Helping others achieve their health goals is a passion of mine. It hasn't always been like that. But when I obtained the weight I had when I was young, I told myself it was too good to keep to myself.
That's where you come in. I know you want to help those around you. Do that by living out loud. I consider myself a "private person," but I also know I can't inspire others by not telling my story.
Put your 2023 health goals out there. Tell your story. Allow the pressure to propel you forward.
