Today was a cruising day. I wrote, but not for long. I worked. I came home a little bit early to rest because I was so tired…worked on audition stuff with Panda. Pilot season is ramping up.

It’s been a tough week simply in the sense that I’ve been so wiped out every night. I don’t like it. It sucks my energy, and I feel totally out of whack because of it. But, some of that exhaustion has been because of good stuff that’s happened.

Day 1,923: Hooooommeeee

We’re home.

Right now, Liz is reminding me that I forgot to talk about the pups that we held yesterday, along with a mama pit/English bulldog mix named Stella that we met. The puppies were whining because we weren’t paying attention to them, and she was concerned about them.

So cute! They were at an adoption event in Livermore, outside a Petsmart.

We went to the Winchester Mystery House today. First time for me. First time for Liz since she was a kid, I think. So much fun! Highly recommend

Day 1,922: Wedding 2019 #2

Today/tonight was the second wedding of 2019 for the Ho-Heinichen household.

2019 is the year of wedding, man, I tell you. By the time we go to our last one this fall, it will have been 6 weddings in just slightly over 12 months. SIX. Good thing we have fun at weddings, huh?

Day 1,921: So Tired

Man, this week really took it out of me.

It was definitely a struggle this week, but I made it. And I don’t know how to explain it, but I feel energized and resolved about this whole finishing-my-book thing. I still have a lot to figure out, and I still am really struggling with actually producing the words…but I still feel energized and resolved.

Day 1,919: It’s Podcasting Day!

Today was podcasting day!

I look forward to it each week. For reals.

It’s really awesome, but Josh was talking this week about how he actually actually learned something from our viewing of Blade Runner for his work in progress. Like…that’s what this shit is ALL ABOUT, YOU KNOW???

Tonight we watched Do The Right Thing. Explosive. Hilarious. Exuberant. Thoughtful. Damn, that movie was pretty freaking good. And it’s a cracking podcast. Drops next Monday

Day 1,918: Wong, You’re Invited To My Wedding

I finished my project for the ‘Flix today. At least, my main part in that project. I’m still around for support and adjustments as may be necessary.

I’m not sure if I get to stick around after this. I may be out of work for a while. Hopefully not. Hopefully they have something on tap for me, but we’ll see. Will have to take that as it comes.
