Weekly Health Tip: Vision

This is a topic of vital importance. Your future depends upon your view of this subject. I am talking about vision.I took a picture of a blossom ready to open. One blurry. One clear. It's the same in our life. We see something in our imagination. As we nurture the future vision, it travels to the heart. In the heart an emotion is attached to it. One day it becomes reality. It blossoms.Early in 2021, I saw, with the help of my health coach, myself as healthy. The first image was blurry. I wasn't even sure I could get to that point. I relied upon my coach to encourage me. When I hit the half way mark (100 Pounds Lost), my vision kicked into high gear. "I can do this."
