I Am

We deal with self image as well. To battle this, I make 5 “I Am” statements a day, everyday. “I Am” is God’s name, so in making the “I Am’s” I identify with God. I.e. I Am a beautiful creation. The human brain doesn’t distinguish between thought and reality. So, when we project our future self into our thoughts, we convince ourselves to go that direction. Thus, what we think, so are we.
