Conflicts

Life doesn’t always go the way we intend. Yet, I have found the bumps and afflictions advance me. Conflicts and unplanned detours are stepping stones into greatness. Hospital

In the hospital, for strong stomach pains, I asked my Doctor, “How do you know you are going to Heaven.” Deer in the headlights look. He said he was waiting for the punch line. I told him eternity was no joke. Then proceeded to tell him Jesus died for his sins. I’m in the hospital for souls, and I’m excited to share the good news with all medical staff, here or in Sioux Falls. He’s writing my story, and he has the pen. Bus Physical

Three years ago, I went to Dr Jenny for my yearly bus physical. She told me, “Randy, if your diabetes gets worse, you’ll not pass this physical.” I called my friend, Charlie. “Help me.” He coached me to health. Yesterday, at my annual bus physical Dr Sara said I wouldn’t have to return for two years. Healthy living is rewarding. I want to pass that along.

Weekly Health Tip - Ketosis

Ketosis is a metabolic state characterized by elevated levels of ketone bodies in the blood or urine. It's a normal repost to low glucose availability. Another way to put it: mild fat burn. This is a wonderful place to be. Clearness of mind, more energy, better sleep, and best of all, you are losing weight. On the program, you'll see these results in three days. I personally love the feeling of ketosis. I was motivated by this thought: "If I slip off the program, I'll slip out of ketosis." It kept me on track. My health coach helped me, and I want to help you. Maybe you're on your weight-loss journey, or you've made it and you're maintaining, or you haven't begun. No matter where you're at on your health journey, allow me to come alongside you.
