Apparently, my book is “Horrible!”

After 73 perfect 5-star reviews on Amazon, the streak was broken! My book, UNCOPYABLE: How to Create an Unfair Advantage Over Your Competition, received a ONE-STAR review! In fact, the headline said my book was “Horrible!”


What do I think about that? You’ll be shocked! (How about that for clickbait?)


Also I share a GREAT experience and learning opportunity from my visit to Home Depot.

Successfully implementing a marketing strategy requires we choose the exact right tools to reach our moose. It also requires we use these tools in the CORRECT way.


Too many companies choose tools without a lot of thought put in. Even worse, too many companies don’t use those tools correctly.
