delhi as well as Dehradun, so I can tell you about the status of extra-curricular activities in both of the areas. If I ever come up with any idea to check whether any such event is in Dehradun or not, there are less chances of them appearing on the internet.Since, my present doesn't have a good library, I surfed the internet to find some public libraries to join. I found fifteen relevant results. I began dialing the contact numbers. To my dismay, I found that only three were functional. Rest had shut down within the past decade. No matter, which college is it, the extracurricular activities are mostly useless rallies and certifications given to the students for organizing events in the college itself.Industrial visits are offered to either students in the final semesters of their UG or those pursuing their PG courses. There was just one guest speaker in November'19 and other than that there was no guest lecturer to take over. However, Delhi is different, there are generally a few societies which deal with them. If they happen to be in any private university, they are greatly accountable to the administration. However, if they are in any government university, they're relatively autonomous. Students in this way can themselves plan to invite guests, organize industrial visits etc.4. Air And Water QualityThe air quality of Dehradun is better than Delhi-NCR. Even the most crowded area of Dehradun, i.e, Paltan Bazaar, Astley Hall and Rajpur Road, are less polluted than the cleanest area of Delhi.
If you talk about water quality, it's poor of both.
Dehradun's water has high calcium content, so the inhabitants usually suffer from gastric diseases or hair fall at least.
However, if you look at the local water bodies in suppose, Tapkeshwar or Daak Patthar, you'll find it crystal clear.
It is evident that groundwater is polluted.
Geologists say that during the colonial times, Limestone mining was carried on between Mussoorie and Maldevta. It might be a significant reason that there is a great amount of calcium in water.
Delhi's water is polluted due to toxic leakages in the Yamuna.
Air is polluted getting Delhi the awaited worldwide fame.
5. PlacementsThough, placements vary from college to college, the basic package remains the same, unless the student has any accomplishment other than the college. After coming to Dehradun, I've at least learnt to stop associating my growth with my college and professors.6. EducationThis is the basic reason for which a child leaves his home. If this condition is not fulfilled, his decision is turned into a regret.I suggest you strongly to check any course's curriculum before opting for it. If you pursue your course with any specialization, it would be better for you.Dehradun has a good scale of education if you want to pursue any course of scientific nature. Most of the universities, if they don't provide any specialization in the course, take the commercial courses, taken for granted money making hubs.If you're pursuing B.Com or B.B.A, you're supposed to be more financially intelligent.Standard of colleges these days is that the teachers send the notes on whatsapp and do a few basic formalities in the classroom. Get some of your people who're the bonafide or alumni of the colleges you're seeking admission in, to tell you clearly about your questions. Don't be hasty, a few inquiries will save you. You might even thank me later.7. Discipline and Rigidity DifferentiationMany parents think those colleges to be good where the administration has a strong domination over the students. However, such practices suppress the power of initiative among the students and also shame them from raising their voices.Time is changing, globalization has entered the scenario; in order to save ourselves from being left behind, we've to figure out the difference between discipline and rigidity as soon as possible.Dehradun's colleges need to change themselves to the better in order to stay in the competition. Right now, Delhi and Dehradun, don't even have a competition. All of the colleges in Uttarakhand have enforced the uniforms as per the orders of the CM.I'll describe it extensively later, that why do I believe that enforcing of uniforms in colleges is unethical. Right now, just mark my words. Whenever, you wear what are comfortable with, you're more confident and have a positive body image as well. You own your vibe and represent your own culture as well. If someone stops you from doing so, you lose your sense of confidence and comfort. You lose your identity and culture. Moreover, you might also become a victim of body shaming.'Discipline' word is derived from the root word 'disciple' which means 'follower'. They never want you to take your own decisions. All they want you to do is to let them do so.
You can't even complain as many professors and situation -holders in the administration are priests, so they aren't held accountable.
My cousin pursued his UG from there. To my dismay, he started liking it and he appreciated the standard of that college.
From this, I find Delhi better as several disciplinary measures as necessary are taken. Liberty is with students as well.
Look, many people accuse that giving liberty to students gives rise to many anti social acts.
I believe that anti-social elements are everywhere.
We had a Muslim classmate in our school when we were in tenth standard. He eve-teased a girl of ninth standard of our school itself. Our in-charge got to know of this matter. She scolded the boy, made him apologize in front of the girl and the matter was suppressed thereafter.
7. Tourism and RecreationBoth Delhi and Dehradun offer their own source of tourism. If you're in Dehradun, there is a lot of natural sightseeing for you. Moreover, you can visit hill stations like Mussoorie and Dhanoulti (where it even snows). There is a chance for you to visit Rishikesh (the yoga capital of the world). There are many places, you can search on the web or surf my blog itself.I don't appreciate the tourism of Delhi in particular. Most of the sightseeing in Delhi is materialistic. Or tourist places include the annexed or destroyed Hindu temples and forts. History is hidden.8. Accommodation and ConveyanceIn terms of conveyance, I appreciate Delhi. Metro makes you cover greater distances in shorter time which is really appreciable. But the Dehradun conveyance is in no way less. They've nominal fare and set themselves way less in your budget. You can use Vikram or buses to reach the destination. Coming about Accommodation, Dehradun's accommodation is relatively cheaper than that of Delhi. You can find a room for just yourself at a monthly rent of INR 6000. If you've one or two partners you can divide it accordingly. However, in Delhi, a single seater room would cost you around INR 14-15k.Monthly Tiffin expenditure in Delhi is around INR 4.5-5k, while that of Dehradun is around INR 2-3k.ConclusionEvery place has its pros and cons. Dehradun is one of its kind. Delhi is also unique on its own. If you talk about expenditure, Dehradun is better than Delhi. If you talk about college life and liberty to students, Delhi is better. Distances for common household to reach any of these places are nearly same. In terms of extra-curricular activities, Delhi is better. Dehradun has better air quality as compared to Delhi but the water quality of both the places is not up to the mark. Both the places have ample of tourism and recreational opportunities. It can be concluded that Dehradun is way behind from emerging as the educational capital in the coming years.

You were following your teacher and administration in school. You're doing the same in college. You'll continue the tradition in your workplace as well. Man! When will you listen to yourself. There is a Catholic Educational Institution in Bengaluru which has rigid dress code implemented on the students. Women have to wear Salwar-Kameez every time and Men have to wear Shirt, Trousers and Tie every time. They're punished if they don't do so. You can't wear a t-shirt, shorts, tattoos or piercings there.

4 Tricks To Get The Most Out Of Udemy

If you aren't satisfied with your educational institutions, then online courses are a must for you to keep yourself cheered up.
I earlier thought that online courses are too expensive. But Udemy changed my opinion. The fees of most of the courses are indeed affordable.
However, even paying the same fees is not possible because spending small amounts constantly results into a big amount.
So, here, I'm sharing some tips with you, which if you try will surely get you a heck lot of information than you pay.
1. Seek Out For Free CoursesWhenever you're looking for courses on any topic, say ' MS Excel'; use filter 'Free'. Check out their contents and then compare them with the paid courses.I've been benefited from this practice many a times. In May 2019, I enrolled in a free course and completed it. Later on, after a few months, while surfing, I found that it was converted into a paid course worth ₹700. Man! It was an implicit saving. Many instructors so as to get more reviews and enrollment statistics declare their courses to be free sometimes. You can get a mutual benefit. You get the course and the certificate and the instructor gets the stats. If you find a good course, even if you don't have time to work on it, enroll in it. Once, you've enrolled, access to it is your right which no one can take from you, no matter to which level the price changes. The course content comes with a life time guarantee.2. Gift On EventsSouvenirs on your friends' b'day are memorable but they depreciate and soon lose their value in the receivers' lives as well; money spent to be taken apart.I've an idea for you. You can gift the courses to your Family, friends and acquaintances during any of their birthdays, anniversaries or any other special event. In this way, you're increasing their value. Your gift will later find its place in their resume later on.Similarly, it might develop a cult, in which they may also gift you some online courses. You saved money, they saved money, gift is useful and both of the parties got to invest in themselves.3. Look For SeasonsA course you found expensive may not be of the same price every-time. Every month or two, there are certain offers when the courses worth ₹12000 may be available for just ₹360.If you find any course out of your budget, save it to wishlist and check on it during seasons.4. Watch CollectivelyThough the course certificate is offered to just one person, you get the required knowledge if you watch it collectively.E.g. Your friend purchased a course for ₹500. He completes it and gets a certificate on his name. But as I already said, the content remains on the purchaser's account with a lifetime guarantee, you can take his permission to have an access to that course's material. You didn't have to pay ₹500. Excuse me, I don't mean that you should take anyone's favor. All I suggest you is that when you purchase any course the next time, you can allow him access to that material as well. In this way, though the certificate is with the purchaser only, the knowledge is with both the parties.

The Temple Where Devi Grew Food On Her Skin
Three or four days back, I visited Shakumbhari Devi with my family.Shakumbhari Devi is a beautiful temple situated in Behat Town of Saharanpur District in the state of Uttar Pradesh. Though, most of the area in Uttar Pradesh is plain, the temple is situated in Shivalik Hills, surrounded by Rajaji National Park. The temple is still maintained by the Ranas, the royal family of Jasmour area. The story is literally peculiar. During Devasur Sangram, Most of the devtas hid in the nearby forests. There was no food and water around. Famine like conditions arose. They prayed to Mata Shakti. Upon hearing the grief, she cried and her tears formed the river which you can see even now. Further, she grew fruits and vegetables on her skin to help them. Hence she found her way over here. There are many other stories in the scriptures. My mundan sanskar was also done in a Sanskrit Dharmshala nearby. Before going to visit Shakumbhari Devi, one is supposed to pray in the temple of Bhura Mahadev as well.Shakumbhari Devi is our kuldevi(Ancestral goddess).Though, I wasn't able to click inside the temple as photography is not allowed; but I clicked some pictures around the temple.
A flute player was playing the flute with his nose.
These are the temple bells which are rung together during the morning aarti.
This is me.

5 Factors Which Determine The Original Standard Of A College
Being at my present college remains one of the worst decisions of my life. But, if I must look at the positive side of the coin, I got to learn a lot more.
Now, that I've completed my four months at my present college, I feel that leaving my previous college was a good decision but shifting to the college I'm presently a part of wasn't a good decision.
I've further learnt that we mustn't associate our thoughts and growth expectations with the college and the teachers alone. It's our responsibility to let ourselves grow.
Now, I don't have that much respect for them, because, they lost my trust; I don't expect anything from them.
I feel free that I'm not accountable to them.
With my cumulative experiences so far from my school and from college as well, I'm sharing with you 5 factors which determine the original standard of a college. These are based on my personal experience. It might be possible that my opinions do not meet with you.
1. LibraryA library is really important in any institution. I believe that any area is really prosperous and is inhabited by decent people if there is a library that prospers well.I wish, there could be libraries in every office as well, so that the employees could transform themselves as well.If you associate reading books with any bookworm type of person that's wrong. For some people, reading books is a source of entertainment. I too, love reading. I'll be completing my 19th month on 1st January without TV. Now, let me introduce you, why the presence of a good library in a college or school is extremely necessary. The curriculum of the courses is the same for all the students. Even the elective subjects are common for many students. The students need to nurture their internal creativity. Here's where the library comes into the picture.A good library should have various books to offer. It's not necessary that it should be large.Nowadays, modern libraries come with various features, like online journals' subscriptions, e-book libraries etc.Whenever, you seek an admission in any college, checkout its library for sure. A good library ensures that the administration is quite devoted in providing the best quality of education and it is not just concerned about making it a business.

A good library ensures that the administration is quite devoted in providing the best quality of education and it is not just concerned about making it a business. It's the duty of librarians to do a timely cataloging of all the books so as issue them at the earliest. In some places, libraries just have those books which are affiliated to the courses. This is also wrong. Having syllabus related books is good but there should be some sort of versatility in the library.2. WashroomsYou can use this trick anywhere and it's really reliable. My art teacher taught this to me and I tried it on my school itself, LOL! The washrooms should be hygienic. They should be cleaned and tidied every single day. Broken ones should be repaired without wasting any time. Proper arrangements should be made for both Indian and Western toilets. If jets are not provided in some toilets, then proper arrangement of mugs, water, tissue papers and soaps should be made.I used to visit many schools for my inter-school contests where I found such amenities missing.Make sure you check the toilets before you seek admission in any college. The condition of toilets shows the concern of student welfare in the minds of the management.
The condition of toilets shows the concern of student welfare in the minds of the management.3. Events And Extra-Curricular ActivitiesMany colleges might boast of their extra-curricular activities. But, the point is that such activities must be relevant to your department. If your college takes you on a useless rally or indulges in any activity which gets it rewarded with a world record, that's not leading to your intellectual growth though it might increase the goodwill of your resume. You won't find honest response related to this in the college itself. To know about this, you must read out the college's prospectus. Check out the website as well. Then check the reviews of that college. There must be some industrial visits as well to get you some exposure.Studying too much won't get you anywhere. By the time you're in the college, you must be practical. If the teachers' personalities are as such, that they pester you to cram and vomit in the exams, for god sake, don't opt for such colleges, you'll regret it.4. Behavior Of The Office StaffThe behavior of the office staff is really important as you should feel safe when approach them for the redressal of your grievances. If they make you hesitate then it's not the right choice. Especially if you're reaching out to them once your classes are over, they're not supposed to judge you on the basis of what you're wearing etc. They've no right to shout at you. You've paid the fees, you deserve the requisite services. They're not doing any favor on you. They're hired and paid just for the list of actions they've to perform. You might say, it doesn't matter, but it does. In most of the colleges, the hostel fee is non-refundable. So you must make sure that they're responsible at that level as well. Suppose, if the in-charge of the hostels comes out to be rude, unaccountable or characterless; what'd you do?The staff is not supposed to be indulged in gossiping while you're lamenting.5. Updates On WebsiteMuch of the important information related to the college is supposed to be available on the website. You must demand that information if it is not available there.

The Best Way To Prepare For Your Class 12th Practical Exams?

Congratulations man! You’ve completed 3/4th of your session. Now, maybe from December itself till February, you’re going to have your practical exams. Those practicals won’t be as easy as you had in class 11th. Though, they’ll be easy to tackle as you already have the requisite experience to handle them. The only difference is that this time, there would be an external examiner to conduct. He/she doesn’t know you and thus has no sympathy with you. Still, there’re some ways in which you can perform and score well in your practicals. Let me give you a subject wise anecdote of what happened at my practicals last year. But mind it, these tips are for CBSE students only.1. AccountancyThe practical left me on an ignominious note about how my practical actually went.I opted for Computerized Accounting System as my third book of Accountancy. Our teacher was so polite and amicable. She helped me entire year. She supported me very well. When I remember about my school life, she is on the top of the list, though other teachers also left a remarkable imprint on my mind. Not many teachers tell their children about such subjects and instead expect them to follow predefined syllabus only, but she accepted my request after observing my zeal.Coming back to the point, I was supposed to bring five excel accounts and five access accounts in a CD as my assignment. I did that very well.At the time of practical, I had to submit one excel account and one access account’s printout to the examiner. He just asked me briefly, no technical aspect was covered. Soon, the questions asked were moved to Partnership and Company’s account. The reason I was caught in an ambiguity was that the examiner’s face was expressionless. So I didn’t know what my impression actually was.Pro Tip- If you aren’t able to study your third book well, opt for computerized accounting instead. You’ll thank me later.2. Business StudiesThe same examiner who took our accountancy practical took our Business Studies’ practical as well. That day he was quite excited. Most of the question were from my file itself. There are various projects at the end of every B.St book. You can opt for any of them. The one I took was, that we had to suppose any product in our mind and do it’s branding. For example, I supposed a Handwash, named it ‘Harkat’, covered all the legal aspects required. Then composition, USP etc.It was really fun to make. The same teacher who taught us accountancy took this subject as well. She made us complete the project by 31st August only, thus saving our time before exams.Pro Tip- Make your project with the best of your zeal. Don’t copy, because you’re supposed to know everything about your project. Yes, each and everything. Don’t add unnecessary details if you don’t know about them; you’ll trouble yourself otherwise.Apart from this, have a good gist about your syllabus as well. If you can’t explain completely, at least know every topic’s outline. If the examiner asks a question you don’t know about, at least start with something rather than just staring.3. EconomicsOur economics’ practical was way too ordinary. It has nothing special but it’s just a viva. The examiner just asks from your file which is usually a topic you know very well about. Then questions are asked from your syllabus. A rough paper is usually kept on the desk itself, so if any need arises for you to solve any numerical you might use it. Don’t feel the need of asking permission to use the paper. While giving answer to any question, you can intensify your impression by drawing any figure or diagram and showing it to the examiner.Pro Tip- Carry your pen or pencil with you. Wish the examiner well and thank while leaving. Draw figures to intensify the explanation.4. Physical EducationMy physical education practical was the most memorable practical, I ever had. I was so tired of the institutionalized biasness, that my conscience cried out, “You’re not going the right way, Shiv. No more dishonesty.”I decided in that practical that I won’t lie anymore. When examiner came up to my turn, he picked up my file and asked, “Umm! Basketball! Do you play it?” as I had written my project on Basketball.“No.” I said.“So, why have you written on this topic?” asked he.“Because my PTI didn’t give me an option to write on Badminton.” I replied.“Ok, so how much do you play Badminton?”“I don’t have time right as my twelfth is going on.”“So, is there any sort of physical activity you do right now?”“I do morning walk and yoga.”“Yoga is good, how long do you walk in the morning?”“I perform yoga for one hour and morning walk is till 3 kms in twenty minutes.”“But three kilometres in twenty minutes is less. A guy at your age is supposed to do more.”“I have made no claim that I’m a sporty personality. I just have the zeal to stay fit, that’s why I’m doing all these activities.”“This was the answer my ears were waiting to listen. You’re quite confident.”“Thank you, sir.”“Now tell me, which chapter of your Physical Education book, have you prepared very well.”“Sir, actually I didn’t make it to study the book very deeply as Phy.Ed is my sixth subject.”“This is no excuse. Then, why did you opt for it if you didn’t want to study?”“To know basic technicalities of physical health. Suppose, tomorrow, while performing yoga, I get a minor injury, then I must have the right know how to give a first aid to myself.”“That’s the spirit. Just because of my knowledge of physical education, I haven’t visited doctor since 10 years.”“That’s great sir.”“Now you may go and send the next roll number.”So, this was it.Pro Tip- Study well and answer honestly. The Best Way To Prepare For Your Class 12th Practical Exams?1. Behave Well With The TeachersYour teachers have at least thirty per cent contribution in determining the marks your external examiner would give you. So, respect them very well.2. Be HonestIf you might have read the conversation at the time of the physical education practical, you might understand that life is too beautiful to be wasted with lies. Be honest and straightforward. 3. Greet the examiner wellYou should greet the examiner well. This would leave an impression that you’re decent. Also thank him/her while leaving.4. Carry a pen or pencilCarrying your own stationery would also impress the examiner.5. IllustrateWhile speaking, if you draw to illustrate, it would also be a good idea.6. Don’t Copy Your ProjectWhen you make your Project yourself, you’ve a greater gist over your content. So, don’t copy it. Taking idea from internet is alright. But don’t copy it altogether.7. Prepare WellRead your syllabus’ content well. If you don’t learn it, that’s all okay. But at least, have an idea of what it is.

How My Entire 2019 Went?
Time and tide wait for none and that's absolutely true. Time goes on at its own pace; but it's our perception which defines if it is fast or slow.Entire 2019 passed so fast, that I didn't have a moment to stop and realize so as to ask myself, " Man! what's going on over here?"Perhaps, that's the only reason I'm writing this article to assess, how was my 2019 and what I did the whole year.Let me give you monthly insights of all that happened in twelve months of 2019.JanuaryIn the entire month, I was quite busy, just like a twelfth grade student should be. We visited Pilani as my sister got her admission there. I had a get together on my birthday with my friend. I had my accountancy practical on 21st January which went easier than I imagined. The same examiner took the Business Studies' practical the very next day. Our accountancy teacher had been very supportive since the past two years. Because of her, I didn't need to pursue any private tuition. Computer Science Practical on 23rd was quite chaotic that I don't want to talk about it. My economics practical on 25th went as usual. My Physical Education Practical on 29th was a jaw-dropping experience for my external examiner, I suppose. I think I should write about that incident in an individual blog post. I can write an how-to post about preparing for the practicals. I hosted the blog that day itself.Relevant posts-Places To Visit In And Around Pilani (Rajasthan)9 Ways To Click Good Pictures, Even When You Don't Travel
FebruaryThe entire month of February passed in the preparations of Board Exams. We had our farewell party on 16th. I went there, well dressed after eras. One of my friends acted egoistically which disappointed me. Another friend of mine was so indulged with me that it seems now that it was a private get together resort for us. We spent the entire morning and evening in clicking portraits of each other. I had saved a lot of poses in a collection. Anyways, when students were invited to come up on the stage to speak about the school, many did, but I didn't volunteer that time, which I did as usual. I didn't have any nostalgia so I didn't want to fake any. Only a few teachers remained in my favorites and only the library. What Disappointed Visitors At The Balloon Festival?
I'm not writing on any new topic today. Today's article is a repurposed one. Though, the expectations were not met on this expedition. On 22nd, 23rd and 24th of November, a Hot Air Balloon Festival was held in Police line Race Course/ Ground/ Stadium or whatever you call it.The fees were as follows-₹1000/ person₹1800/ two people₹2800/ four people and so on.As a student, I knew that I wouldn't be able to afford the first ticket. So I thought to find a friend. Most of my friends declined as we all knew that exams were approaching. I too knew it but I didn't want to lose the opportunity. Finally, one of my friend was ready and we decided to meet there. We further planned to persuade two people along with us, as it's obvious, students are the most enthusiastic community on this planet.Unfortunately, due to some concerns, I can't reveal her name or any other part of identity. What we found there was disgusting. The coordinator at the ticket counter told me that the height to which the parachute would be sent to was just a hundred meters. Moreover, the duration was also going to be just five minutes, ceteris paribus. Only three parachutes were to be found. Families were no more than a dozen. The money to be spent wasn't worth it. The planned was dropped after a short deliberation. We instead got our pictures clicked at the Race Course Ground.I don't have my camera and other apparatus at the hostel, so I use my smartphone more often. What kind of camera I'm using never bothers me from my photography. All the following pictures are clicked using SamsungJ8.Click here to buy SamsungJ8.
En route Race Course Stadium, I stopped at Astley Hall, near Gandhi Park to have Bun Tikki, a local delicacy.
Bun Tikki will cost you approximately ₹30.
Banner of the Hot Air Balloon Festival.
The basket of the hot air balloon in which one is supposed to be seated.
The deflated envelope of the Hot Air Balloon lying on the ground.
I got my picture clicked while being seated on the chair at the area designated for the spectators from a stranger child standing over there.

6 Ways To Avoid The Network Marketing Scam?
What happened to me and how I dealt?I left my previous college in Delhi, way back in August 2019, but it wasn't until I got my fee refunded last month that I left my former class' WhatsApp group. Out of many groups, I was part of, there was a group which gave the information about societies prevalent in college and news related to courses and events around.
Out of such messages, there once came an advertisement shared by any of my classmates, I don't remember. They talked of various skills, e.g, Leadership skills, entrepreneurship skills, marketing skills etc. I thought, that it might be any online course.
As I'm usually interested in such courses, I filled the google form.
Within twenty four hours, I got a phone call from a person, the name of whom I don't intend to tell due to some concerns.
In the entire conversation, he asked, what are you pursuing, what are your goals, etc. He then told me that it's okay even if I've shifted to Dehradun, as they've their program there as well. He didn't speak anything about the program.
I grew suspicious. The next time he called me and said the same things he said before. Even if I asked, he was trying to churn my mind to avoid the question.
He texted me a few times and after that I decided to ignore him. After I ignored a few calls, he called me with another number. Following that meaningless conversation he gave me a number to talk to, which I didn't dial.
I didn't go to the address they gave me, nor did I dial the number given to me. That man stopped calling me after that.
What happened to others around me?In the earliest stage, I shared that link with my friends as I thought that it would be beneficial for them too (When I thought it to be an online course). Two of my friends called me to ask what was it. I straightly denied them for signing up for it and told me what it was all about.Yes!! It was about Network Marketing. Sounds tempting and glamorous, right? No, it ain't. Some people misuse this opportunity. In teenage, many students have a zeal to be financially independent. I don't object it. But such people need a channel to put their ideas. When a few of my friends went to their office, they were manipulated to give INR 8000 as security. When they didn't have it, a lady kinda hypnotized or brain washed them to open their contact list and dial their friends to give them money. They were even instructed to lie to their parents. They were shown fake dreams of how rich they were going to be.Even in some cases, my classmates' friends called them in lieu of other excuses to get them join the program.Let me tell you how you can avoid or safeguard yourself from some situations. How To Avoid And Protect Yourself From The Network Marketing Scam?1. Don't Share Your Details Everywhere.Whenever, you're filling any form, keep in mind the credibility of the site. Don't share your phone number and address everywhere. In short, clear your digital footprints as well.Such network marketing events don't mention straightly about it. They usually list some skills you'd acquire making you believe that's some sort of online course.
2. Ask Everything And Get CuesEven if you find the site or form or anything credible, don't trust it straightly, as the work is still not over then. When any concerned party calls you, ask everything about the program.Notice, if the person on the other hand is hesitating, hiding something, is rude or over-polite or anything that can't be considered normal.
3. Block At The Right TimeIt would be better to block the person at the right time if you don't find the opportunity credible. You'll thank me later.
4. Don't Go Anywhere Straight AwayIf the concerned person gives you any address, don't go straight away. Ask, if the work can be done without having to meet.Even if, you've to go. Don't go immediately. Give yourself some respect. Show that you're busy. If you go to their address, check its reviews, if any.Take anyone along with you.Inform at least one person.
5. Your Phone Is Your Best FriendKeep your phone with you everytime. Inform anyone when you're going some where. When you go to your destination, if you find anything awkward about the situation, inform any trusted person immediately. Don't handle your phone at any rate.
6. Mind Your WalletYour wallet is the ultimate thing they're after. Don't keep too much money in the wallet. Don't try to act rich. If you've excess money, take it out of the wallet and keep it in some sort of unpredictable secret pocket.
I hope you liked all these ways. Please share this article to protect your friends and family from falling into the trap as well. Thanks.

3 Things All the Counselling Sessions must include
At different points of time, we all need some sort of guidance. In earlier days, getting an advice was easy. But nowadays, it is difficult. Even if I must tell my own case, I don't just pester around when I need any advice. It is one in a hundred times that I take anyone's advice, my mom and dad being the exception. Those people are also exceptional who give their free advice voluntarily.
I'm not that interested in giving unnecessary voluntary advises.
Coming back to the point, I must say, that whenever you want any advice, you'll probably think of your self-respect first. In our society, advice of only those is considered significant who are earning well or who're educated.
But, if you take any personal advice, just check the person's background. It's not necessary that education and money have given him wit as well. Moreover, check if his wit is applicable in your context as well.
Many people don't like to advise as they don't like accountability.
My Own Experience With CounsellingI don't have a very good experience with counselling. I haven't got any paid counselling, but have had many chances in the last few years. When I was in class 10th, our school arranged to call a Career Counselor for us. I don't have much time to narrate the entire incident, so I must tell you the summarized version. He started with the core points to relate with the students; that parents pressurize their children to pursue any specific career, so as to emotionally relate to the students. Then, he proceeded with a few off-the-beat career options one can pursue. Further, he shared some case studies in which he coached some students and where they were then. After this, we were given his pamphlets about his coaching institute in Meerut. We were asked to put forward our queries. On every second query, he answered, "I need to counsel you personally, come to my coaching center this Saturday ." Over. Man! I was just wondering, when did it start and when did it finish. It was just a propaganda. Both in our eleventh and twelfth standards, we had a Period on Thursday, named as 'Foundation'. A teacher was supposed to take that period and guide the students. But now, I feel that it was not up to the mark. Though, I really like that teacher as he gave real insights about the news and taught really well. Whenever, I had any query, he would solve it quickly. This time, no propaganda was involved. But, the counselling was really limited.I always work with an end result in my mind. I find it an illusion, if it doesn't have any end result. Most of the counselling sessions involved just about jobs and colleges, no skills and no new ideas. The teacher tried his best, but the curriculum as provided was not good in my opinion. Opinions vary as other students liked it. But I didn't. Anyways, It was a good try.
I mustn't mention the name, but there's a famous Indian Youtuber and motivational speaker, whom I found contradicting in every third video on his channel.
So, in my opinion, there are 3 things all the counselling sessions must include.
3 Things All the Counselling Sessions Must Include1. CompletenessThe counselling should be done with an end goal in the mind. A counselling which is done just to offer sympathy is not complete. Often, the people who have any problem running in their mind is just because of the problem that they don't find the end results of the circumstances of their lives. For e.g. Many people indulge in 'Just having a good time' activities. Such activities are not backed by any solid end result. Such as dating purposelessly and changing your mind every other week; using abusive and misleading words in your language (when I pointed out this fact in my classmates, they told me that it's their way of expressing their emotions. But I think, this means you don't have an emotional control over yourself if you're using external stimuli); Intoxicants, being extravagant etc.Activities without an end oriented assumption are waste. Most of the problems start from here.Hence, all the counselling sessions must be complete so as to solve any problem from its roots.2. ContextualWhat a counselor counsels must be within the scope of the individual seeking advice. The individual must be satisfied after having the conversation; even if his problem remains unsolved. He should be made to realize that he is being understood so he must be comfortable. The advice offered must be in the context of the problem of the individual. For e.g. Once I asked a teacher of mine that I want to be a writer. He said, "Right now, you should focus on your studies. When you grow up, do a good job and make money, you can start writing then."Man, this is not the advice. If you keep writing and you earn less, then it's so depressing. I've experienced it. Even, meager earnings are respectable once you start earning. I'm not that interested in giving unnecessary voluntary advises.
Coming back to the point, I must say, that whenever you want any advice, you'll probably think of your self-respect first. In our society, advice of only those is considered significant who are earning well or who're educated.
Have you read it? Money is honey, my dear Sunny and a rich man's joke is always funny.I disrespect both criteria. Money is powerful, I know. If you look at the list of top powerful people in the world, you'll find that there are many billionaires in that list.
If you just keep working on your passion without earning from it, once you'll be bored of it, you'll stop taking it seriously apart from idling your talent.I too believe that freelancing is not a stable income for everybody (not even me). But you should at least start working, for god's sake.3. Non-ProfessionalismHere, you might say, "Hey Shiv! Don't take our food, clothing and shelter." Relax. You can have it.What I mean to say is, once you've taken your fees, forget that you're a professional. Right then, you should think of yourself as a benefactor of your visitor.
