Healthy options at popular fast food places. Hope this list helps!1. Five Guys - make a burger bowl or lettuce wrap and load it up with veggies. Skip the bread. 2. Panera - has a delicious Green Goddess salad. You can do the chicken and egg, and only use one of the dressings. Choose an apple instead of bread for your side. 3. Panda Express - choose the super greens, the non-breaded chicken, and skip the rice!4. Jimmy Johns - allows you to unwich all the sandwich options and do lettuce wraps instead!5. Olive Garden - did you know they have zucchini noodles? Ask for extra veggies and grilled chicken!6. Chick-fil-A - did you know a 12 pack of grilled nuggets together with a side salad will fit the requirements for a healthy meal? Ask for low carb/low fat dressing and enjoy!
