Reminder
I keep this in sight, for now. It reminds me of all the medicine I use to take for high blood pressure, high cholesterol, and diabetes. NO MORE. I will not go back to an unhealthy lifestyle. And I will journey with anyone who wants a healthy life. It’s doable.

Stumbled
