Chugging along...
Well, maybe not, as I'm not making much of a sound...lol
But I do have music playing; right now, I'm chillin on some George Duke - 'Reach For It' and 'Dukey Stick'...
Finally getting more into Raymond's story in Angelo II, and having a ball with the characters.
I think that I'll introduce a new guy for Book 3, then go on to John's story, followed by 'Red's'...
I just wish that I was more disciplined with my writing, as I am soo slow. My brain is working faster than my ability to get everything down.
*sigh*

More on writing...
Writer's block sucks.
A burst of non-stop writing is awesome - especially if the results are mostly good/useable.
I've now hit just a little over 49,000 words! (Coming from a person who really doesn't give a crap about word count...lol)
Other news...I've actually gotten a domain name, and am struggling to create a site. I want it simple, but as I'm such a computard, I may have bitten off more than I can chew...

The RWA.
Oh! And I almost forgot...I joined the Romance Writers of America!
Along with that organization, Medium, and Goodreads, that will be it for me, as far as social networking goes. Well, I may also join The Horror Writers Association, once I meet their criteria. (The few who know me know that I can't stand social media, in general).
Anyway...at some point, I'll have to get a mugshot up for all three platforms.

FINALLY finished Book One: Chazaqiel, of 'Angelo II', even though I'll have to tighten up the ending a bit. Still, I can now dive into Book Two! (Ramiel II)
I think (well, I'm hoping) that I was able to pull off Chaz's story. The fact that he is - along with his love interest - somewhat of a grump made it fun writing for me. I've also introduced two new paranormals; one had already been around, under the radar in 'A Good and Fair Trade'. And of course, I had to leave a few glimpses into the minds/worlds of the two 'bad' guys.
I hope that I don't get side-tracked from my writing this weekend...

Reading and Writing Away!
OMG...I'm having so much fun right now!
I'm actually on a roll and the creativity is flowing. I've noticed that my writing is improving as well, so that's a big plus. I've always believed that one could improve one's own writing by immersing in other writer's works (the good and the not-so-good. lol)
I hope to complete the first 'book' (section) of 'Angelo II' this weekend, so that I can give two characters from 'Angelo, Texas' their HEA/HFNs, in addition to introducing another character soon.
I'm also beta-reading for one of my fave authors as well - L.D. Rose! I need to have the reading done by this weekend - the 30th, I believe. It's called 'Vermillion Lies' and I'm really digging it!

Another weird word count: 38383. Okay - I'll stop now. Especially as I don't actually pay attention to word counts to begin with. If nothing else, paying attention to it jinxes me.

Write, write, write!!!
I'm off from work for two weeks. Well, one week now, as this one is almost over.
I have my latest book project in my head just about 24/7, but I can't seem to focus enough to get much of it done. This has got to stop.
I just happened to glance at my word count - something I rarely bother with - and I see that it's an even 36,800 words. lol
I'm shooting for completing Book I (part one) and starting on Book II before the end of next week, at the very least. I'm so damned slow...
Well...back to work.

Bay Area Book Festival!
Next weekend! April 28th-29th @ downtown Berkeley.
