300 Steps
A year ago, I set a goal of 10,000 steps each day. For 383 days, I kept that goal. Then on a Sunday, not feeling the best, I missed my steps by 300. Did I quit? Give up? To me, it wasn't a failure but a readjustment. I stepped up.
