Rebecca Roanhorse is a Nebula and Hugo Award-winning speculative fiction writer and a Sturgeon/Locus/World Fantasy award finalist for her short story, “Welcome To Your Authentic Indian Experience™”. She is also the recipient of the 2018 John W. Campbell Award for Best New writer. Her debut novel TRAIL OF LIGHTNING Book #1 in the Sixth World Series (Saga Press) is available now. Book #2 STORM OF LOCUSTS will follow in April 2019, and in 2020, an epic fantasy titled BETWEEN EARTH AND SKY (Saga Press). She is of Ohkay Owingeh and African-American heritage and lives in Northern New Mexico with her husband, daughter, and pug.

Clan warfare in a well-paced Hong Kong action flick turned epic fantasy. Lots of fun and it kept me up reading late. Great world-building, solid characters and a couple of surprises that I didn't see coming. And that showdown fight OMG. Recommend!
