Other days, you don't even know where your ducks are. So, what do you do on those days? I've found that if I have well established habits, it carries me through. Earlier in this week, my motivation stalled. My will-power ran out of energy. I went into a backup generator. Yes, my habits are my, "go to."What are your habits? Are you feeding off past memories or making new advances? Feeding off the former and expecting change is insanity.
