9 Ways To Be A Good Guest At Parties
Just scroll through the instagram feed and you’ll come across thousands of reels where they’ll teach you etiquette about what to wear and how to sit and walk; but hardly anyone teaches you how to behave well at the very basic. This is where I come in the picture.
If you’re not behaving well, no matter how well dress, sit or walk, no one cares. If anyone dislikes you because of your misbehavior or malignant intentions, the disliking would remain the same.
The behavior and etiquette for a party that I’m discussing today is the most basic. If you follow this, following the fancy air hostess or model type etiquette would just be optional for you.
Before the party 1. Thank the host for inviting. As soon as you receive the invite to a party. Thank the host or whoever is delivering the invitation for inviting you. Show the gratitude.
2. Communicate your plan.Whether you’ll be able to come in the party or not, let this be known to the host. It would clear the grudges amidst both of you. Further, this courteous behavior facilitates easier planning of the catering for the host.
At The Party 3. Bless the hostKnow the purpose for which you’re being invited. Don’t just go there to eat. Suppose your friend is throwing a birthday bash of his son, you should give your blessings to his son to live a long life. When you’re invited to a wedding, you’re supposed to give your best wishes to the couple for a happy married life. Use some common sense and don’t act stupid at all.
4. Indulge in some formalityShamelessness is not excused. At the time of departure, if you’re being given a gift or some cash in an envelope, you should indulge in some formality saying that you don’t want it, you don’t deserve it, you don’t need it or they shouldn’t give it to you; even if you accept it later on their insistence.
5. SocializeWhen you socialize, it sends a signal to the host that you’re enjoying the party. Hence, interact with different people.
6. Eat LessThe food might be free but the stomach and health are yours. Eating too much might show that you get very less to eat at home, which is definitely not a good impression. Don’t show it either that you were starving before this.
7. Don't Waste FoodThis is so simple, I don’t understand that why don’t the people get it. Don’t take it if you want to throw it away. If you’re unsure of the taste, take small quantity first. You’re not just disdaining millions of people who go to bed hungry every night, but also the host who might have arranged the money from his savings of decades or other sources.
8. Plan your mealYou can get the idea of the arrangement of the host from the contractor’s boards, packaging material, graphics and logos. You can similarly guess the package your host opted for.
In India, catering in events is arranged in basically two ways: contract and independent catering.
In a contract catering, you either fetch the caterer the material and they cook or they bring the material themselves. Following this, they charge for all the output they gave you. After the event is over, you can take the leftover with you.
In an independent catering, the caterer brings the material with him and charges on the basis of the number of plates picked by the guests in the party. They tell you a flat rate of INR XYZ per plate and then multiply it with the number of plates picked by the guests.
After the party, they take the leftover with them.
In a party, try using only one plate, don’t throw and pick a new one again and again. In a party, I saw my cousin in her late teenage doing it and found it extremely disgusting. I cautioned her later about it.
By wasting plates, you’re unintentionally increasing the expenditure of the host.
Plan your meal. You can first go to the snacks. Then go to the desserts. Finally, go to the main course. Many a times, you wouldn’t even wish for the main course, your tummy would be so full.
9. PraiseWhile leaving, tell the host about the things you liked. It can be anything, like the decoration you liked, packaging of gifts, you found your old friend, a good socializing experience, the food was good etc. This would impress the host.

College: 3 Benefits of Pursuing in Hometown
As soon as his schooling is over, an average teenager starts dreaming about his college life in a different city. Some teenagers even move to other cities just after their matriculation, when they have to secure admissions for 3 year diplomas and polytechnics.
However, not every family’s financial condition suits this move and as I mentioned in another blog post, taking an education loan is never worth it in any case. You can better read that post as well in a new tab if you’re doubtful about taking that decision as well.
I took a wrong decision in 2019 and that made me explore the entire higher education sector of India.
In this post, I would like to discuss on the hypes created in society of moving to another city to pursue your college and how it is not worth it in every case. Based on this statement itself, it might work out for some, while also not for others.
Studying in your hometown has limitations as well. By deciding to study from your hometown, you’re making sure you prepare your mind for that as well.
How can I relate?I have never really liked my college. No grudges for them. They’re transparent, but it’s my own preference about what I like and what I don’t.
Hence, in first year, I decided that in the second year, I would change my college through lateral entry/migration. However, lockdown was imposed in March’20 and had I changed or not, it would have carried the same impact, I was supposed to be at home; putting it simple. Hence, I didn’t change my college then. But yes, this introduced me with the benefits of studying from a college of hometown.
Comparison of My College Expenses with My Localite Friend My ExpenditureSuppose, in any particular semester, my college fee after adding all the expenses is INR 45000. I do not have to just pay for the college, I have to pay for my accommodation as well. In the first year, I took my college’s hostel, which costed me INR 150000 (with roommate and mess). Still, I didn’t find it worth it. Again, the intention is not to slander but to express my opinion.
It costed me around 240000 pa to study and to live (would have become 720000 for the entire course if I carried on the same way) .
The next time, in March 2021, when the college reopened, I got a PG in the same locality at INR 6000 pm without any sharing and with an attached washroom. Had I taken with a roommate, it would have costed me INR 3000 at max.
I found a mess on daily payment basis where I paid INR 50 per meal. It added up as INR 150 per day and INR 3000 per month.
Similarly, my monthly expenditure added up to INR 9000 (would have been 6000 if I had shared the room).
Had I stayed longer, it would have totaled into 108000 (Or 72000 on the basis of the told condition).
Adding the fees of both the semesters, it would have become 198000 (or 162000 on another condition).
Dehradun is a city living in which you can easily afford. However, there are various other cities where the conditions are different.
My Friend's ExpenditureNothing to explain more. My friend is a local. He just has to pay the fees of college. Rest, he lives at his home. You don’t have to pay rent to live in your home.
He just has to pay INR 90000 pa – 10% domicile reduction= INR 81000.
He would complete his B.Com hons in just INR 243000.
You can clearly see the difference.
3 Benefits of Studying in Hometown 1. Saving on accommodation and foodI can’t stress this enough, but this is the best advantage of studying while living at home. Take the example I gave above. Also, your health would be perfect eating home cooked food.
2. Saving on conveyanceMany students have to travel distances to go to their college, which can save up when you’re in your hometown. You already have your conveyance. Additionally, you know the shortcut routes.
3. Saving timeI have classes of 4 hours everyday. After that, whenever I’m out I’ve to sit in my room. I can’t be paying to live in another city, when only four hours spent in a day there are meaningful. Rest of the work I can do anywhere.
You can do another exercise. Calculate your hourly commitment to college and divide it from your fees.
Suppose, I’m attending college for 528 hours (22*4*6) every semester. Hence, I divide 45000 by 528. I get approximately 85/hour.
6000 divided by 720 hours of the month come out as approximately INR 8/hour. You spend 8 hours sleeping everyday, i.e, 240 hours= INR 1920.
Just see how much money you’re spending to pass your time.
Instead start a business.
When you should definitely move out?Getting to explore is the best benefit of moving out. Many students are pampered by their parents which makes them stick to their comfort zones.
When you’re away from your home, you get many experiences like travelling alone, managing finances, speaking up for yourself and the list goes on.
But whenever you’re moving out, plan it properly. Don’t just do it for the sake of doing it. Make a productive use out of it.

Where Has The LGBT Movement Gone Wrong?
When certain sections of 377 of the IPC were decriminalized in September 2018, I knew this was coming. I knew that more people would come out. Mainstream media from then on was constantly pushing it down the people’s throats.
Even though I don’t support the LGBT community at all, I would still not indulge in any bullying with them. Because, at least I respect their existence.
I have always been supporting humanly treatment of everyone; especially when it had already been proven that psychiatric, psychological or legal interventions did not help the queers at all.
However, the generalization that is being made and how it is creating a havoc for straight people is not right at all and should definitely be opposed.
So, I’m writing out some things that are definitely wrong with generalizing the LGBT movement.
What causes queerness? The science is evolving everyday, hence, it is difficult to identify what is subtle and what is not.
However, I can write this from my understanding.
I recently read The Intermediate Sex by Edward Carpenter where the author has tried to identify from where homosexuality actually begins. Even though the science has evolved since the time he would have completed writing the text, still it is a good effort which cannot be nullified.
I found this book when it was mentioned in another masterpiece on which a movie has also been made, A Man Who Knew Infinity by Robert Kanigal.
So, we can explore a few reasons which can behind the development of queerness in teenagers.
Illegitimate Content ConsumptionSex Education has been normalized and promoted in schools and colleges which has taken all the decency that was expected out of such institutions. Teaching such subjects have been proven to have no outcome, but have definitely fed the students with lust.
I recently read a book, Red Alert by Jatayu which details about how sex education leads to the subversion of young children.
Even if this thing is controlled, the content the youngsters consume in informal setting also needs to be kept a tab on.
Porn, that exploit millions of men, women and children worldwide is legal. God knows why. What is shown is definitely not real. But children definitely assume so. It definitely affects their mental health.
Even if this is eliminated, what they watch on TV and Web still needs to be monitored. More cinematic pieces are coming up with these topics.
Going Beyond FriendshipEver wondered that some times you have such a special friend that you find that the existing levels of friendships of society are not sufficient to explain your friendships.
You might not. This is because it is rare. Many people go to the depths of friendship with the person of the same gender as theirs and they feel like friendship is not a sufficient description of such a stage.
Lack of Guidance and CommunicationWhen such people want to communicate with the people around about how they feel about someone and what they should do, because of unawareness, they don’t get a satisfactory answer which makes them take a wrong step.
Unclear Gender and Family RolesMany queer individuals come from backgrounds with unclear gender roles, such as a divorced or single parent (no intention of disgrace to anyone, they deserve respect for struggling to bring their kids up.) , facing any trauma in childhood, witnessing any queer person getting support or improper standards at school etc.
This makes them unclear about what men and women are supposed to do to raise their families. They’re easily influenced by the queer ideas because they sound good and less complicated.
Unnatural DietResearches have proven that when men and women consume diets which are not favourable for them, they might start behaving the opposite way.
For e.g. Oestrogen introduced in a male body through Soy and beer.
or Testosterone introduced in a female body through a diet specific to that.
In certain researches, Mercury was found to turn the birds gay. Also, atrazine was found to be the reason behind the frogs turning gay.
In 1994, Wright Laboratory in Ohio developed a bio warfare technique known as ‘Gay Bomb’ where the soldiers found attraction to the other soldiers of their own camp. This made them fall in love and too weak to indulge in war.
How are the straight people suffering daily? Don't Force Pronouns on EveryoneIn many metro cities, many people start the conversations with asking, “what are your pronouns?”. Many people (even the straight ones) have started putting pronouns on their social media handles.
Like what? If you want to do it, do it. You cannot oblige another person to do this with you.
The next time anyone asks you about your pronouns, say, ” I’m a straight man/ woman; I use the pronouns that naturally go with me. Hence, address me the way you should.”
In English speaking countries, it can still be understood; but, why are non native English speakers using pronouns with them?
Don't force your gender termsStraight men and women are simply men and women. They needn’t use the jargons a gender studies major thinks they need. Let them stick with their chaos.
It might be a phaseAgain, just imagine that your young one comes up one day back from school and has started using different pronouns or wants to be identified with a different gender. Would you be okay with it?
If you’re okay with it now, keep in mind what your offspring is going to witness while growing up.
It is not wrong or unjustified to believe that it’s more of a phase. For some people it might last long while, for others it might be a phase where they feel like it or have been influenced by someone else.
I strongly believe that any parent with a strong cultural foundation would never accept this thing. Getting strict might also not help, but communication may. You can follow the steps that have been prescribed after a few paragraphs.
What exactly is the problem with LGBT? It is unhealthySex isn’t assigned at birth, hence it cannot be changed. This is the core biology.
80% of the minors who feel that their orientation is of LGBT lose such feelings when they are of age.
If a child insists on getting his sex reassigned and doesn’t feel like it later, what option will he be left with? Regret!
Using puberty blockers inhibits the growth of children. The same goes with birth control measures. I don’t understand why both of them are being promoted.
It is unnaturalIt is unnatural for men to hook up with men and women with women. Anal has been proven to cause incontinence. There are many diseases (Like the STDs) that can come on persistence of going against the nature. Also, many researches show that LGBT couples are more prone to abuse, having more partners and various mental health disorders.
As per the late speaker Rajiv Dixit, India is a country which has been spiritually advanced since ages.
Having a progeny is a form of paying off your matri and pitri rina. This is a form of showing your indebtedness to your parents about the efforts they laid in your upbringing. You’re showing that you’re creating your own progeny to make the same efforts to continue the humanity on the Earth.
Indians have been indulged in Bhakti and have lived their lives like a challenge given by the almighty himself.
Breaks down the family unitLGBT has to be fitted into the picture because it is not already.
Many state board textbooks are already working on stories having two father, two mothers and so on; but we all know, this is not real.
They cannot generate any child of their own. It is either adopted or from another marriage.
The purpose of having a baby is not just a formality, it is to carry on the family DNA, the genome, the Gotra, Varna etc.
Men are supposed to give a moral structure to their children. Men should emerge as a fatherly figure in the lives of their children. They’re supposed to teach them to be disciplined.
While, women are supposed to bring softness in the lives of children in the form of sympathy and morality.
Prevalence of weird conceptsJust google, “Can men get pregnant?” and see what result emerges on the top.
If you want to support transpersons, it is okay; but please don’t generalize something that’s misleading.
There’re many types of transgenders who turn out to be this way where it was not voluntary like the unambiguous type or the intersex type. Here, we can understand them. But, those who just come out to be of another gender because they don’t feel like it; is it okay for you?
Where has the term 'Body Positivity' been misused?
If any individual has faced any issue in his life which was not his contribution, then we can definitely understand. Such issues with any person could have been caused by any unfortunate event or illness and we must respect that.
But there is another set of people taking its advantage. There’re people who’re overeaters and have fattened a lot because of this. Using derogatory terms is definitely not justified. But, telling them that they’re beautiful and they needn’t change is not at all justified.
Fat remains fat and it is unhealthy. We needn’t generalize being fat in all the international health magazines, just because a person feels euphoric being fat.
There’s another segment of the population which promotes extensively that men can also do makeup. By doing makeup, such men are already contradicting their body positivity. If you’re body positive, you mean you accept yourself the way you’re. You should accept your natural beauty and should give up makeup altogether.
The world would have changed hugely if both men and women opted for natural beauty standards and gave up the cosmetics. But this is not possible when the huge body positivity trend has been started by fashion and lifestyle brands only.
By endorsing various brands, Pseudo Body Positivity Activists show it right away that they’re contradicting their statement of ‘ All Bodies Are Beautiful’ by creating a FOMO of that product in your mind. This also shows that somewhere in their minds, the beauty standards still exist.
What to do if anyone you know turns out to be queer? If it is not about your own family, like your siblings or offsprings; then, it is definitely their final decision that would be binding on them. However, with your family, you can influence their decision. But, don’t be harsh on anyone. Take time, give time and follow the steps I’m mentioning that might be helpful for you or other things.
Note: These tips are written on a lighter note and are not indeed to act as a substitute for any therapy or medical procedure.
Look on the sources of contentWhat kind of content are they consuming? Are they watching or reading anything on that subject? Porn? TV? Web Series? Look into it and talk to them about this. If the matter is about a child, change the schedule. Bring them something more suitable to read and watch.
If you think that sex education in their school or college is responsible behind what is happening, talk your concern there.
Look at their companyWhat kind of company do your children really have? What topics do they talk on? What are their behaviors? What are they up to in their lives? Are they ambitious or casual strollers? Make sure you know.
You can teach them to treat the boys as their brothers by addressing them as ‘bhai‘ or ‘bhaiya‘ and girls as sister by calling them ‘behen‘ or ‘didi‘. (In the context of Hindi) Developing a brocode or a healthy relationship is really helpful. Do it before they make another meaning of how they’re associated with the people around them.
Also, don’t forget to respect their privacy. But, stick to the point, no matter what.
Tell them it's a phaseIt’s not wrong to tell your children that it’s a phase. Don’t accept such condition right away. Instead talk to them. Ask them to take their time, but don’t settle.
Teach them about the gender roles and family unitsTeach them about how a mother and a father are both responsible in their own ways to raise the family. Teach them to be grateful for your efforts (but not egoistically). Also teach them to respect single and divorced parents who are struggling.
Put in the science and historyMany queer people justify by citing examples of science (that it’s normal) and history (like misinterpreting the scriptures).
You can beat them in their own game with truth.
Put in the science, like how queer people suffer with various diseases later on. How such relationships are unsuccessful.
Tell the sons about history. About how their ancestors struggled for the rights. How the society needs strong men. In case of daughters, tell them about valorous women and those who stood up. Those who worked. Those who looked after the families.
I personally recommend you to start with any scripture. There’re various books by Geetapress for various ages. You’ll get a lot to discuss on.
Divert attentionYou can try diverting their attention to some productive activities which would also be helpful.

9 Work-Life Balance Tips for Women
Starting it as a disclaimer, this piece of content is not propagating misogyny, but just highlighting how modern feminism has turned out to be a sham. I always promote women who’re passionate about their education and careers. However, I’m equally supportive of the women who’re more concerned about their homes and families. This is a money guide for women who prefer the latter.
Feminism as a movement started with getting women support the economy during the world wars, depression as well as the industrial revolutions.
It earlier asked for equality between men and women.
But these days, feminism is more about women’s envy with their natural traits and polarity.
Everything illegitimate is justified by women these days, just on the name of feminism. Be it promiscuity, abortion or other activities.
Eras might change, but the psychology remains the same. Men like gracious women, not the cheap ones. Bold men like feminine women who’re mature enough, yet do not act like their husbands’ mothers but wives who discuss everything with them.
Double Taxes
Men and women share the population in exactly half.
When only the men worked, the government found only half of the population eligible. If there were any chances of promoting women to work, they had an opportunity to tax the remaining half population.
Children Out Too Soon
Taking them out of their homes, their children were left vulnerable. Hence, an average child, who went to school at the age of five or was entirely homeschooled, started going to the school at the age of two or three. This made his mind susceptible to indoctrination.
With the homeschooling movement rising again along with more people careful about their parental rights, it is obvious that let alone the remaining schooling, kindergarten is definitely a waste. Many homeschooled children have demonstrated a good learning experience over the systematically schooled children.
At least, you wouldn’t have your children coming over to you from school, lost in thought about what gender they should identify themselves with or what pronouns they should use.
But, I respect women and I suggest they plan a way out so that they can develop their career while looking after their families at the same time. Being a woman is a divine job and is definitely not easy. Still, this is why they’ve got this responsibility.
Normalized every bad habit
Just open your social media and any feminist page out there, How many women would you see fighting to get a job or educational opportunity? But, many would be fighting to legalize abortion, showing that promiscuity, cursing, smoking and drinking are okay to bring them equal to men.
Degeneration and subversion.
If abortion and promiscuity are legalized, justified and normalized, couples would never be serious. Further, mothers would have no affection for their children. All these qualities would only be the things of past.
Homemaking is priceless!Just because the homemakers are not adding any money to the family and GDP does not mean they’ve no roles. They’re bringing up and binding the families which working women cannot compete with. Modern feminism sometimes weakens the family unit.
Ambitious and career oriented women should definitely be supported. But this is to be noted that a woman’s children and family are her own, her job is not. It’s her employer’s.
Unlike traditionalists, who believe they should prioritize their families, I believe, that if a woman wants to focus on her career; she should indulge in a sound planning about her married life and family, that how is she going to manage that. This is also important.
This article is especially for the purpose.
Feminism or Pseudo-Feminism? Know The Difference. What advantages do housewives have over working women? 1. They're Healthier
Yes, homemaking is challenging. Yet, housewives are much less in stress and even if they do, things are mostly in their control.
They get to sleep adequately for 8 hours straight. They eat healthy and on time. Some even more passionate women can join any fitness activity or can indulge in social affairs which would enrich their lives. They can read, knit or do anything they like after they’re done with their daily duties.
2. They save family expenditureIn any metro city, raising a family is an expensive affair.
Even though corporate women also support their families in their own ways, homemakers support the family by saving various expenses.
A family where both the members are working have to outsource the housesitting and babysitting which are also counted among expensive services in such areas.
Homemakers save the budget when it comes to them.
Working couples tend to hang out a lot on weekends and other days, thus extinguishing a huge amount annually.
3. They save on the family's financial loadWorking couples have less time to devote for financial planning. If the wife is a homemaker, she can indulge in saving and investing the money while her husband is wholeheartedly dedicated to his work.
4. They look after the familyUnlike corporate women, housewives don’t have to travel long distances and spend hours in a job. Hence, they have sufficient time to look after their families.
Housewives do not have to send their children to school or daycare centers early. This develops a solid foundation for the children.
Traditional families ensure proper communication among all the members of the family.
How can the women manage their families and careers the same time? Many women have to either surrender on their careers or families. Many of them struggle every day while many of them carry it well. Hats off to all.
Here are some ways through which they can plan it effectively.
1. Start EarlyA teenager can start earning. He needs to put his energy at the right place to get the results.
I’ve seen a lot of 13-14 girls posting cheap tiktok videos which would eventually lead to their subversion. If they can do this at such an age, they can freelance any marketable skill to earn money.
The earlier you start, the more you’ll earn later on and it would be easy for you to retire and earn from your passive income if you wish.
2. Plan a careerWith planning a career, I mean a career, not a job. You might have a job, but don’t make it the primary thing for the long run. The job is not yours, it’s your employer’s.
Plan what you’re good at. Enhance your skills.
Go to the school and college you want to. Please don’t pursue any majors in basic subjects. You can do that online for free. Challenge yourself. Do something difficult. You’ve that time.
19 Best Things A Student Should Definitely Do3. Be financially intelligent to be independent
I’ve seen a lot of young men and women waste their hard earned money because they don’t know about managing it and using it to make further money for them.
Be financially intelligent. Read more, know more and stay informed.
4. Talk to your fiancé or husbandYour fiance or husband is your other significant half. He is going to be a lot more influential about how well you do in your career. Whatever your priorities are, discuss them well with your husband in advance. Clear everything out.
If things work out for you, good for you. If they don’t, you’ve an option of working the other ways out. Put your wit to it.
5. Make a financial plan with what ifsDo the practical daydreaming. Make a financial plan with your potential income adjusted with each year’s inflation. Along with it, write your expected expenditure. Make a dummy balance sheet of your assets and liabilities.
Done with this? Now plan the worst of situations in your head and what solutions you’ll come up with. Especially, if you’re a woman, it gets immensely important.
The assumptions can be funny, but can help you get even more prepared.
Suppose, ” You’ve your business set up in Delhi and your husband is transferred to France. He wants to take the family along. You’re supposed to think of a solution about your business.”
” You’d set up an offline business, but you’re married off to a foreigner.”
” You’re married off in a traditional household where you’re not allowed to work at all.”
“Everything was going well with you and your family, but after the childbirth, you’ve to give up on your career.”
Plan a solution to every wildest situation that comes to your mind.
Future is always unpredicted, but you can do what’s in your hand.
6. Plan about the maternity and upbringing gapYour husband and in laws might be open minded but you might be required to give up your work once you’re a mother. Plan your career accordingly.
7. Plan a side career with a remote point of viewMany jobs can be done remote these days. Hence, career options are no less for you.
Suppose you’re a scientist who has to give up on her career after the childbirth. You can now no longer go to any lab or something, but you can start teaching. You can start consultation. There’s nothing to stop you.
Hence, have a career while you can but; also develop a career from a remote point of view. This way, you would be able to secure your career better.
8. Start a businessThe job you’ve is not yours but your employer’s. Hence, prioritizing your job over your family is not worth it.
But, if you want to want to work, you can start a business. A business can be started in no money. Also, there’s no upper limit on how much you can invest in your business.
There’s definitely some work commitment, but less time commitment and definitely no schedule bound commitment.
You can hire or outsource the tasks to manage the workload.
9. Develop a passive income source to retire earlyWhile developing your career, it is important to also invest some money to make you even more money. This would facilitate your early retirement.
The ways you can invest are plenty. You can invest in currencies, stocks, properties and so on.
In a nutshellIf planned the right way, motherhood and home making can be a good experience. In this era, no one wants to get stuck in a 9 to 5 lifestyle. Even men want to retire by their thirties.
Being a housewife can be a nice experience for women, but all they need to ensure is the dignity that they deserve. Hence, a sound financial planning before and during the marital life to retire with a sound passive income or a business is what that can enable women to spend more time with their children and husband.

19 Best Things A Student Should Definitely Do
If you just check this blog of mine, you’ll find that I’ve written dozens of posts related to the lives of youngsters, their education, work and mindset. Ever wondered what drove me to do this?
Well! All this stuff is based somewhat from my personal life only. Some wrong decisions of my life, that I took two years back, were so eye opening that I looked at all the events that followed with a critical perception.
I read so much about education, society and whatever was unexplored from the mainstream.
Hence, this post is for all students, be they in schools, colleges or have opted for a gap year (though I don’t advocate or support gap years at all). Even career oriented people will be greatly inspired from this article.
Talking about my life, my schooling was done in Muzaffarnagar, then I moved to Delhi and eventually to Dehradun. Hence, I gained many experiences.
Juniors who took my advice are really doing well in their lives; while, those who didn’t listen to me are indeed regretting or living like sheep. Anyway, it’s none of my business to fix them.
Following are the things you should definitely do as a student.
1. Pay AttentionPaying fees for your school college doesn’t make any sense at all if you’re not attending your classes properly. That’s a waste. Just to rejuvenate, bunking a class or two is okay, but not every time.
Make short notes. Ask questions. This is also a phase.
Wait Boy! We’re coming to fun topics as well.
Meanwhile, just read the article about how to avoid sleeping while you’re in class. I never had this tendency while I was in school, but faced it when I entered college.
My attention span declined rapidly, but I fixed it. Continue reading to know how I did it.
11 Ways To Avoid Sleeping In Class2. Always push yourself to a new potential.
Don’t remain a stepping stone, young man. Life is moving on, time is moving on; then why aren’t you moving on. Don’t just stop at one moment. Keep moving.
Our brain is constantly expanding and creating new neurons to meet our demands. The more you demand, the better your brain supplies.
Don’t overwork, but research on Good Stress.
3. Diploma, certificate, advanced Diploma, Extra degree permitted by ugcLet’s suppose you’re pursuing Majors in Commerce, but you also want to learn another subject equally; say, Sanskrit. As per the UGC norms, you can pursue, a regular Degree course, a distance degree course, one PG diploma, one diploma and one certificate, all at once.
If possible, pursue your courses up to this limit. Just like I’ve already said, increase your potential.
In this way, you’re exploring more of your interests. Push yourself.
Your teenage and 20s give you a lot of chances. Make sure you take risks and explore.
Don’t you dare worry about managing them or giving an excuse about time availability. Most of the college students get serious about the exams only during exam time. Most of them borrow books and get the notes photocopied only in that time period.
The regular and distance exams are organized in different months. You’ll genuinely be able to manage everything. The only condition is that you lay some efforts. That I don’t think is too much to ask from you.
4. Don't pursue courses of whose books you can buy and read yourself. Most of the degrees in most of the universities are useless. Literally!
Determine only the income generating courses for yourself. Just determine if the fees you’re paying to the college is going to generate you an ROI.
If you can buy that majors’ books and read by yourself without getting anyone explaining you, then why do you bother paying to college for that?
There’re several courses which require guidance, but some people do them on their own as well. Hence, it’s you who has to decide what works out and what doesn’t.
Let’s take a few examples. You need guidance in Law and a license to practice is only given if you have its degree. Hence, paying for it is worth it. I’m learning Sanskrit. A tutor is required to explain me the sutras of Paninian grammar. Hence, paying for it is worth it.
My decision of doing B.Com is partly justified. There’re certain subjects which are too basic that I can read them on my own, such as Economics, Ecommerce etc. However, some subjects, like Income Tax, Accounts and Financial Management require guidance.
On the other hand, think for yourself, if your degrees in History, Political Science, Gender Studies, Philosophy etc. ever going to pay you.
Most of the subjects of humanities are based on core opinions (or rule of thumb). What they preach are not tested (and even might be fulfilling agenda).
5. Read MoreIf you’re not reading what is extra to your syllabus, then mark my words that you’re not exploring and are going to end up where everyone else is.
With the dynamic nature of the corporate world, what is being taught in schools and colleges is limited and obsolete. To be job or business ready, you’ve to learn more than what is in your syllabus.
There’re various ways through which you can read more.
DownloadThis is the cheapest way you can read. A lot of ebooks are available online. You can read them from the comfort of your home.
Some of the well known sites are-
Join a LibraryA library is not entirely free but is an affordable option. You might have a good library in your school or college. If not, join one.
I joined Doon Library and Research Center situated near Parade Ground in Dehradun. Guess what they charged? Only INR 300 per year and security of INR 1k.
I read over forty books in three months, before lockdown emerged in the scene.
OrderI don’t like this option particularly, but you own your books this way. You can do this with books you’re supposed to be rereading frequently.

7 Tips To Adapt With Ebooks6. Pursue online courses
We’ve already discussed how your regular curricula are limited with respect to the real world.
Not everyone is good at reading, so online courses can be of great help.
Coursera, Edx, Futurelearn and Udemy are some of the most useful sites for online courses.
It is a topic in its own. I recommend you to read my previous articles on this topic.

4 Tricks To Get The Most Out Of Udemy7. Do only meaningful extra curricular activities.
When you enter your college, you might be acquired with various glamorous clubs for extracurricular activities.
However, you need to be mindful while joining any.
Ask yourself some questions while joining:
How is joining this society going to help with my career?Who is at which position of this club? Are the students already in any club really passionate about what they’re doing? Have they succeeded? You’ll get your answer. Save your money as more as possible. Don’t waste it. It’s precious. Only those activities which help you ace in your career are useful. Just for fun is not justified. You can do them on your own.
I joined a literary club last year. They were doing it good, but I soon noticed that I didn’t feel like a community. Most of the book reviews members posted were only mainstream books, for which they never explored. Nobody in that group thought. They just watched TV and wrote on what was the most popular opinion. They just uploaded posters of different Jayantis.
They were good but not my type.
8. Enhance skills.Enhancing your skills is extremely important. This step would maximize your productivity. Just like many others, this is also a wide topic on which I’ve written previously as well.
12 Underrated Office Productivity Skills You Must Learn
10 Skills Which You Can Acquire at Any Age9. Interning for experience
Interning is a good experience towards your career, whether you want to do job or start a business.
This would make you confident in your skills. You would be able practise appearing in tests and interviews.
4 Ways to Avoid Exploitation as an Intern10. Look for actual jobs asap.
Don’t just stick on the previous step. Keep moving further.
Once you feel confident by doing internship(s), start applying for actual jobs. Don’t wait for final or penultimate semesters to start applying for jobs.
Even if not full time, you’ll be able to get remote and WFH jobs if you’re skilled.
My only suggestion is that you must set your preferences right away and know it well, what you’re applying for.
12 Easy Work From Home Tips
11. Jack of all trades is not bad at all.
Once my friend called me a jack of all trades. I called him a jack of one trade, beginner of only that one. Don’t place limitations on yourself. Your responsibility is only to grow, not to inhibit it.
12. MinimalismBe adventurous.
Learn some bare minimum survival tips. Learn to cook, sew, fight, swim and whatever else might help you in adverse conditions.
Be a minimalist. Keep only the essential items with you.
5 Tips To Travel More With Less Time And Money13. Look after your finances.
For god sake, never take any loan for your education, no matter how big or small the opportunity is. It is never worth it. Work extra, settle for less, but please.
Learn finance while your pursuing your education. Look after your expenditure. Save and invest somewhere. Learn more about it.
I had a friend in my hostel (he still exists, but is no longer my friend) who used to borrow money from me and showed his inability to return a few times. On the other hand, every day or two, I saw him ordering his dinner online. I don’t know what would such people do online.
Helping people or asking for help when you need can be understood. But, asking for money just for the sake of having fun and not having to spend your own is such a cheap activity.

14. Be matureOwn your opinions. Be informed. This is an essence of what I have to say, otherwise this is voluminous topic in itself.
3 Factors to Determine One’s Maturity15. Start a Business
Starting a business, no matter how small or big will teach you so much with experiences that no book or college can teach you. Make sure you start a business. Even if it doesn’t turn out to be full time, maybe you get successful in turning it into your side hustle, at least.
Will be writing more on this topic, once my own business is fully established.
Check out my furniture business, by the way.
16. Don't move out just for the sake of it.I made a few friends when I was in hostel and asked a set of them who were from distant cities and states, that why did they move to Dehradun for this college. Replies of most of them were stupid. Some just gave a glance at the website before moving in. Parents of some of them were brainwashed by agents.
Living away from your home is expensive. Move out only if the course and college prove to be worth it.
However, there are various advantages of moving out such as, a sense of independence, personality development, looking after your daily affairs without being dependent on your parents etc.
I suggest you run a pros and cons analysis before taking the final decision.

12 Underrated Office Productivity Skills You Must Learn
I’m writing this post because, while working as a content writer as well as on my startup, I felt the need of these skills to increase my productivity. Just because I’m writing this post doesn’t mean that I’m an expert in all of these skills. But, one thing is true; that I’ve started learning these things.
Whether you’re an employee or a business owner, these skills will definitely help you.
The things I’ve listed below are either free or at negligible costs. Moreover, you can do them online, without stirring from your home.
1. Time ManagementEveryone has only twenty four hours per day. No one has more and also, no one has less.
Utilize your time as an asset. Time management is basic yet the most important productivity skill out of all those I’ve listed in this post. With time management as a skill, you’ll succeed at your work way earlier than others and will get good promotions.
Here are a few basic things you can try.
Fix your oversleeping.Indulge in some exercises and workouts to beat away the laziness.
Eat right at the right time. This would also help you deal with oversleeping. The sleep you get would be quality.
Fix your sleeping schedule. The person you’re chatting to till late night is not your benefactor if he’s making you do so.
Chat with them in the morning or whenever you’re free. Sleep by 10 pm with your lights off.
Use Eisenhower matrix or any other model to fix your priorities. An important model about categorizing tasks based on your priorities. Read more about it online and bring it to practice.
Maintain a journal to make note of things.I do it most of the time to plan my to dos.
I’m not good at scheduling but am good at completing the tasks. Hence, it goes well with me.
2. Shorthand (Stenography)Have you ever wondered why is your handwriting not beautiful?
What do you do when you find your handwriting sloppy?
Until a few years back, I used to practice to keep my handwriting in order.
But, here’s the fact. Sloppy handwriting because of speedy writing shows how fast your brain processes.
It simply means that your hand is not able to cope up with your brain’s speed while writing. The problem is in your handwriting, not you.
Start learning Shorthand. In English, Teeline, Pitman and Gregg are the most famous methods. In Hindi, Sanket Lipi is preferred.
Shorthand makes use of easy to write symbols which represent different alphabets and sounds. With this technique, you’ll be able to write as fast as you hear and speak.
This skill is mainly taught to people indulged in journalism, courts and government jobs. But, if you learn, you’ll personally find it useful. Your regular alphabet writing speed would eventually improve.
Maharani Gayatri Devi incidentI recently got to read ‘ A Princess Remembers‘ by Maharani Gayatri Devi. There, Her Late Highness wrote that she pursued secretary (which included radio, typing and stenography) and domestic sciences courses from Europe before her marriage. Such skills helped her manage her family and royal affairs during the WWII.
Nutan incidentNutan was one of the most flourishing actresses of her time. Even she was sent to a school in Switzerland by her mother, Shobhna Samarth, to learnt about typing, finance and shorthand. She also was supposed to put on some weight and get fit.
All these skills helped her manage her career better.
3. AmbidexterityAmbidexterity means the ability to use both of your hands equally effectively.
Your left hand is controlled by the right hemisphere of your brain that represents creativity; while the right hand is dominated by the left hemisphere of your brain that represents logic.
If you learn to use both of your hands equally, you’re unlocking both your creative and logic skills.
You can start by practicing to write from both the hands or just start by doing some work from your left hand as well.
4. Touch TypingDo you feel like seeing which key you’re pressing on the keyboard? Change this habit.
Touch typing can increase your speed of typing through which you can complete the tasks in less time.
5. Computer LanguagesSome basic skills of computer would minimize your needs of hiring a developer. Even if you’re not a full fledged developer, you can fix petty errors and maintain the flow at least.
I learnt HTML, MySQL, PHP, CSS in 2015 and Javascript in 2019. They’ve helped me in a great deal actually.
6. FinanceI feel I needn’t tell this, almost everyone has read Rich Dad, Poor Dad, these days.
If you can read financial statements, you can take a hold of your finances and plan accordingly. What more am I supposed to say?
Start learning basic accounts.
7. New LanguagesThe more languages you know, the more words you know. The more words you know, the more ideas your mind creates.
I already know Hindi and English. I’ve been learning Sanskrit since 2019 and that language is a bit different because no matter how much you learn of it, there seems to be no end of it and you feel like you’ve barely scratched the surface.
Started learning Nepali in 2020.
To get started, learn 10 nouns, 10 verbs, 10 adjectives, 10 pronouns, 10 adverbs and you can create hundreds of sentences from this. This practice is sufficient to get your interested and started.
Learning more languages makes you vibrant by exposing you to new cultures.
8. Speed ReadingSpeed reading means that you can read the same text in less time at greater speed. This also means that if you and your competitor were given one hour with some text to be read, you’ll be able to read more in that given time.
This is also a great skill that will outshine you at work.
9. CommunicationCommunication is important, be it oral or written. Good communication makes you eloquent.
I’ve seen some people blaming Indian Education System for their poor English and Hindi.
I must say that even most of the English medium schools have Hindi up to 10th standard at least which is enough to make you proficient in the language.
If you find that insufficient, you can opt for Hindi in your intermediate as well.
Even if you don’t, as a teenager, you’re sensible enough to practice by buying books and reading them on your own.
Similarly, you can practice English. It’s not your institution’s responsibility to spoon feed you.
Good communication is important for every job. If you ask for yourself to be considered when you don’t know English, while the job requires it; then it’s your ignorance.
10. ReasoningSolve puzzles and riddles. They’ll develop your mind’s creative approaches to solve problems.
11. Event ManagementEvent management is not everyone’s cup of tea. You’ve to communicate with all the stakeholders and bring a coordination in their efforts for the event to be successful.
If you enhance yourself for this skill, you’ll be a go to person for everyone at work.
13. Sales and MarketingIn essence, it deals about persuasive abilities. It’s not about degrees, it’s about an understanding of human nature and acting accordingly.
Most of the pyramid scheme and MLM folks do this. I don’t appreciate these schemes, but we can at least learn this from them.
Start with this skill to be successful.

How To Get Your Book Reviewed by Shiv Sangal?
I was so busy with my startup that I didn’t even notice that four articles of this website of mine showed up on google’s frontpage.
So, here you can check up on the posts I wrote that recently went viral.
Ranga’s Marriage: 10 Issues Over Its Presence In NCERT Syllabus
The Temple Where Devi Grew Food On Her Skin
What Ruskin Bond Wrote About Shamli?
Experience Shukratal’s Ganga Ghat: A visual guide
The fact remains that I’ve written hundreds of articles, and it took me years of dedication and diligence to reach this point. Furthermore, this is just a beginning.
The article in which I criticized the presence of Ranga’s Marriage in English Curriculum of class 11th created massive controversy. I also got wide support alongside. I was myself an eleventh grade student in 2018 when I wrote this article. It began with my own dissatisfaction. I wrote to CBSE as well as NCERT. And no reply and action by them drove to write the article.
Since, since 3 years, the article is flourishing; more and more of my readers, friends, family and relatives are urging me to review more books.
I’ve finally agreed to accede to their massive requests.
Advantages of Getting Your Book Reviewed BacklinksWhenever, I review anything, I share their links. In case, you give me your website to link alongside, that would develop backlinks for you (quality ones), which would enhance your Domain Authority (a recognized SEO metric).
Author FameWhile some people buy by looking at the book cover, some people read about the author first.
If you, as an author, help yourself establish a personal brand (of yourself), your book might have a credibility in the market, for those who assess a book’s goodwill based on the author.
LeadsPeople who get impressed with the book reviews often end up buying them, and if the review is honest, they end up liking the book even more; which makes them recommend it even more.
Convenience to ReadersMore readers get to know if the book would be right for them.
In a digital setting, buyers are not able to riffle the pages to check it. Therefore they check the reviews, cover, plot and price. That’s it.
Even if your book is being sold in an offline setting, you can stick the reviews on front or back covers and pages.
Aesthetic MarketingI’ve worked with various brands before. So, your book review done by me would not just be a review, but more like a PR campaign. Pictures clicked with it would also be aesthetic.
Proof of AuthenticityPeople are more likely to buy stuff which has good reviews.
How to get your book reviewed by me?Well! This is a golden opportunity for publishers and writers.
Here’s what you need to do to get started.
PitchThe writer or publisher intending to get its book reviewed contacts me or if I’m interested in working with someone, I contact. My email address is shivsangal@gmail.com . I’m equally active on instagram and linkedin.
We talk about the expectations from both sidesKeeping the terms and conditions clear is extremely important.
We talk about the expected deliverables and the possible payout.
Like, there might be a specific format about the kind of review content the client might require. Or the budget it has.
Talking about myself, I have bookshelves full of books at home, so I prefer the client sending me ebooks, since it would also save their shipping costs (thus making their campaign cost effective). However, if there are any specific requirements of the campaigns, such as any special paperback edition or rare print, having which would add value to the campaign, it would be great.
In essence, I have no issues with having prints and paperbacks to review, but keeping in mind the concerns of my clients’ costs, I mean that, I’m okay with receiving the books in digital format.
The Book Review is uploaded on the website and pictures/videos are also uploaded on social media.I cannot guarantee any time frame within which the content would be uploaded. Since reading books takes time. However, it must be known in general that I read 100 pages in an hour and in not more than a day (depending on the context). With this regard, the book review would be uploaded within a week in most of the cases. Pictures/ videos of the campaign are uploaded on my social media handles.
Deal is ClosedOnce the content is uploaded, the client can let it be known to me if he needs any revisions or changes. In that case, such revisions are made, else the deal is closed. The client would pay for the deliverables provided. In some cases, depending on the campaign, some percentage of payment might be required in advance.
What other stuff am I open to?I review all sorts of products. Kindly let me know your brand’s requirements.

The Less Known Delicacy Of Dehradun

This Sunday, I was really bored. I couldn't go home and I had to do something. Most of the tourist places of Dehradun are on the outskirts.
You need to have a spare time stretching from early morning to evening.
I still surfed on Internet about tourism and cuisine of Dehradun.
Most of the tourist places were on the outskirts, as expected. Still, I found something which really made my day.

Katlamba or KatlammaThis is a delectable bread which was brought by Balochi refugees. It can be described in various ways. It can be described as a flat or compressed Bhatura . It can also be described as a Naan . It is really crunchy and has a crispy crust. It's size will give you fits.A four serving pizza from any restaurant run by any MNC would cost more than Rs.300. But this Katlamma is bigger than that and still it costs Rs.50. You can have half of it as well for Rs.25.So, I tried it at Sethi's (Near Kotwali in Paltan Bazaar). When, I surfed the internet, other bloggers also recommended it.Katlamma is served with Chole, Vegetable pickle and onions (I didn't eat it, I'm still not habitual as such).

5 Points Which Question The Cult Of Dating And The Urge Of Being Committed
Many students, especially in hostel ask me if I've found one. But I usually reply, that I look at the outcome of any process first (I'm a baniya after all).
Though, the day scholars of my college are kinda down to earth people. Most of them are minimalists, just like me. I'm more open with them.
But only a handful of people in my hostel are decent. Rest of them are more like that their parents got excess money and sending their children over here was a neat way of disposal. They're are more likely to flirt with many girls in one go.
Once, in my class, I was a victim of a prank. I was sent an OTP of registration of a tinder account.
I was shocked. Later on, I laughed my heart out of this joke.
But the question remains, is it legitimate? A few students around me say that it's alright, you're getting someone to talk to and share your emotions with.
Stop it! You're not children anymore. You know what you're doing, and if not, get yourself to know what you're doing. When you go on a date, the person you're dating automatically gets a position of being more than a friend.
To be open enough, find good friends, not some people to be in relationship with.
Let me tell you some drawbacks of dating.
1. Rat RaceI've always said in most of my articles, evaluate on the basis of what's right or wrong. Just because it's socially acceptable or makes your pictures uploadable kind doesn't make it right.I really dread when influencers post stories showing that they woke up late, drinks and junk food they stuffed inside them to make them sick and helpless when they'll be old, netflix or their dates.Influencers have a social responsibility to promote harmony.Consumerism is causing so much of havoc in our lives. You must travel to open the portals of your mind. You must eat food which rejuvenates your soul. You must wear what is neat and tidy and with what you're comfortable with. But, if you travel and eat because you're jealous of others, then the purpose is not fulfilled. That's just an ephemeral pleasure, not happiness. You needn't drag yourself in any peer pressure of being committed and dating someone.2. Wastage Of TimeSocial media addiction is havoc. Though, my condition is still better, I'm still addicted to social media. But, make sure that you channelize what you see.I usually mute the people whose stories contain abusive words. My friends are good enough and those who care about me don't use such words in front of me, rest is their decision and their personal life. Cheers to them!I mostly block or don't follow such people back who don't make me feel positive. I'm on instagram to feel positivity and find new ideas. It's a medium of expression for me.Similarly, I must suggest you to choose the platform wisely.Just consider an example, you spend two hours a day talking to an unknown girl on Tinder, which gives you pleasure but you don't know how many boys is she talking to. There is no scope for loyalty. However, there's a realm for people to cross their ethical limits. In another instance, you watch something that make you productive. Videos on udemy or Youtube about any topic you really like.Time is yours. Decide it well.3. InferiorityThere is no chance that the girl or boy, you're chilling with is up to your expectations.Any boy or girl might impose certain restrictions on your behavior which hamper the natural equilibrium of your life. Your momentum is lost.If someone is loyal to you, he/she must accept you the way you're.You feel inferior because of the way you're.Your choices must be respected. The way you look must be respected. Your opinions must be respected.4. Wastage of MoneyMany boys and girls are attracted to each other because of their money. It's wrong. I don't get, why some girls manage to call themselves feminists if they live out of their boyfriends' money and shift when they find some other boys with more money.I respect feminism but not pseudo-feminism. Feminism shouldn't just be limited to making boyfriends, hanging out and dressing up. If you do so, you're mean. Grab the meaning of feminism in depth. Seek equality in social aspects. Stand for your rights.Instead of wasting money on dating, use that money somewhere to increase its value. You'll thank me later.5. Ignorance And Feeding Of EgosMany boys and girls start ignoring each others' messages and rejecting calls, when their desires are met or they're simply bored. This is indeed a puerile act.If you really have feelings for someone, you should be sensitive to their emotions. Don't make the person at the other end mad just because you want to maintain your status. If you're arrogant or simply not interested; allow that person to leave you and doing some better task.Suppose the person who messaged you and you ignored it and the other day he was ill or got wronged in some way, wouldn't you regret your pride?

10 Ways To Solve Your Drinking Water's Taste Problem
Being away from home, I had to figure out some ways to make myself habitual of this problem. People at home suggested me to buy mineral water, but it would've become a constant fixed expenditure if I did so.
Before proceeding, I must tell you that there's no substitute for drinking water, now or then, you'll have to figure something out. But, the tips I'm giving you might ease your progress.
10 Ways To Solve Your Drinking Water Taste Problem1. Carry Some WaterIf you live at a place which is not far from the place whose water's taste is favorable for you. You can carry the water from there for yourself. For example, I'm able to manage ten liters of water for two weeks in winters. But you must be cautious, after the first week is over, you should boil the water whenever you drink it.Moreover, ten liters for two weeks is not sufficient is obvious. So, you must, combine it's consumption with the water of the area in which you reside.2. Use A Copper or Brass BottleYou can buy a good copper or brass bottle. It's proven to kill the pathogens of water. Make sure you clean it properly before and after it rusts. Its rust is green in color. You might even know that Statue Of Liberty is a copper statue but is green in color due to its rust.3. Boil It WellYou'll have to do it in summers as well. By boiling, you reduce the hardness of water to some extent. Moreover, the impurities sediment at the bottom.4. Drink Sherbets, Squashes and CrushesThese days, market is full of various products like fruit and flower flavored Sherbets, Squashes and Sherbets. You can buy and use them to your advantage.5. Eat Raw Fruits And VegetablesSherbets, Squashes and Crushes might work for you but they usually contain many chemicals which might not be good for you. Instead, to fulfill your water requirement, you can consume, fruits and vegetables like cucumber, mangoes, apples, grapes etc. In this way, you'll also get some fibres to work on your digestion process.6. Squeeze a LemonIf you squeeze a lemon, the taste of water might improve. I don't claim that it is very tasty, but at least it improves the taste of water and makes it worth drinking.7. Add Rock SaltRock Salts are really good for you. You'll have good skin if you add them to your bathing water, once in a week. You can protect yourself from EMFs by installing a salt water lamp.Similarly, if you add rock salt in your water, not just it aids your digestion process, it also boosts the taste of water.I even add rock salt in my water while performing Jal Neti to prevent headaches and drowsiness.8. MilkI suggest you not to go after flavored milk; at least not the packed one. If you really want to drink flavored milk, approach any halwai, as what he might serve you could be of better quality. If you want to get something better, buy the milk yourself and boil it well. Then, without add anything, not even sugar, drink it.9. Fruits' and Vegetables' JuicesIf you don't want to consume fruits and vegetables raw, then you can make juices of them. Even, this is better than market substitutes.10. Start With One GlassThe tips I mentioned in the above points were just to ease your process. But, this is a fact, that if you really want to be comfortable, you've to make yourself habitual. Even, I'm not habitual, still I'm comfortable to some extent by now.To make yourself habitual, start with one glass everyday. You need to force yourself into it. After that, increase the amount. Now, since I'm habitual to some extent, I use points 1,2,3 and 10 even till now. Other points are mostly discontinued or I do most of them occasionally.
