Introduce yourself!

Hey, I’m James Dulin. I have two amazing young boys who occupy my free time with Pokémon, Transformers, drums, and games of chase until they go to bed. I also occasionally write when I can fight off sleep. I have two novels and one novella out (No Heart for a Thief, No Safe Haven, Don’t Bloody the Black Flag), and the final novel in my first trilogy will be out soon.

What’s the first book you remember reading?

Introduce yourself!

Čau! I’m Blake Myers, originally from small-town USA now residing in Prague, Czech Republic where I teach ESL to adult professionals. I have a degree in Religion & Philosophy, but fell into teaching and coaching after life decided to start making decisions for me. Writing is something that welled up inside one day and now I can’t seem to stop!

What’s the first book you remember reading?

That’s a tough one. In general, probably “Indian in the Cupboard” or “Charlot...

Introduce yourself!

I’m David Clegg, military sci-fi author with plans for epic fantasy. I’ve been writing since I was a child, and started seriously writing about ten years ago. I’d had a spate of writing in my early twenties, and intended to try to get published back then, but it fell by the wayside and I didn’t do anything with it. I’m planning to return to some of those ideas, though.

What’s the first book you remember reading?

I don’t think I could tell you, but I do very disti...

Hi! I’m Bruce Buchanan, a speculative fiction author from Greensboro N.C. I’m the author of two upcoming novels, both from Wild Ink Publishing: The Blacksmith’s Boy, a NA sword & sorcery fantasy, and The Return of the Cerulean Blur, an adult superhero story. By day, I work in communications for a large corporate law firm.

What’s the first book you remember reading?

It wasn’t my first book, but I fell in love with Marvel Comics at a young age. I remember my first ...

Introduce yourself!

Hello! I’m Selene, a dyslexic paranormal fantasy/romantasy author, occasional artist, and symphonic metal lover. My stories feature powerful, morally gray, queer supernaturals who curse like sailors. My heroes are NOT “alpha” males, and my heroines are badasses.

What’s the first book you remember reading?

An encyclopedia. I read it from cover to cover and then asked my mom for another one.

Introduce yourself!

My name is D. F. Reese! I grew up in a small town in southern Alabama next to the gulf coast but currently live in Atlanta and not a day goes by that I don’t miss munching down on those tiny critters we use to pluck out of the gulf. Crawfish are a delicacy where I’m from and are hard to find in my current home. I traded my bare feet for a pair of clean Nikes when I moved to the city but much of my hometown still lives in me. My laid back and old school persona will alw...

Introduce yourself!

Hey, I’m Natasha but my mates know me as Tash. I’m a neurodivergent Aussie author of most stripes of speculative fiction (why stop at one genre) with a deep abiding love of all things Discworld. When I’m not writing, you can often find me hanging out with my kiddo and husband watching a show or sports (I’m a sports tragic) or curled up with a book.

What’s the first book you remember reading?

Probably the Discworld series that I actually remember – clearly had a l...
